Two things to say about The Oaks: 1. A place you can be alone but not lonely 2. This is my HOME!

We picked this community because, my loved ones apartment is beautiful, the grounds are lovely, this community is very convenient to us (the family.)

This has been a good experience and I like the idea of the community. There have been no surprises along the way. The staff communication has been good with us. There are three meals a day served and the residents have choices to choose from.

Brandon Wilde is a really beautiful place and I know that my loved ones are safe here. I have been disappointed with the follow up from the staff.

Amavida Living has been nothing short of wonderful for our loved one. From all the staff across the board, they are very friendly, talkative, caring and seem to really take individual care with each and every resident. The food is fairly good, not great but no real complaints. They keep us busy with many activities and entertainment options and adventures or trips. Overall nothing but great things to say.

Our tour at The Watermark at Bellingham was nice. They were the typical caregiver place. No bells and whistles, but they appeared to truly care for their patients.

Overall, my parents are happy here for the most part. However, they've been here for less than a year and rent has been raised twice. I'm really disappointed about not only two increases, but also about how much we are paying now versus when they first moved in. They do complain about the food often and are also very upset about the rent increases. I'm hoping they don't raise it again in the near future, if so, I'm not sure my parents will want to stay. It's frustrating, for sure.

I have been an entertainer at Pomperaug Woods for a while now and always enjoy the residents there. There seems to be a lot of activity for them. It is clean and most of the staff are friendly.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a nice experience but they were under construction so the dining and social area was closed off. The apartments were very out of date, but we were able to see a few sample apartments that were finished and they were nice. They do have local transportation and doctors on sight which is nice.

We had a very nice time on the tour at The Arlington of Naples. Very clean and welcoming facility. Lots of nice options.

The activities have been very good. The food generally good but service not so good. I did not like emergency call button around the neck is used as a call button with very slow response time. I thought it should've for emergency with rapid response. Very friendly aides.

I believe it is a great community.

The dining servers know answers to all our questions.. we are new to community and they make us feel at home we made the right choice. And the ice cream is the best when served with their smiling faces

Our dining team has worked hard to make sure we have wonderful food. Appreciate their efforts. Food has been amazing. They surprised us when I had my birthday celebration with my own personal cake.

I enjoy this community. I am glad here. Everyone has been very nice, food is good.

I enjoy the variety of menu choices. The soups are great and always served hot. The servers are friendly and help with selections. Advance meals listing for the week is good as you know ahead of time.

Eggs cooked to order, bacon just the way I like it. Always have fresh fruit. And hot fresh coffee.

Breakfast has been very good, french toast with strawberries is very good. Lunch in the Bistro is very tasty, fresh made soups and panini"s. Dinner we love the 3 choice's of the entrees. Servers are wonderful

Our dining experience has been amazing. Everything fresh and hot. New Director and Executive Chef are making a big impact

It's a good community, which is very warm and welcomin. They pay attention to each resident individually.
