I was there for a short respite stay. The people living there were friendly, and I had a good time with them. If you need something done though, it takes the staff a very long time to get it done, if they got it done. The bed in my room was terrible, and I asked them to replace the mattress and box spring. In the month that I was there, it never got done. The room is also very loud and noisy. But it was very clean.

We originally put our loved on in independent living and there are tons of activities. Now that we are in memory care and there is not as much to do. The food in independent living was amazing, but I have not been as pleased with the memory care side. The few times that I have eaten here it was cold and there is not as much a variety to choose from. The staff to resident ratio has not been the best, I think they are understaffed like everyone else. Overall it is a good facility, especially the independent living side and there are a lot of amenities offered for the residents.

Clarendale of St. Peters is an absolutely beautiful facility. For us this location would have worked out the best and was the closest, but their prices are just way too high and out of our price range. It was also a larger facility.

This was a good community, not the right fit for my loved one.

I enjoy being here. have made many good friends. the staff from the top on to house keeping, maintenance, and dietary are all very helpful and professional. our activities are special.

It is a very nice place. I'm not seeing a return on my investment. They are not holding up to their contract in regards to the care they would provide for my loved one. My loved one is supposed to be receiving assistance with bathing and reminding my loved one to go to meals. The bathing seems to be hit or miss when it comes to assistance. The director is very good and has been very responsive to my questions or concerns. The care staff turned off the call button on my loved one and it took them 15 minutes to finally get some assistance my loved one. This was very disappointing and I no longer trust the care staff. The front desk staff is wonderful. The care staff and the head of department is lying to me about things and this is concerning to me. My loved one hates the food. The food tastes bland. The residents do have choices for meals thought. This is a large community. I wish the staff would encourage the residents to participate in the activities more.

I chose The Village at Woodlands Waterway because of the location of the facility. The apartment sizes here are very good. The staff are wonderful as well. The food is good, but sometimes I do not like what they serve. I think it is because of where I am from. I would recommend The Village to others looking.

When we toured with The Village at Woodlands Waterway, they told us there would be remodeling going on within the next few years and she was not sure she wanted to listen to all of the construction. Independent living residents were in the high rise apartments and the assisted living residents are on the lower level, it made her nervous being up high. The facility was more expensive than what we wanted. They did give us a little goody bag after and we thought that was a very nice touch.

This community was smaller but the lady that showed us the community did not really sell it. She just seemed to be distracted and nothing stood out for us. The community was nice and overall the tour was okay but we just did not get that right feeling at this community. The elevator also made us nervous at this community.

The food is exceptional. The apartments and facility are very pleasant and comfortable. The staff goes over and above to make sure that everything is the way it should be and to my loved one's liking. The only thing we've had difficulty with is maintenance. Timeliness on requests has been much longer than we would like (weeks to months). And we do find them to be very expensive and perhaps not feasible for the long-term because of that.

I would recommend you take everything the community says with a grain of salt. This is a good place to live. The follow through with the staff and doctor requests could be improved upon and they need to listen to the resident's needs more. The service and food in the dining room is poor. The community could use more diverse options for the residents to choose from. The wait staff have been known to yell back and forth at each other in front of residents in the dining room on a daily basis. It is a beautiful community.

The villas are perfect for our situation for independent living. The staff are good to work with if we have questions or concerns. There was a lockdown that the community had food in Styrofoam containers for the residents to pick up. My chief complaint is the food isn't always hot even when in the dining room.

I would tell others that the people are friendly. My loved one has received good care so far. I would recommend the community to others.

Our family had an in person tour and the community is very nice and new but it was just a little to modern for our loved ones.

The apartments are very nice. Rose Senior Living is a very nice community. It is convenient and the meals are balanced. The staff are attentive to the residents, as long as they have enough staff. There are a lot of activities for the residents to choose from.

The director at this community was nice, this community just felt really dark and outdated. They are doing renovations but we were not sure how long it would take for updates.

Right now it is a difficult time because they are doing major remodeling in many of the main areas of the facility. It will be wonderful when it is all said and done, but right now it is pretty messy.

Our family had an in person tour, and we had experience coming here for fundraisers and we were always so impressed but when we came to tour it was a different story. We aren't sure if it was bad timing with covid but it just did not seem as clean as usual, the carpet in the hallway were dirty. Just a little disappointing

Our loved one new this was the place right away just from the tour, it is a newer facility so its very modern. We would recommend the Clarendale of Addison to other families.
