We toured with Oakmont Gardens and it is a very nice facility, but unfortunately too expensive for what we were looking for.

Cypress Village was great. I did not like the memory care unit due to alarms and being a very intense difference from the other floors. Plus they were increasing prices to like $[removed]/month.

The "honor" system of newspapers does not work very well. My newspaper is often taken.

Overall we were very happy with Richmond Place. It was at the top of moms budget and after a few months they raised rent significantly, so she is having to move before even being there for one year. This was very disappointing as we were hoping this was where she would stay! I completely understand why they had to raise the rent- the price of everything has gone up. I just wish it was more gradual and given her at least a year.

It's a great looking, bright, modern facility and the nursing staff are great and so friendly. They are super friendly and seem to really like my mom. The business staff, however, is non-responsive. I've had issues with them over charging Mom, knowing that they did, and not resolving it. Issues with getting Mom's insurance stuff together for her to activate her benefits. They have some great activities, but I don't think they encourage my mom enough to participate like they told me they would do.

My initial impression was that it was very clean and everyone we came in contact with was friendly and welcoming. [name removed] was very welcoming and helpful with the entire process. She was very knowledgeable and made a tough situation for our family easier to manage. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Activities were excellent and very friendly and inviting! Wish there was more nursing staff* The food quality was good. Communication between the staff and myself was not always done but Westbridge staff were always nice.

We like that the memory care unit is smaller so it's not overwhelming, they are only able to handle up to a certain amount of residents. We really like the apartment rooms, they are very accessible with great bright lighting and a nice shower. They do have an activities director that puts on movement exercise classes in the mornings, there is always arts and crafts, trivia games, and much more. In comparison the value is great compared to other communities we had looked at. They do have an outdoor garden space that the residents will be able to access come spring. Overall the meals are good but we do think the portion sizes could be improved and the food could be a little softer.

We really like it - it's a great place. Both the staff and the residents are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make people feel welcome, which has been huge for my loved one during such a big transition. I would recommend it to others. The food is good. It's clean. They have various activities. And I think they make a great effort to be very accommodating.

My Father was a resident until he became unable to live independently. He had a nice apartment. Housekeeping was great. After almost a year he started with Personalized Services to deliver his supper. He would get an associate who worked hard to see that his order was correct and went back if things were missing, then an associate who would just leave the food and not follow up. Not very helpful or personal. I know they tried hard but when I mentioned one time that there was an item missing and would the associate go back for it, she replied that that was not her job, she was just delivering. During Covid the staff did a very good job with all the meals. I would recommend this Senior Living Community.

It seems like all of the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food I‘ve had was good. They offer plenty of activities, and they have a broad range of services, from independent living to skilled care, right there at one location. They had the best cost profile of the places that we looked into.

This facility is pretty new, very clean. The staff is very friendly, always willing to help. They do offer activities, but my mom doesn't participate. They offer housekeeping and laundry services which seem good so far. The only reason I did a 4 on quality of care is the agency nurses. The nurses that are employees of the facility are great, but most of the agency nurses are not that great.

I toured this community and it was nice. It was an exceptionally large facility, which could be a good fit or not so good depending on your needs.

The value for the money is outrageously priced. They take pretty good care of the the resiedents. They need to improve on their prices.

It seems to be a nice facility overall, although their memory care unit is lacking. The residents there are in pretty bad shape and unable to communicate, and the workers in that area don't seem to be the best people for that particular job. If your loved one is also in bad shape, it might be a better fit for them. But I would not want to transfer my loved one, who wants to remain active and is communicative, to that section. Our experience on the assisted living side has been decent, although there aren't enough activities to keep him happy.

Clarendale of St. Peters gave us a good tour. The main drawback for my family member was that the facility was just way too large. He wanted something smaller and less overwhelming.

Good tour, but too large and a little too upscale for my loved one's preferences.

Everything is good except food. One of the reasons I placed my wife here was quality food. I found when I moved in was not only had the food declined in quality, but the head of food service gave lip service to complaints but did not follow-up or make changes based on resident input.

The staff are attentive to your concerns. If you call them they answer right away and if you have questions or concerns they respond in a timely manner, they don't try to avoid the issues. The apartment size that we have is good for a single person. I would recommend Havenwood of Maple Grove to others.
