I picked this community, because of the people (staff and residents) very friendly. Leadership is willing to listen to issues and work to resolve. would recommend to others.

The residents are warm and welcoming and easy to get to know. The layout in the main building ensures you never have far to walk to get someplace. The management team works hard to set up your apartment as you wish with wall colors, flooring, etc. There are many creative people from whom you can learn a host of crafts if you are so inclined. The food is good... not great, but you have a variety to choose from at your main meal and you learn your favorites. Guest rooms for your visitors are well decorated and quite classy. The grounds remind me of Hawaii ... they are lush and well maintained.

What has made Rose Senior Living at Providence Park such a great experience so far is [name removed] - he is apart of their nursing staff. Based on the experience we have had with Rose Senior Living, we would recommend this community to other families.

I had the privilege of entrusting the care of my mother to The Delaney at South Shore until her passing, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this facility. The level of care, compassion, and professionalism exhibited by the staff is truly commendable. Special mention must go to [name removed] and her team of nurses, who went above and beyond in ensuring my mother's well-being. Their dedication to their work and their genuine care for the residents is evident in every interaction. The kitchen staff also deserve high praise for their excellent service. They made mealtime a pleasant experience for my mother, which is a testament to their commitment to resident satisfaction. However, it's important to note that no place is without its flaws. I did encounter an individual at the facility who exhibited an unacceptable level of toxicity. I have communicated this concern to the management, and I hope that appropriate action will be taken to address this issue.

Our family had an in person tour with Rose Senior Living and we really liked the facility. It was lovely and the apartment was wonderful - spacious, bright, with wonderful views. Unfortunately it was out of our budget and farther east than we needed.

Well, so far, Rose has been the best value for the money. And [name removed] their Director of sales is very empathetic and understands the needs of their customers. It's been a transition. For my sister and nothings easy when someone's moving in did something like this. But overall they are the best from all the different groups I've looked at.

My loved one is currently a resident at Cottage Grove Place and everything has been good, so far. The staff is all very friendly and sweet. The hair dresser couldn't be better. On shower days, they shouldn't be able to opt out of washing their hair. The move in process was wonderful. I love that my loved one is closer to me! I would recommend Cottage Grove Place to family and friends.

My loved one is currently a resident at Havenwood of Richfield and overall her experience here at this facility has been good. The cleanliness of the facility is good and the cleanliness of my loved one's room is okay. One suggestion that I would give: A schedule of activities for the family of Memory Care patients. One that shows the days that Memory Care residents take part in activities that are in and out of their unit. I would recommend this facility to others.

All staff are friendly and responsive to needs and requests made. The community is experiencing some growing pains and I'm sure it will only get better over time. The main reason I chose Oakmont Gardens was because of the close proximity to my family and it was a larger community. I would recommend them with some caveats. This community suits my husbands needs, but not mine. I am younger than most people in this community and in good health. And because of cost we can afford to live separately.

We toured with The Oaks at Bartlett and to u it seemed like a better facility for assisted living rather than memory care. The memory care area was very small, sad, and just looked depressing to us. That was the main reason we did not choose them.

This is my fathers 3rd retirement home. Freedom Square has a personal touch that I haven't seen before. The food is delicious. The staff is very attentive.

My loved one is currently a resident at Richmond Place. The actual care givers are very helpful, friendly, and take great care of the residents. Transportation is outstanding when we use it. Communication with the family could improve about general items, it takes lots of questions to learn/get information.

An area the Heritage Pointe could improve on would be the food and management. The building, the gym and amenities are great. Also the new Sage for people needed extra care seems to be great. It is a very good please for religious people.

It was a good value compared to others. People were really friendly. I would tell a friend that so far we like the place. It is clean bright and cheery. I would also tell them that I have concerns about the number of upper level staff that are leaving. Almost everyone I interacted with at the beginning have suddenly left.

I would highlight The Watermark's flexibility in working with us through a difficult transition. They worked with a short timeframe, dealt with unresponsive doctors, an 800 mile move, a case of pneumonia, and 3 cases of covid. And they remained helpful and responsive throughout.

Good but not enough physical activity in Memory care. Facility clean and smells fresh. Of the facilities I looked at in Naples I would definitely recommend The Arlington. We picked this community, because we liked the romme, and staff. Also, it was only 10 min from my home.

In our experience with memory care at Freedom Square of Seminole, most of staff is educated on the illness, and I would say that most care about the patients.

My family and loved one have had a good experience with the community. The staff is helpful and caring. Everyone is friendly. There are meals and activities provided by the community to assist the residents with socialization. Overall, this is a community we would recommend to others.

If people are interested in chandeliers and Greek columns then Gable Pines is probably not for them. The atmosphere felt more like home for my folks. I think, once we got the care plan fully implemented and had my mom lived longer, GP would have been a good fit. My father was/is in good physical and mental health. It was probably a bit tougher on him with covid protocols in place. He's a very outgoing person but given time I'm sure he would have made some meaningful connections with other residents who might have been in a similar situation as he. There were facilities we visited that were more posh than gable pines. What sealed the deal was the fact that you knew what your care plan cost each month. Many other facilities were A la carte.

We toured Rose Senior Living at Beachwood during our search for an Independent Living facility for our loved one. This facility was very nice! The cleanliness and friendliness were very good. However, the facility cost was very expensive.
