My loved one was previously a resident at Havenwood of Richfield and the overall experience was okay. The cleanliness and friendliness was good. The staff, care services and meals were good. Based on our experience, I would recommend Havenwood of Richfield to others.

I think residents should get more meals. They serve nothing to these people after 5. EVERYONE eats after 5. All depends on who's working some staff will get food some will not. I have had to tell them numerous times DO NOT TAKE MY MOM'S FOOD. She will still be eating or playing with it and they take it away.

This facility is an improvement over the previous facility. The staff was very helpful and accommodating under the circumstances.

The activities are great! The staff is very caring. The rooms are kept clean. Dad is happy here. It was only one of two places that treated the people living there like guests. Other places treated people like patients or sadly, like children. They are so kind at Harbour Village.

They appear to be short staffed in caregivers and the kitchen. So attention is not provided to my mother's satisfaction. The caregivers they do have are all compassionate and caring. Prices have increased drastically since a new company purchased the facility but care has not increased. It seems to be getting worse and they are losing good people on the staff. I'm about ready to start looking at other facilities but I worry they will have the same issues.

Doctors 4 days a week, Grocery 2 days per week. Staffing is extremely friendly but residents are friendly but somewhat clickish or maybe it is because I am new here and haven't made many friends. There is many chances to tour the local area with provided company bus tours

I would recommend the community to them and tell them how good it has been for my dad.

My loved one is currently a resident at Clarendale of Addison and the overall experience has been good. However, they just raised the price after only two months and we don't agree with the reasoning.

The staff have been quite supportive. [name removed] is friendly and efficient. [name removed] is always responsive to our questions. The maintenance staff have been there for us time and time again. Very friendly. Sorry I don't remember all the names - Mom does. The restaurant staff have been accommodating as well. They are very friendly.

My mom was only at The Village for less than 3 months and half of that she was in and out of the hospital. I will tell you this, the lady in charge of the nurses is mean. The nurses were wonderful. I liked them all. It was just that one person. And she was working on kicking my mom out because her level of care increased. I mean, was actually evicting an 88 year old woman almost, whether or not I had found a new place. And I think that lady got a promotion. Because of her, I would not recommend The Village in the future.

Staff really cares about the residents. They listen to feedback and take actions to improve. My dad is happy he moved there! My dad has a 2 bedroom place, so much more room than he needs. But I would say it's very comfortable size for 2 people. And he loves the cleaning service! He also really enjoys the activities. He said there have been some very talented musicians and fun outdoor events.

Friendliness and activities are great. Food is inconsistent and cost is very expensive. It is a very nice place, great location, staff is very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend !!!

My loved one was previously a resident at Rose Senior Living at Providence Park and she appreciated being there. Overall, her experience was very good.

My loved one is a resident at Freedom Pointe and things have been very good to great for her so far, with the exception of the food. There is no pattern, for example: BBQ chicken sandwich, brussel sprouts (gassy) and coleslaw or fish. It just doesn't flow for elderly people.

It is good, expensive, and well maintained. I would recommend the place.

Very friendly staff, but wait staff in the dining room is very slow and forgetful.

The Move in Coordinator that handled my mom’s transition from the assisted living side to the independent living side at Danberry at Inverness helped make the move seamless . She not only helped with the logistics but was so supportive to me during a stressful time. The apartment had a fresh coat of paint and new flooring in less than a week after we made the decision to move . Mom has everything she needs to be comfortable and lots of friendly faces to make her feel at home !

I moved my aunt in GVS about 3 years ago now and overall I am very happy with the care she is receiving. Everyone is very pleasant and most are eager to help when needed. I moved her in during COVID and felt really bad about dropping her there and not being able to to visit but the staff took really good care of her and called or texted me often with updates. I searched a lot of Medicaid accepted facilities and by far GVS was the nicest and cleanest hands down.

He went back and forth between assisted and skilled a few times. The admin staff, nursing staff and rehab staff were all very friendly He could be very crabby, but they would always have a smile My dad had food issues because he only had three teeth. The staff worked to accommodate his issues. The fact they had assisted and skilled nursing in the same facility made the transitions between care options easy.
