I would definitely recommend this facility. The only reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 is that just like everywhere today they get short staffed and the care from temps is not like the regular staff. There are the exceptions though. The regular staff was very caring, especially 2 of the nurses, they were exceptional!! I still keep in touch with them. I would say the meals were ok. We ate there once and it was good. My mother wasn't a good eater at that point so it's very hard to rate it. The move in process was very good, no complaints. The communication with the family is great. I think it would be a good decision for anyone looking to have their loved one there. Also, it is a beautiful facility, very clean!!

What our family likes the most about The Delaney at South Shore is the staff and the quality of care they give to the residents. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

My spouse and I had mixed emotions about making the move to Sandhill Cove. For one thing we would be reducing our living space to less than 50% of what we were used to. I asked my spouse which one of her 4 children would she call if one or both of us had a serious illness. She said she would not ask any of her children to come to help us. We do not have any other relatives anywhere near this area. Sandhill Cove offers life care and it is close to our former neighborhood so we decided that it would be right for us. After two years we have made many new friends and have actively become involved in the community. When asked about our decision to move here both of us always answers in the positive.

The general spaces are very clean, it's always well decorated for the holidays. It does not have an odor. And I believe the staff keep an eye on Mom.Overall, I would say it is a good experience. I do not regret putting my mother there. They seem to do a good job with staff retention. Consistency is key and I like that people seem to be happy enough to keep their jobs. And I hope they continue to pay them well enough to keep a consistent staff. Not everything is perfect. They are still working out the kinks on some things. As an example is very hard to reach somebody after hours when nobody is at the concierge desk. And if you reserve one of the suites for a guest, you get no email confirmation so sometimes there's mixups in that department. They are fun team does a great job with a variety of events and tries to cater to all kinds of abilities and desires. I think the cafeteria dining room is much better than it was when we first got there. There's a good variety of food. For the most part, it is served hot.

The Watermark at Bellingham has a good social and friendly atmosphere to it.. I have no reason not to recommend this community to other families. Also, the setting is in a beautiful area with lots of walking and hiking space adjoining the property

The apartments are well laid out and spacious. There are opportunities to get involved with many different activities if you are social. Because of the size and layout of the facility, people with mobility issues should choose their unit clase to the dining room area.

The staff and residents are the only thing we are really pleased with. Basically the average age of the community at 93 is too old for us and my husband does not get the help he was promised. As far as the food goes, there is not enough variety. Served cold. Long wait to order and then deliver.

Very caring staff and good communication with family members. Environment is pleasing and caring. The food and menu is not as up to par as it could be.

The entire staff is extremely friendly. Responses to phone calls and emails are prompt. We did have a few communication issues which negatively impacted my mother's daily living for about a month while things got resolved. Although the main areas aren't as modern as other facilities, the individual apartments have a more updated look. The quality and variety of dinners are pretty good, but the lunches aren't as good. The daily breakfast choices are very limited - no hot foods except oatmeal. The independent living events are mainly musical events. They don't have as many "arts and crafts" type of activities - more of these are available in the assisted living section of the community.

The apartment is infested with ants. Watermark has tried to treat the apartment but after 2 months , it has not improved. It is very frustrating that a "full court pressure" like mentallity is not applied to this ant problem. There was an incentive to move in early , however the apartment was not really ready. The facility is nice , my sister likes the food , the management does seem to care and tries to attend to issues that are raised. It is nice that there is an on-site doctors office- the doctor and his nurse practitioner wife are a good team.

What our family likes the most about Gable Pines is the staff and just how responsive they have been to our loved ones needs. We would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

I am happy to say I chose the right place for my needs. After five years I would highly recommend Harbour Village to all my friends.

I used to be the director here for 22 years. I like it here and I am happy.

Still waiting on current things to get fix. Overall, I love Harbour Village. Lunch should be a heavy meal and dinner should be a light meal.

The care here is better than the place before. I don't find strangers sleeping in my wifes bed. My wife is in memory care. The food here is good.

I came here in 2017. The care has been very good. The eye medication was off track but we fixed it. Notification is properly given.

Enjoying living here. Many things to do. Etc. Meals very good.

I would recommend South Port, the staff is very caring and my mother seems happy there. It is a bit pricey, but I think that is what many of them run. Only complaint would be the visitor parking for the memory care area is way too small making it difficult for elderly people such as spouses to find parking. Additional parking is in the back of the building creating quite a walk.

My Mother moved in March 1st. and just loves it. She enjoys meeting and talking to the other residents. The staff are amazing ! I can't say enough about Kim . Parkwood has made my Mother so happy ??
