The food is not great, but that's okay because I have my own kitchen. The cleanliness is great. Staff are generally on the ball. Communication with my family is good. The maintenance guys are timely and respectful. They take time to explain things to me. All in all, I feel safe here. There is lots to learn and participate. Lots of people to meet!

Many staff are long term employees. The room sizes as well as the amenities offered to the residents are great! Very nice.

Would recommend to others. We picked this community because it's friendly, a small community, clean,and they have outdoor space.

Delaney has been great and I'd recommend it to friends. We picked it because of the overall feel and value.

I liked living there. Everyone was friendly. I just couldn’t afford to stay there any longer. I enjoyed going to the dining room for my meals. And I also enjoyed the Sing-a-Longs that we had. Also liked the seminar on the Fruits of the Spirit and the craft fair in the Falk

My loved one is currently a resident at The Delaney of Bridgewater. The food quality is so-so. There is too much fried food, particularly for an elderly clientele. Also, we mistakenly assumed there would be a movie theatre. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. This place is not cheap.

What our family likes the most about The Delaney at Georgetown Village is the overall friendliness of the staff members as well as the residents living here. They are all very welcoming and we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Our experience with The Brielle was very good. I would recommend this facility to others.

Over all I would recommend it. Same challenges the other places I've experienced. Good front office Support staff as well as the Nursing Dept too. Head Nurse has an Assistant that I can communicate with to stay up to date on my parents.

Our frustrations ( my wife and I )center on our dining experience. The portion size is insufficient and inconsistent, the food is never hot, and the presentation is average. The wait time to be served is more often than not too long. The coffee served at dinner is consistently cold. The kitchen frequently runs out of dessert options. Vegetarian options are repetitious and uncreative. All of these deficiencies can easily be rectified. The welcome desk coverage is limited in the evening. The resident entry into the garage is difficult to access.

Yes I would recommend to others. My only concern is, they increase cost and have added new costs. It is a safe and secure place with many activities to be involved with.

Great aides, very nice and clean accommodations, management needs to be more responsive and adaptive. They just lost their best community relations/budget person who was always willing to look for ways to help. The aides are very responsive to residents and the social directors are phenomenal. The residents seems to enjoy the care and attention they get. If there is a medical issue the nurses reach out and keep you aware. Overall, it's somewhere you can have confidence in and know your loved one is in good hands.

What our family likes the most about the Clarendale Six Corners is their customer service, their response time, and the value for cost. It also is a new building so the cleanliness is very nice.

Overall, it has been a good experience. We picked this community because it was cleaner, more upscale, better care, better meals, and much better staff.

What our family likes the most about the Clarendale Six Corners community is the communication of the available health care resource's. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

I moved my folks to Freedom Pointe after visiting a few places. They have physicians come to the residents, activities available, nice size apartments and memory care in the same building as Assisted living. The food is in need of more variety as they run out of things without a similar substitute. This facility is close to me so I am able to keep an eye on them. I am pleased my folks are being well taken care of.

My loved one was previously a resident at Rose Senior Living at Carmel and overall her experience at this facility was good. This facility fit my loved one's needs until she required a Hoyer lift, which this facility is not certified for. Before recommending, I suggest doing a site visit to confirm if they have addressed the smell issue that arose from a plumbing problem that happened some time ago.
