We've had a great experience with Richmond Place so far! The facility itself is clean and well kept, and they do a great job looking after the people who live here. All of the staff have been great to work with, and the occupational therapist here does an excellent job.

All of my dealings with the people from Cypress Village have been wonderful! The facility itself is beautiful, they have an excellent meal service, and I love that all of their care services are offered a la carte.

My loved one is really happy there. She is participating in the activities, and she likes the food. She loves sitting out on the balcony, the access to outside, is one of the reasons we chose them. I see a lot of happy faces there.

Unfortunately my father just recently passed away and I cannot go into much detail here without getting worked up, but I will say that it was a very good experience at a nice facility with excellent friendly staff, and I would highly recommend them.

Everybody here is extremely friendly, both the staff and the residents! Before I even moved in I had people coming up to me saying "you're really going to love it here!" and they were absolutely right. They have very neat activities, offering a little something for everyone. I can't relax think of anything they need to do to improve. The food is excellent. I am really happy here and thankful to be here!

They are great! They could not be more accommodating. If we had chosen any other place, I don't think we would still be there. My loved one is very difficult, and they have juts been fantastic. They have been so understanding, and Mark and Leslie are outstanding! On a scale of 1 to 5, I give them a 6!

Regency Oaks is a great place, I'd give them top marks across the board! They've been very accommodating both to me and to my mother throughout the whole process. They were always willing to go the extra mile when it came to welcoming Mom to their community and making her feel comfortable.

This home is extremely clean. They have a system for changing assisted residents and bagging all soiled clothes etc. The residents are clean and changed often. There is no unpleasant ordor. The staff is very attentive patient and pleasant. We are fully informed each time we come about her and how she is doing. The rooms are cleaned daily by an outside cleaning service with a rolling cart like hotels. My mother in law was in a previous home and we had to buy clothes every two months because they were lost in the laundry. This is no longer a problem. On admittance you are urged to meet the doctor who wants previous records and a back round of her past active life. We are very impressed with her care over all.

My mother is 10 years younger after being at Harbour Village for 6 months!!! She is active every day, walking, exercising and socializing. She loves the activities such as bingo, movies, Packer games and events. The food is great. The staff is fantastic. We have taken advantage of the physical and occupational therapy services as well as the podiatrist which are on sight.

Freedom Square is a people-friendly home. I could not be happier here. I came to Freedom Square so that I would feel secure in the event of any unexpected medical or physical affliction that might befall me in the future. I am secure. F.S. offers all sorts of social opportunities for interaction with other guests. The meals are excellent. Residents are released from all the annoying chores of home ownership.Transportation is provided to malls, doctor's offices,and churches, as well as to planned activities away from the campus. Separate facilities are here for those needing skilled nursing , assisted living, and dementia care. Freedom Square is a continuous care resident community meaning that all a resident's possible aging situations can be taken care of here.

My Significiant Mate and I toured Harbour Village with Jenny who was very energetic and passionate about showing us how wonderful Harbour Village is. We toured 8 facilities and called one and decided not to tour that one. Narrowed it down to two facilities and decided to see both of them back to back on the same day which we did earlier when we toured places and it just happened that way. This time we had an appointment with Nancy and knowing that we had already toured I was expecting a quick tour. Nancy showed us and explained everything that Jenny had and she also took her time and did not rush us and both asked if we had any questions and gave me honest answers. They were genuine and not trying to just sell me like a car sales person. After touring the other 7 places I fell that Harbour house is the perfect place if there is such a thing for mom. We decided on Harbour house and I was moving a big TV stand in and was struggling a bit and a young fellow that works in the food dept. asked if I would like some help so that made a real good impression in me. Then we we were moving things in on Sunday and I had a lot of things on the second floor in the corner and the two weekend nurses just picked things up and put them in mom's room. On Saturdsy my Significiant Other had the door closed and someone knocked and the person who would be taking care of mom during the week introduced herself. She was interested in knowing about mom's morning, afternoon and evening routine and what activities she enjoys and any favorite foods. She told us she is excited to meet mom. For us it was good to feel comfortable that mom will be in good care and have lots of activities. Food looks good and staff extremely friendly. Youknow when you go to places how employees do not want to be there or just go through the motions. The staff is really into their work and they take pride in their work and mesh well together. We made a very good choice.

This community just felt right as soon as they walked in the door. The atmisphere was wonderfull, everyone seemed very helpful and pleasent. The location could not be better for us as it is centerally located from our house and work.

There are not enough superlatives to describe Danberry. It is First Class all the way. The employees are as friendly and helpful as anywhere we've been and they are always eager to please. It's the only retirement community I'm looking forward to going to myself one day!

We are absolutely 100% satisfied with Village at Woodlands Waterway. We're pleased with the services they provide, cleanliness of the facility, care provided, and friendliness of the staff.

First of all, your sales representative, Jacquiline Kennedy listened to what I had to say regarding my needs and found the perfect solution for a temporary home for me. She was very professional, but a caring person also. She showed me around, pointing out the renovated parts of the building (I had spent some time there twelve years ago when my mother and mother-in-law lived there.) I liked it then and expect I'll enjoy it now. I met several of your staff--all are very friendly. I spoke with several residents, all seemed cheerful and happy to be living there.

My Mom has lived at Danberry for almost two years and Danberrry is where she needs to be. She lives in Independent living, in a beautiful and roomy apartment and feels extremely safe on her own. Even though she has had a few health issues, we are able to use Companion Care employees to assist her in daily activities when needed. Physical therapy is just down the hall, along with anything else she may need. The entire staff has been awesome from our first visit to the present. We have had very few problems and they were always resolved quickly. I would encourage anyone to go check Danberry out and would recommend the facility to anyone.

When one has to make a life decision to leave their own home, whether it is to be around others for companionship or for health reasons, it is quite a stepping stone and fearful. From the time we visited Danberry, we knew there was no other place that could measure up to this fine establishment for our mother. My wife and I tell others it is like living at the Country Club and many times I refer to it as The Taj Mahal. It is clean, fun, plenty of things to do and a beautiful facility. Having food available daily and knowing security can be there in a moments notice for your loved one gives us peace of mind and still allows her some independence. Thanks to all the wonderful crew there for all you do!

We used the rehab portion of the facility. It's a great facility! The staff is friendly, it's kept clean. I loved the case worker capability. Everything is just great!

They are doing great. It's clean and the staff is friendly. I feel like it's worth the price that I pay. The food is too good, I've gained 7 pounds. They have plenty of activities, they are very responsive. There really isn't anything I think of that needs to be improved or done better.
