I came here not of my own choice about 8 mos. ago. I was ready to hate it, but have been completely converted to a fan. The people are truly a delight, the young servers in the dining room are always refreshing and all the activities keep me going. There have been some recent changes in staff, but all have been most positive. I especially look forward to dining at night with interesting engaging people. Living in a positive atmosphere helps me deal with my day to day challenges. Just sitting out on my balcony looking at the beautiful grounds lifts my spirits.

Penney showed me around. She is very friendly with the staff and residents. One of the more comfortable feeling places that I have seen. Very, very modern décor to fit the building was just a little too modern for me. Also, did have a problem with $100 per month parking but it is a covered garage so may be worth it to some. Would still be my second choice due to the great location and amenities.

I would recommend the Bellingham Retirement Community. They have a variety of activities. My overall rating of this property is 5 stars. I haven't had any issues or concerts with this place. I rated the friendliness 5 stars. This is a very friendly facility that offers a great care service. The value is also excellent. It is reasonably priced. I would recommend this facility to anyone searching for a friendly community.

I love it here, it's wonderful! Everyone is very friendly, and it's well kept. I get involved with just about anything there is to get involved with. I don't have any complaints about the food, my family came and ate with me and they didn't have any complaints either. I tell people if it was any better I would be in heaven. Out of five, I would give them 6!

My loved one has Alzheimer's and Dementia. He is very old and and at that stage..He loves it there and I would recommend to other to take thier loved ones to the location..I give it a rating over all a 5 star rating..the place is very clean and the activities are well done.

I am very pleased with the way they do things from the care services, food, cleaning, activities and outdoor activities. My loved one is happy about being here and haven't hear any bad new or anything about Cypress Village.

The facility so far is really great their very accommodating. People and staff are really friendly and caring. Its has big dining area but kind of small on rooms. They give the attention to the elderly that need to be giving. They dont just do their job they go above and beyond.

We moved my mother into Greenwood Village South in December of 2014. Since my father passed away in March of 2012 it was becoming more apparent that mom was not able to live alone. She contacted me and expressed that she felt that she needed more help in her day to day living. I contacted Greenwood Village and was very pleased with the people that I dealt with in making arrangements for my mother. They were very friendly and efficient in helping me move mom. Since mom has been there, I have been very pleased with the care that has been given to my 86 year old mother. I now know that mom will get her pills each day, will have 3 good meals, and be safe and secure in her apartment. The staff contacts me often about changes that need to be taken care of for mom. The director of the facility has been very helpful in every way. The facilities are clean and well taken care of. Activities are available for any who want to participate. Meals are provided and clients are allowed to choose their own meals. Mom has much freedom to move about all within the confines of a safe and caring environment. I am very pleased with the Greenwood Village South Manor Assisted Living Facility.

When my son, who lives in Elmhurst, strongly advised me to move to Lexington, I was reluctant. I am sorry that I didn't move here sooner. The staff has been very accommodating in assisting with the transition. I was pleasantly pleased with the dining room staff, food, and these services, I especially enjoy the activities the Enrichment staff have planned. The current residents are very welcoming and I've made many new friends.

My mother has been in the assisted living here for several years and I have been very pleased!

I moved my husband into the memory care unit at Cypress Village called Clare Bridge. I toured just about every community in Jacksonville because I wanted to find the very best place for my husband. It was a difficult decision to make but finally decided on Clare Bridge. I have been very happy with my decision and have only wonderful things to say about the staff. I am happy I found a memory care that has male residents that are as active as my husband is. Most places I visited were depressing and I didn't see my husband being able to communicate with the others living there.I am confused by the previous review saying the care was a' La carte because the pricing is all inclusive. This one of the reasons I chose this community. I like knowing what my monthly rate is each month. I am glad I called them about their memory care because I was told it was a community where you had to put a lump sum of money down. This was not true. Having my husband in a memory care community is never easy but I am glad I found a place that provides great care and allows me to have a little bit of a life [removed]

Loved this property. Too far for my Mom though. Really nice people and large rooms.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I was very impressed by what I saw at Freedom Square! The meal we had was delicious, the apartments were comfortable looking and newly renovated, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful!

I just toured the facility haven't placed mom yet but upon the visit staff seemed friendly and the overall building and interior very nice.

Sedgebrook is an active indépendant community. Everyone is VERY friendly. My mother moved into Sedgebrook last month and has acclimated relatively quickly. Note to future residents.....she moved into a one bedroom unit and wished she had done a two bedroom. It is too late to do that now as it would require buying/selling. She has run into old friends (from grade/high school) and met many new people.

Very new, modern and sophisticated, definitely does not look like a senior living community. I would like to live here myself. This gorgeous multilevel 8 story complex on the waterway is in a very popular area here in The Woodlands. And because it's a popular area the shopping complexes, including grocery stores are packed with limited parking available. Good thing there is a local trolley that stops by every hour for their residents. On site the visitor parking availability is zero due to lot line restrictions (they are working on other options) so they not only have problems with visitor parking but employee parking as well. The interior had extremely wide open hallways, high end lighting with windows at the end of each hall so it doesn't seem so closed in. The kitchens had higher ceilings and a more open floor plan than other communities I visited which included a washer/dryer in the room. Their social areas were big and the exterior balconies were spacious over looking the most beautiful views of local festivals and athletic competitions. Definitely a place to be for an active senior or even a not so active senior. They have a life alert style pendant and motion sensors for assisted living.

The Sales and Marketing staff at Regency Oaks ALL were very helpful when I was looking for a place for my mother who now lives there. They accommodating every question and request every step of the way. The staff at Regency Oaks is all wonderful. I highly recommend this LIVING arrangement for anyone looking for a Continuity of Care Facility. Karen Astley

Our experience at Freedom Village has been postive from the first visit several months ago. Everyone we have interacted with has been friendly, professional and genuinely interested in helping our mother find the right place. We are looking forward to her move and settling into her new home.

They were excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Susanne gave my wife and me a great tour and showed us a lower floor end unit that was being refurbished. This could be inviting to us. The comples offers covered parking (both freestanding and under the main building) that is one of my desires. The grounds and location on Lake Harris are beautiful and also has a private lake with walkways surrounding it. All of the progressive care and life style support offerings appear very nice. We met several residents that gave it a big thumbs up.
