South Port Square is an excellent senior community! We couldn't be happier with the service our loved one and our family received. The facility itself is clean and well kept, the staff is friendly and professional, and they treated us all like family. The people here are really on top of things, they always had an answer ready to go for any questions we had, and really went the extra mile in regards to any requests. I highly recommend them!

Two years ago I moved to Clare Oaks Independent living and have never been happier. First of all you get 90 percent of your money back if you decide to leaving or when you pass. I checked all over and did not find anyplace that could compare. First of all the residents are the friendliest people I ever known. They really reach out to new residents and help them get to know others. Also they have a wonderful work out room and a beautiful indoor swimming pool. The food is very good and the staff are wonderful. I recommend Clare Oak to everyone who don't want the burden of cooking, cleaning, shoveling snow or many other chores any more. Come and see us.

The facility is very clean open and bright. It is a beautiful facility. We had lunch there and the food was exceptional. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The residents that we met as we toured the facility were all very content and highly recommended the facility.

The staff is very personable and professional, and I think they do a great job looking after the residents. They're definitely worth a look, if you're looking into senior living options in the area!

This is the place good size apartment and close to Market Street.

Freedom Village is a very nicely decorated facility. It is clean and the apartments are spacious with quite a few amenities. The staff is wonderful and they are very attentive to the residents needs and their well being.

I have been at ParkLane for a month for rehab and my stay here has been great. The nursing and kitchen staff go out of there way to help me. Everyone does their best. I enjoy going to the activities when not in rehab and think it's wonderful how they include even the residents that aren't able to do much in all of the programs.

The nurses here are wonderful. I know that my husband is well taken care of by this talented staff. This is absolutely 5 star quality service.

Mom is off to a great start. We are trying a winter stay first and it is going very well. The facilities are nice and the staff is extremely accommodating.

I have to admit, I've never had my mom anywhere except at Harbour Village in Greendale, WI. And I never would place her anywhere else. She has been there since 2010, started in the Independent Living area, and now in Memory Care. We also live in Greendale, so it was a natural choice for us. The staff, many of whom have been there for years, is caring and conscientious. The suites are small, but mom has the most amazing view, looking out on two gardens. Mom is 94 and going strong! I go to visit several times a week, and also eat there occasionally with her, so if anything were amiss, I would know! If you're looking for peace of mind for your loved one, Harbour Village is your place!

My wife passed away on Nov. 19, 2011. I lived at The Abbey in No. Richland Hills for 5 yrs. Then I felt I wanted to move to a retirement center where there were more people my age. I put down a deposit 1 year ago at Park Place. After 12 months, the apartment size I wanted did not open up. Subsequently, I put a deposit down for Meadow Lakes in North Richland Hills. A week before I was to move in, they returned my deposit--must have had someone willing to pay more. I visited 5 locations. Subsequently, I visited Parkwood Retirement and was greatly impressed: 1. They had a great discount offered for 2016 if you signed in December, 2015. I took it! 2. The size of the apartment was close to the one I was currently living in. My furniture fit just right. 3. Not only was the size and cost great, the staff was very friendly, informed and helpful. 4. I moved in last week and love the staff, the food quality and variety, and the friendliness of the residents! I never thought such a place would be so attractive and accommodating. It's the best! 5. I made the right choice and love it here! I rate it as a 5-star facility. I recommend it to all Seniors! Check this one out before you make your final decision. Oh yes, about a dozen members of our church already live here. It's a great fellowship. You'll love it too. Come join us!

Our experience here at Parkwood has been more than I had expected. The care and friendly attitudes from the staff are reflected in the residents' loving concern for each other. A true family feeling exists here, and there are so many very worthwhile activities that it is hard to keep up, but all are very good and contribute to the camaraderie of those who participate. All in all, more than I bargained for, and much better than I observed in all the other communities that I visited. I am certain we made the right choice

Although I'm sure this facility was very nice, we decided to go with another retirement community.

I think that the facility is very nice, there just needs to be more going on. I don't know what it is but I think there needs to be more activity, more life. I have been surprised at how many growing pains the facility upon opening. I thought there would be things flowing a little smoother. The staff workers have been wonderful though; very receptive and responsive.

The Brielle at Seaview is a wonderful option on Staten Island. It is cost friendly and there aren't any hidden costs. I wish we had this option in Staten Island a few years ago when I was looking for a family member but had to move them to a New Jersey community. Anyone looking for an affordable option as an alternative for a loved one isolated and living at home should look at this beautiful community.

We have been every pleased with every thing. This place has been everything we have hoped that it would be. My mom is happy here.

We are very satisfied with them. We like the food, and the accommodations. Everything is wonderful, and very clean. We liked how friendly it was. It's a great place. I would give them a five.

Our loved one lived here for a while. They did such a good job, when we moved we went with another Brookdale. It's nice that they have such a large system, it made the move easy. The food here was really good just like it is at the new place.
