I have nothing but good things to say about this community. From the time I toured with Nancy who was awesome and very helpful to the time I placed my loved one here the staff has been awesome. They offer packer games and they go on outings. This place is way more than expected and I like that. They go over and above for their residents.The meals are healthy and good size portions. We just love this community. They also provide a awesome Sunday brunch that my loved one loves.

The community is beautiful and the staff is great and very friendly. I really liked that because my loved ones wanted to be in the same room they were able to accommodate them, which made the transition easier. The community offers lots of activities that my loved ones love to participate in. My loved ones love the lectures that they offer and the singing that is offered to them. The meals that they offer are great and a lot of variety. I was very impressed with the meals. My loved ones have become social butterfly's.

Staff has been so good! They've gone out of their way to get my MIL settled on the memory care floor. [Removed] is so helpful. I can't say enough good things about everyone involved with this difficult transition. My MIL is adjusting well.

I wasn't apprehensive about coming here because seven years ago my husband stayed here and he was treated very well. So right off the bat, I knew what to expect. The cleanliness is immaculate. They're always sweeping and vacuuming, even when it looks fine. My room is always tidy. The nursing staff are very attentive, and the personalized attention I received from the therapy staff was first rate. The activities people are on top of things, they have something for everyone.

They have person that is a move in coordinator. They helped with coordinating the move, stopped by with a welcome basket and took her to some of the activities to introduce her to some of the other residents. This is an older building that is well maintained. The food is good and they offer restaurant style dining with a full menu. They offer a sugar free dessert daily. I would recommend this community.

I would absolutely recommend Gable Pines. The housekeeping does a great job maintaining the whole place organized and clean. She loves living there and has made some friends. At the moment she has not been participating in activities but the staff and her friends are encouraging her to a level of comfort. I feel like this is a safe place for her. She is surrounded by wonderful caring people.

My mother in law is receiving good care. The staff encourages her to a point where she is comfortable with participating in activities. My mother in law has lunch and dinner with friends in the community and it's great. She seems really happy. The place is kept clean and it's also very safe.

My sister and I were initially introduced to Danberry at Inverness a couple of years ago. we visited again last week as we are in the process of relocating our sweet mom to an assisted living facility. We were so impressed initially by the warmth of the entrance and great hall of the facility. Then, the team that explained the services, the facilities, etc. was so upbeat and professional. All of our questions were answered. The tour included having the opportunity to meet a few residents, which was very important to us. Everyone that we met--residents and staff--had a smile on their face. We could feel a strong sense of community. All of this made us feel comfortable with the idea of our mom living at Danberry. Sue, Lindsey and Chandy were wonderful. I highly recommend Danberry at Inverness.

The staff are doing well with caring for my mother. They make themselves very accessible and are responsive to any concerns that we may have. The food is generally pretty good. The community is very nice and clean throughout. They offer a variety of activities for my mother to enjoy like exercise, worship service, and outings to a community church.

This is a beautiful place but well above what we can afford. They have everything there you would ever need and then some. It was worth the look for us..

My wife has been doing very well in this community. They have staff that are very experienced. My wife wakes up to a beautiful view of greenery in the mornings. I like that they have a beauty shop, a nice dinner setting, and they always have snacks available. The rooms are pleasant. I would recommend to family and friends.

My parents have lived at Clare Oaks since December of 2013. They have made many friends and have felt welcome since the first day. They enjoy the activities, love being able to attend mass in the beautiful chapel, and are very happy with their choice to move to Clare Oaks. We have found all the staff to be very friendly, caring and helpful. My mom describes it as a family atmosphere and says it feels like home. The pool and exercise room are great and there is always something fun going on. It's wonderful to have a continuum of care available as needs arise. The apartments here were the nicest and largest I saw as I was checking other facilities in the suburbs. The longer my parents are here, the more sure we are that we made the right decision.

After visiting several facilities, we decided on The Village at The Woodlands. We are very happy. The facility is very nice and the residents appear to be very happy as well. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and responsive.

My Brother in law is doing well at Clarendale of Mokena. The community is very clean and the staff are friendly and very interactive with the residents. I have not had a chance to try the food.

A nice, caring assisted living facility.

My second choice. I like the Lombard site better than the ELmhurst though.

Just moved my 95 year old mother from Massachusetts to Freedom Pointe. She was understandably very apprehensive but the staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. They strive hard to live up to the 5 star experience they claim. Since my Mom's furniture took 12 days to get there, they even supplied temporary furniture until it arrived. She loves the food and makes an effort to do all the activities. So far so good, and I feel comfortable leaving her, as we won't be down there until August. No other facility in the area seemed to be on the same level as Freedom Pointe.

My husband and I moved into a Cypress Village apartment, when I was sixty-three years old. My classmates and cousins kept saying I’m too young. I told them that I wanted the turnkey, carefree and worry free lifestyle of a CCRC. I also wanted to be young enough to participate in all the activities, trips and health programs proved by the extremely capable and friendly staff. I’ve found the residents to be very inviting, helpful and inclusive. The meals and treats are delicious. So now I have to watch my waistline.

My parents liked this facility very much and loved the corner apartment, however, the only two bathroom apartments were independent living apartments and the VA will only approve Assisted living, which are only one bedroom, one bathroom apartments.

The best for independent care. My Mom is happy. There are so many activities she loves. The people, both staff and residents, are helpful, happy and friendly. It is exactly what she was looking for.
