They are amazing, I would give them more than 5 if I could. All of the staff have welcomed my mother in law with open arms and have helped her to adjust which has not always been an easy task for her. They always help her do what she needs to do, I cannot say enough great things about them. She said the food is wonderful and the residents are all so nice to her. The activities are great as well. I would highly recommend HarborChase of Rock Hill to others who are looking.

We thought Oakleaf of Lexington was excellent, and superior to most of the places that we looked at. They were just more expensive.

I have been coming to the Carlise for years and I have been in connection with Lydia Since she started and she has been nothing but amazing. The community is one of my favorites. The location is perfect. It’s right next to the ocean. I highly recommend this community to any of my family, friends, or clients.

Walking through the doors of the Carlisle you feel the warmth and love it offers. The most beautiful property in walking distance to the ocean!! Management and staff are kind and hospitable. My experience there has been amazing, I will recommend the Carlisle over and over again!!

Go see the Carlisle before you tour any other retirement community. It’ll be your first and last stop. It doesn’t get any better than this! Go meet [name removed] for a tour. She was a delight!

I am very impressed with the staff, They keep us well informed and up to date, they know everyone's name, and they are very friendly. I would recommend this community to others based on our experience.

We chose HarborChase because the general feel and atmosphere here, it was more welcoming and has a home like feel. The apartment sizes at the facility are good compared to some others that we saw. I would tell others that it is an adjustment period for both the resident and the families. They do go out of their way to try and accommodate and listen to what is being said and really helped me through the process. I would recommend to others looking.

They have a courteous staff, and they're supportive of the family. They are caring and they took care of my loved one very well. The staff made sure my loved one was taken care of with their needs. The food was enjoyed by my loved one.

Our tour was virtual, so it felt a little limited and was hard to tell what the community was like. I think they did the best they could for the situation. The ladies we talked to were wonderful. I had heard really good things about Oakleaf from someone I knew personally. But they did not have skilled nursing.

We chose Oakleaf of Lexington because they impressed me from the onset and I just did not have a need to look anywhere else, I was very satisfied after visiting with them. The room sizes here are adequate and all that any one person could need. He really likes the food here, they are chef prepared meals. All around it is a great place, the setting of the facility is pretty and well landscaped. It has a homey feel and not institutional at all. I would highly recommend them.

If you’re looking for an active community with lots to do and people to engage with than you’ve come to the right place! The Carlisle is the best community in Palm Beach! Location location location! If you’re fortunate enough to get an apartment with a view, you know exactly what I’m talking about. The people you meet are so warm and welcoming and it gives a lady like me so much hope to get through the days. I love the activities they have and I can’t wait to move. I’ve visited many places and nothing else compares!

Best care! I moved my mother from another facility to the Carlisle and she hasn’t stopped telling me how nice everyone is and how much they take good care of her! So happy she’s here.

The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. I called wanting to help my mom get more assistance and I feel that the staff in both assisted living and the sales and administrative office handles every question I had. They took a lot of care as this was not only a big decision for my mom, but for me as well. And now I’m wondering why we hadn’t done it sooner. Thank you so much. I don’t think I could have done this from so far away if mom wasn’t already a resident. Grateful doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel. I have so much peace of mind knowing that she’s ok!

I came for a scheduled tour and It certainly is a beautiful place but what really drew me were the sanitation protocols they had in place. When I first walked in there was an automatic sanitizer dispenser. Then from there they take your temperature, have you answer a questionnaire and and take your oxygen level and pulse. I love to see places where they value their residents safety. I didn’t go all the way inside but I appreciate the protocol they have in place.

I stopped by the Carlisle today for their Tour of Italy Dine and Dash event. I got a nicely packaged hot dinner with an appetizer and dessert to match. First of all, my compliments to the chef and director. The lemon chicken dish was amazing! I can’t believe they serve food this good at a senior facility. Second of all, I only peaked in while attempting to grab my food and go and the atmosphere is definitely breathtaking. I could see some residents partaking in what seemed to be happy hour and a resident- [name removed] even approached me and welcomed me and told me her opinion. She said that she has lived there for over 9 years and that she loves it. That’s enough to make me want to move in! I love how friendly everyone was tonight. I can’t wait for my mom to come down next month it looks like we found her new home. I know she’s going to be eating better than me and surrounded by friendly people.

Just visited the Carlisle and I’m in shock! This whole time I thought it was a condo and it’s a gorgeous retirement community. It has everything my mom wants; socialization, beautiful amenities, and the most ideal location. Doesn’t hurt that it’s very close to my house as well. However, we visited some other places further from me, and my mom picked this one out of all of them! Win win! As long as she’s happy.

I was recommended to the Carlisle by a place for mom. I came and toured with my husband and I never knew a senior retirement could look this good and I’m not even the difficult one, My husband is. When we left, he had nothing but good things to say. Thank God! My daughter is super protective of us and went to go see it after us. She loves it almost as much as we do. Cant wait to move in. The staff at the Carlisle have been nothing short of hospitable and accommodating and I couldn’t ask for more especially when it comes to a major decision like this.

We had many places in mind when visiting. Needless to say, when we came to the Carlisle, we felt warmth. It just feels like home. We are now fully settled and so happy with our decision. I can’t wait for our son to visit so he can see how beautiful it is. The accommodations, the dining experience everything is just superb.
