I toured the facility with my mother. The staff and the place were both wonderful. My mother is strongly considering a move there.

Not an included amenity for all meals but food provided multiple times weekly in conjunction with scheduled events. Great location, in close proximity to shops, restaurants, movie theater, public library. Full schedule of daily activities/events for residents. Very accessible and helpful management and maintenance staff.

Anytime I had questions they were quick to respond and help. The activities director was always in the memory care unit at the scheduled time making sure everyone was included. Their communication with our family was always great and they would also send us pictures on occasion when we had concerns, her doing activities , eating ect. Everyone was very polite. My grandmother actually passed away last Friday and they were all very helpful, passionate and kind to us during this process.

The staff is professional and caring. The building is very clean, and the grounds are well kept. My two-bedroom apartment is spacious and well laid out. The amenities are wonderful, and the activities provide numerous opportunities to make friends. I have truly found my home here.

The sales person was very knowledgeable. The place was immaculately clean and everyone was very friendly. I would definitely recommend Kempton. It is a wonderful place. They have been wonderful with Mom and I hope that you will point more people to them because I think it is an exceptional place for my mother.

Everyone there is loving, kind, and incredibly helpful—both the staff and the residents. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the apartments are beautiful. I especially loved the indoor heated swimming pool! I no longer live there because I was needed by family members in Florida, but I truly miss living there and think of it fondly.

The staff has been wonderful. The room is always clean and smells clean and smell great. Everyone is willing to help each other.

I love everything here. We have fun everyday. I really like the garden club. We went to the zoo and had the best time. This is a happy home.

What I like the most about Inspire Sandhill is the community and yes I would recommend to other families based on the experience so far.

My mom has lived at Kempton for two years. Making the decision to move her there at such a young age(68 years old) was the hardest decision I’ve ever made. I can say with 100% certainty that it is truly the best decision and my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner. They truly have become part of our family. Her health improved greatly because she was socializing and moving around more than when she lived alone. Kempton has so many staff members that have been with them for over 10 years(some are nearing 30 years). That is a true testament to the workplace culture. I could write all day about the staff if I named each one individually and things they have done to go above and beyond. The caregivers are true angels and I witness the love they have for the residents every time I’m there. The management team is AMAZING! The facility is always clean and there are no odors when you walk the halls. Tour Kempton before making a decision to move your loved one and see for yourself!

Wonderful staff and such a welcoming feel. Staff has long-tenured and that is rare these days. Everyone is friendly and love the front porch with the rockers. Full day of activities on the weekends too, and that is rare.

First Impressions are amazing ! This community is highly recommended. A place for mom has worked with the Carlisle to support excellent service to our active seniors looking for an outstanding senior living experience!

What we like the most about The Carlisle is that the staff are attentive to issues , work with the insurance, good security, help stimulate [name removed] into the groups. Yes. They are now under new ownership so I don't know if things will change

This is a warm, independent, and welcoming community in an ideal location—just one block from the beach and a short walk to the Intracoastal. The staff is exceptionally friendly and goes out of their way to foster connections, often seating residents with different groups during meals to help everyone get to know one another. They also offer guest rooms for visiting family, which is a wonderful touch. My father-in-law stayed here for a month and genuinely seemed to enjoy his time—both the setting and the sense of community.

Our overall experience was excellent. However, the only comment I would make was the residence was just sold so I am sure there will be some changes. I will speak with friends I made there to get their thoughts as to the new owners before I make a call to book for next year.

Kempton is such a wonderful community! It is so welcoming and loving to the residents. You feel like family from the time you walk in the door. I love seeing the residents sitting on the enormous front porch in all those rocking chairs catching up on the day!

This may seem strange for me to give the community in which I work a review, but when I saw that APFM has given us a score of 7, I was confused, as I saw that most of our reviews read 4-5 stars. I found that because there are not many RECENT reviews, our score goes down.(We have not been w/APFM) SO, I wanted to be sure that you as a consumer, understand that. I have been blessed to work in our residents' home for almost 12 years. The comments we receive from our residents & family members are that this community feels like home & everyone seems so happy & acts like family here. It is true. I feel that we owe our success to the amazing passion our team has to truly care for our residents' well-being. We have extremely good tenure w/ our core group averaging about 15 years! They do a great job! I was just in our Resident Council meeting & the residents were complimenting them on their hard work, the good food, the choices, activities, outings, care, etc. I am ready to move in, myself!

My friend lived at this community for several years. He has a rare form of ALS, and is in need of physical assistance, meal preparation, socialization, transportation, etc. They did a great job with all of this and more. He and his friends love this place and the great staff there. They truly care the residents and the friends and family of the residents there. I found that they listen to the residents and families and communicate well. It seems that they are interested not only is your physical needs but also your spiritual and mental needs as well. They have many staff members who have worked there for more than 10 - 15 years and have a passion for what they do. The food and activities are great! The chef even helped him make some of his own Italian sauce and pasta for everyone one day. He loved that and so did everyone else. This is a great community. I would choose to go here my self. Everyone seems happy.
