My wife and I just moved to the Carlisle and I can already tell that we’re going to be very happy here! We moved in with only seeing the place online and we were so happy that when we got here it looks better than the video tour. Everyone has been so welcoming and accommodating and the food is excellent. I’m glad we made the decision to move here. It’s a wonderful life.

I moved here about 6 years ago. When I first visited, It was one of the most plushy places I had vever seen in my life. The only other place more plushy was my house. I have run many businesses and this place to me seemed So amazing. There are many things good at the Carlisle ; the best is the people. They take very good care of you. We have opera, continuing education, different discussion groups. Our dining service is magnificent. I have a lovely large apartment and everything that I’m used to and require. I have a full kitchen and a washer dryer inside my apartment. My husband and I love the location and the transportation is to perfection—all of Palm Beach County is at your disposal. The staff is an extension of my family.

I visit this place often to see residents for services and amongst all the places I visit, I always recommend this place. The residents are so well cared for. I’m amazed at how hydrated they are, engaged, no skin tears or staged wounds. Everyone is also so pleasant and the residents usually have a smile on their faces. It doesn’t hurt that the place looks like a hotel.

My aunt lived at the Carlisle and lived an absolutely care free life. She lived her life to the fullest and when she moved into the Carlisle, it was a continuation of that celebration of life. The people I’ve met and the connections she has made will forever be something that I will look back upon with warmth and fondness. My experience with the Carlisle has been nothing short of remarkable. I’m grateful my aunt was truly happy and found camaraderie at a beautiful and luxurious community. My aunt is no longer with us and it hurts not having her here. I will miss our time spent at The Carlisle, chatting with the residents, dining like queens, and showing off the place with pride like we owned it! Cheers

Talk about excellent customer service. I came to visit The Carlisle as the primary caregiver for someone considering the Carlisle. I go to places all the time where people don’t even look at me because they treat me like I’m the hired help. I have a college degree and the family I work for treat me like family. The Carlisle is the first place that treated me like they valued my opinion. They actually treated me how they treat the family. Even offered me a mimosa! I’ll never forget the experience and I’m happy to say the person I care for wants to move in. It makes me happy because if this is how they treat me, I know they will take good care of him.

Lovely community that offers luxury style amenities and services for seniors. It’s a beautiful location just minutes away from the beach. The staff is great and I feel confident that they are capable of managing the needs of my loved one. The managers so above and beyond to ensure we are happy. I look forward to all the great events and programs they offer

I visited the Carlisle for a tour and I’m amazed this place has been here for 20 years. The maintenance and upkeep is superb. It feels like a luxury hotel and literally that is the deciding factor for my dad! He wants an active lifestyle where people are actually doing the activities they say they’re doing. We were invited back to spend a day because of course we wanted to be sure. My father couldn’t stop talking about it on the drive home! Thank you! I’m so happy! I have peace of mind knowing my dad will be looked after and that he’s in good hands.

I’ve lived at this community for a long time. When I see and read what people post about this place, it’s a shame. Everyone has been nothing but kind and accommodating at this community! The staff goes out of their way to help me. I know people will say and do anything for money and I imagine, you know people talk, that’s what the bad reviews are about. But I’m very happy here. Everyday I wake up grateful for my decision. It’s truly a wonderful place!

I went to visit the Carlisle a couple weeks ago to look for a place for my mom. I was so impressed with the cleaning and sanitation protocol they have in place and how they prescreen everyone. We looked at Independent Living and the apartments are absolutely beautiful. I was also surprised to see how affordable it is. I want to go back with my mom soon and we’ll pick an apartment. I visited other newer communities and they didn’t compare to the warmth and hospitality I experienced at the Carlisle. It’s just a good fit for us. The convenience of the shopping center across the street will help my mom to keep her independence and have groceries delivered without much trouble. What a relief! I’m tired of shopping.

My dad was at the Carlisle for 6 years. His last few in memory care were made so much better by the care he received there. The activities were conducted with infinite patience and care, and the staff was always there for him. [name removed] came on board as medical director after he moved to memory care and was a constant help to me in coordinating doctors appointments, medication, and transportation. She was always available as an easy, reliable point of contact, which became even more important over the last 6 months. My thanks to her and all the Carlisle family.

I moved here several months ago and to be quite honest, I wasn't involved in the decision. My son and daughter in law came and picked it out before I could even set eyes on it. At first I was upset, understandably so, because I thought my kids were putting me away in a home. I was surprised to see how gorgeous of an apartment my son picked out and he got me all new furniture. Now, I'm the happiest I've ever been and I'm glad my son chose this place. It is certainly NOT a nursing home, but more like a fancy resort hotel. I don't have an ocean view apartment and I think I can live without it. There are so many other opportunities to see the beach at a distance or up close. The best part about this place is the activities. I've heard stories from my friends at other places who get treated like prisoners. I'm happy that there are fun activities where they practice safe distancing and sanitation to keep up us safe. Now to find a boyfriend!

I am so happy! I love my ocean view apartment Since moving to the carlisle my blood pressure has dropped back to normal, I’m relaxed and no longer have to cook. There is always something on the menu that I like and there are so many options. The wait staff in the dining room are so friendly and always have a smile on their faces. They will even deliver my meals to my apartment with friendliness and a smile. I’m happy with my decision to move to the Carlisle.

I recently moved to the Carlisle after moving 3 times in one year. And I finally feel happy at a place I call home. This is the most beautiful location. I’m happy with the food. It’s excellent! And the people here have treated me like family, from the executive director to the lovely sales staff and amazing housekeepers. Truly I’m so grateful. Honestly I couldn’t be happier with my decision. It is by chance that I remembered visiting and loving this place and I was so happy they could accommodate me. My apartment overlooks the ocean and it’s absolutely a spectacular view. You won’t find anything better. I would know. I’ve tried a few!

The Carlisle has the most amazing location, you cannot beat the location. And if you're as active as I am, they offer great transportation. I miss going to the Kravitz Center and the Malls. I'm looking forward to that again when everything opens up. The fact that they will drive me to the doctor or dentist anywhere in Palm Beach county is by far and wide an absolute dream. I don't need a car, but I can remain very independent. Also the stores and shops across the street allow me to walk to places and enjoy the salty breeze. I love that this is a pet friendly community and Teddy loves all the cuddles he gets.

My stay here at the Carlisle has been amazing. The food is great the staff is superb! Everyone here is so friendly and they make you feel at home. The Director [name removed] really cares , he listens if there is any concern and take actions.. I would definitely recommend this community to others..

I would like to complement Sales Counselor, [name removed], from the Carlisle, Palm Beach. [name removed] was instrumental in convincing my mother to come to the Carlisle. My mother has been a resident for 1 year now. She is very happy living there. [name removed] has an outstanding personality. Always smiling, friendly, and helpful. It is always a pleasure interacting with her. Please tell [name removed] that we appreciate the great job she is doing. We are very pleased that she is working at the Carlisle.

My dad and I were worried about moving him to a facility during these strange times, but he absolutely couldn't stay home any longer. We had been to the Carlisle a while back and were pleasantly surprised by how clean and beautiful they keep the property. After revisiting, we were very impressed by the various protocols they have in place for safety and Covid precautions. I'm happy they answered all of our questions and made my dad feel like a person and talked directly to him. My dad is excited to move in and I'm glad it seems like its going to be a great fit.

After moving into The Carlisle, I have gotten a cake and a song for my birthday. It wasn’t an easy decision for me but my house was too big to manage for one person. I love my housekeeper. There is always something to do during this time and I keep busy. My experience here has been positive. If I was home, I would get in the car and go to Publix despite quarantine restrictions. Now that I am at The Carlisle, I feel I am making better decisions and can quarantine and social distance and be safe. I love the area and I am able to walk around with my dog. This was the best decision and I would do it again a thousand times over.

I feel The Carlisle is following the state guidelines and being very protective of all the people that live here and very careful of anyone they let into the building.
