I had a nice tour of this community and thought the staff did a great job at keeping a clean and well kept facility!! They where on time to our appointment and kept things very professional during our visit. I liked the open floor plan and all the natural light they had throughout the building. It was just not the right location for my mother.

Very nice center, scores well on checklist, a little different with use of aromatherapy, during visit multiple activities going on, still too pricey.

Positive on all aspects of checklist. Nice facility, friendly, good atmosphere - pricing is higher than we want to spend- will need to evaluate insurance but this is the ideal for us aside from price. Great location.

I toured many communities along with this one and it all really came down to where my aunt could afford to live. This place was beautiful, very clean and well maintained. Everyone was very professional and the staff was interactive well with the residents.

My tour of River Oaks Assisted Living & Memory Care went very well. The people there were very friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean and seemed to be maintained well, it eas a good experience but not the right fit for my father.

Independent Cottage 850 sq ft. 1 bed/1 bath $1800. Meals $700 2 people 3 meals per day. Housekeeping $50 on Fridays pay as you go. Pets $500 one time fee plus $50 yard cleanup. Scooters $500 one time fee.

I had two main factor to find; location and staff. On the tour at this community, I found that this didn't have what I was looking for. The tour was good, I got to see the whole community and the representative was on time for our appointment. This just was not the place for us, nothing was wrong the community.

We toured this community when looking for my mother. It was a positive experience. I would recommend looking into them.

My loved ones seem to be doing okay since their move to this community, I think it has been a good fit for them. The apartment they are in is a bit smaller than expected, but it's a beautiful facility. I would recommend it, and it is very well maintained.

I think my friend is doing very well at The Windsor, the staff has gone above and beyond to make her feel welcome and at home. They also encourage her to join activities and interact with the other residents. She is a vegetarian and she has made some comments that she wishes they had a better selection of salads. Other than that, its a very nice place and I recommend it.

One of the things we liked about this community is that they offer a push button for the residents. This allows the caregivers to respond by an intercom to let her know when they would be able to come help. My friend says the food is ok. They offer a lot of fun activities including a basketball tournament and a Mardi Gras party. Her apartment is larger than other communities. They keep the community well maintained.

[Removed] very professional, helpful and obviously well liked by the residents. As with any older facility, aging is showing, but maintenence personnel appear to be addressing. The separation of assisted and memory care did not fit with our expectations. At the current stage of our family member, not certain this facility is for him. Having said that, it is obvious that the staff and residents have a noticeable family bond. That is meaningful!

I feel that they are doing a great job with mom. The whole family feels that this community has brought life back into mom. Mom has become the natural social butterfly since coming here. The staff is very attentive and accommodating to mom.

One of the main reasons my family and I had picked this company for my loved one was how budget friendly they where. The size of the bathrooms in the bedrooms are very reasonable and the housekeeping does a great job on keeping the apartment clean for my father. He has had some complaints about the meals but for the most part has liked them. I would recommend this place to anyone looking into a great place for there self or loved one

The Legend at Council was a great place to tour, and my mother's sister lives there as well and they seem to really like it. This is the place I hoped that my parents would choose but they ended up choosing another community.

My mother-in-law lived here before her passing. We were very pleased with the care she was receiving.Our only issue is they had a salmonella outbreak right before her passing and they did not inform us. Her health was already compromised and they have been very quiet about the outbreak. They have been very understanding during this time.

facility had pleasing decor, clean, well kept,small outside enclosed garden area, would have liked more space. Staff friendly and welcoming. Month to month rental of units.

We toured this community. The staff was nice and attentive. The community was not as clean as we wanted and there was an odor. This community is on the smaller side. They had a lot of nice activities that are offered to the resident.s We suggest that families tour this community for care of a loved

This was the nice community. The staff was nice and friendly and caring. We liked knowing that this community was clean. they meals seemed to be very good. We would recommend this community to other families.

This is a newer community which was very nice. They only had shared rooms available at the time we looked. We also had another community a bit closer to where we live that was comparable in pricing and newer.
