The apartment size is really good. There is a separate sleeping area and living area and kitchenette. As well as a separate bathroom. The staff is great. They are very friendly very helpful. I have not tried the food myself. My dad said that it's OK. I don't know much about the activities either. I will say that it's very clean there and they do a great job keeping my dad's place clean as well as the facility as far as I can tell. Overall, we are very pleased.

Received a thorough and pleasant introductory tour of the facility and amenities. Older building but well-maintained. Both staff and residents lent a 'homey' feeling.

Like: location, cleanliness and friendliness of most of the staff Improve: resolving billing issue and better access to their observations about my wife

The people are very friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be improved is the transportation to and from appointments. They only transport 2 days a week and makes it hard to schedule appointments. I would recommend them to others. Everything else is good.

My dad likes the food the best, enjoys the activities, likes that the staff is friendly and helpful, and feels he's being looked. I like that it is easily accessible for him to navigate the building and he has what he needs within the community. The staff was welcoming and helpful in getting him adjusted to his new home. Yes. I have already recommended this community to friends and family members currently looking for their parents.

Staff are friendly and helpful. And the amount of events they put on. Yes, we would recommend Acclaim Living to other families based on the experience so far.

I think this is a lovely piece. I didn’t find anything that would keep me from looking further into living there. The sales director is very knowledgeable about the facility and the level of care.

The tour was really nice. The facility is a beautiful place. [Name Removed] is very accomplished in her role. It is someplace I would consider moving to if and wouldn’t financial issues are solved.

My friend likes the food in the diner but is not as happy with the food in the main dining room. The staff has been great but I'm a little disappointed that he hasn't been connected with another resident through the ambassador program that I was initially told about. That may have changed when Legend took over but he would have benefited from having someone help him get better acclimated to the place and the activities- someone to encourage him to get out of his apartment. Overall, however, very positive.

The staff are all very caring for the residents. I would recommend it to others.

Last couple times we visited my loved one, her apartment wasn't has clean as it should be. Could tell toilet had not been cleaned in a couple of weeks. Previously dust on and around TV pretty thick. Had to request more cleaning at front desk. Couple of times my loved one requested toilet paper and paper towels thinking she is in a hotel. She hides things because she believes people are stealing things (they are not) and forgets where and what has been hidden. Instead of someone taking 5 minutes to check her apartment for hidden paper products they complain to us. I honestly feel like my father more one on one attention in Independent Living, than my loved one gets in assisted living at twice the cost.

I appreciate the variety of activities, the quality of the food, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. One area for improvement would be providing more one-on-one contact with new clients during their first few weeks. Additional guidance and support with their daily and weekly schedules could help them feel more comfortable and engaged.

The food has recently not been as good as when my father first arrived which is hard since that was a major concern for my dad. The activities are very repetitive, not always adding new things in to keep a fresh environment. My dad wishes the exercise program was led by a PT or trained person versus the activity director. It doesn't provide enough insight to the needs of people and appropriate development.

The care team is overworked and understaffed. While most caregivers are great, there aren't enough to meet demand. My loved one has expressed that response times are slow, particularly for transport back to the apartment after meals. While the menu is varied, my loved one is not happy with the mostly processed foods served, since these are less healthy than fresh foods, particularly for seniors with health issues. The facility itself is kept spotless, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The nurse, PT, and OT staff are patient and responsive to my loved one's needs.

It was a very nice place and conveniently located, but we were looking for some place with moore physical therapy time.

Keep your own doctor. Do not go with their "doctor " that is offered. She is an APRN, and is never available. She was to see my dad within 48 hours. After 4 weeks we were still waiting to see her and she knew we needed paperwork signed ASAP. We went back to his PCP. However, the rest of the staff is friendly and helpful. Most of the nursing staff is outstanding and go above and beyond as they do their jobs. Unfortunately, that makes the average people look even worse and not as capable. There aren't very many of them though.

Legend is a nice place. It seems to be kept clean. Staff is nice. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

The food is ok, it is very clean. The apartment is great, it's updated. The staff is wonderful. I would recommend the community to others who are searching for one.

Shout out to all the med techs and aides for all their hard work and they keep smiling during the tough days!! Also Sheri at Happy Hour and Sat with my Mom at dinner to make sure she had broiled not sauces healthy dinner. Also all the ladies at the bistro. They rock. Also Sharif was excellent to us as well as Chef David helping us find and open the pool during our first swim. The facility is so clean and bright.
