Legend Senior Living

Worked there doing rehab for a few patients over the years. It's a great place. The residents are really happy, which isn't always the case at these communities. Always a very comfortable place to visit because people are just nice. See plenty of staff saying Hi to everyone they pass. I recommend this should be on anyone's list of places to check out if you need senior housing. They aren't all like this one.

At Alterra Sterling House of Lawrence everybody was just very good. They were very compassionate. I have nothing negative to say. The cost was actually less than where he was before and he was getting better service here. I am very pleased.

They are wonderful. The level of care is wonderful. I love the staff and the building is clean and well taken care of. The dining area is great and the residents really seem to enjoy the staff and the activities. Great place.

Our experience with The Windsor at Ortega has been a very good one! My loved one was initially very hesitant to move anywhere, but from the moment she got here the staff did everything they could to welcome her and make her feel at home, and they've really won her over! It's a nice looking place, the people are friendly, and they take great care of the residents!

My Mother-in-law was in the Reflection House (Memory Care) at Parkwest for her last 2 years. It was a great experience for all of us. My Father-in-law could go and visit her, she was in a small homelike environment and the staff is top notch. Rosemary and Kathy have been staffing the Reflection House for several years and they are wonderful. We needed a place for my husband's uncle as his health deteriorated. He is now in the Reflection House too. The house is clean, the staff is friendly and the rates are reasonable. We would highly recommend the Reflection House at Parkwest!

Mom has only been here a short time, but so far she loves it! What she loves the most are the people. The staff has been very hands on and attentive. Mom has made friends among the other residents and we (her family) are comfortable with the choice we made to bring her to Legend.

For all they do at Arbor House of Midwest City, LLC. it is not that bad of a price. I do wish dad could use his VA benefits. This facility is close to home, it's nice, and my parents like it. One thing I would have the staff improve on is their communication. I didn't know what all the levels of care meant on a scale of 1,2,3, and 4. They need to communicate that better upfront and thoroughly explain everything. I would also like to see their communication about medications improve. I would like a list of the amount of medication they have been given each week and if they have had them go off any medications. I am the one that takes them to the doctor so I really need to know all of the information. Some times I feel guilty asking because the staff get defense and I really don't mean to ask in a negative way. I just need the information. Mom and dad haven't participated in too many activities but from what I have seen they offer quite a bit. This facility really is a beautiful place and the staff are so sweet. The food is also excellent here. We even pay to eat with them sometimes when we visit because it is so good. Overall I really love this facility.

This place is amazing. Great management team, caring staff members and an array of activities and functions to keep you busy throughout the day. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is currently in the market looking for a new place to live!

Lionwood is such a great community. I have a good friend who lives there and I visit and eat with her often & the food is always fabulous and the staff are always friendly & accomodating. We always have so much fun every time I visit. I love spending time at Lionwood and plan to move there myself one day if I ever need senior living.

I have a family member who lives at Lionwood. He has been happy there since the day he moved in. They have healthcare services available on site to take care of all of his health related needs. The activities are great and keep him busy and involved. The administrative staff are always responsive and helpful. The food is good and there is plenty of variety for him to choose from. He toured several communities before choosing Lionwood and is very happy with his choice.

My mom lives at Lionwood and absolutely loves it. She is very involved in the activities and attends most everything. She loves that most of the staff have been there for years and there is very little staff turn over. She was in another community before she moved to Lionwood & we are all so glad she did. It's a great place!

I have a relative living at Lionwood. They tell me & I have witnessed first hand how happy they are living there. The staff are very friendly and the food is always good. I would highly recommend Lionwood Senior Living.

I was extremely impressed with Lionwood from the minute I walked in the door. The community was clean and tastefully decorated. There were lots of activities posted and things going on. Lunch looked, smelled and tasted wonderful. The staff were friednly and very professional. And all of the residents I saw looked happy and were very welcoming. It was a great visit overall and I look forward to my next visit.

They are all very friendly there at Legend Assisted. My problem is that I had a lot difficulty figuring out the pecking order of the place. I couldn't figure out who is supposed to keep me up to date on everything. The nurse wasn't telling me things I need to know. I didn't know if it was because the place is new or what. The communication there is the biggest problem. Other than that I am pleased and everyone is real friendly. They just need to get more organized!

The people at BrookDale have been so easy to work with. They helped us on a holiday weekend at a very stressful time and could not have been nicer to us or mom. I highly recommend considering this facility.

I think it's a very good facility myself. My mother doesn't feel the same way, but she has Dementia. She complains everyday, She complains about them not having coffee or butter during breakfast. Everyday there is a new complaint. The communication with the staff has been good but I have a hard time knowing who to call about certain things. Overall, I think it's a very good facility. I would recommend this place.

I really liked the Windsor when I toured here. I liked all the activities they offered. They had a theater and pottery classes, and so many things to do. It ended up being just a little too far away to be practical for us, though. It was a really nice place.

I think the club house, the food service is very family and sociable. The whole place is attractive, the outside is very attractive. The grounds are attractive. I don't know what else they can improve on. One thing they don't have is Dakim, it is a memory exercise, and they are talking about getting it and I hope they do. Overall we are very happy here and satisfied with the facility.

My loved one lives there. I have been to the facility yet. They call me and text me to let me know about everything that has been going on. They have been keeping me in the loop. The communication has been excellent. The location is good. I'm glad we chose the Green Tree Assisted Living & Memory Care. I would recommend this place to anyone who is searching for a good assisted living facility. It has been great.
