Our parents would ideally prefer to leave and go home, but that has nothing to do with Sunrise at University Park, but just that they would prefer to be able to live at home. Sunrise at University Park has been really great overall and we have all been as pleased as could be. It is a wonderful place and they are very friendly and helpful.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Emeritus at Gainesville! Id' give them high marks across the board, they do so many things right! They've got a great variety of daily activities, the staff are all very friendly, and the food couldn't be better! They've got a salon on site, and gourmet chefs in the kitchen. I'd highly recommend this place!

Emeritus of Gainesville is a great place for my mother who is in the Alzheimer's Assisted care unit. The assistance and care she receives considering the challenges of this disease is outstanding! Emeritus was recently merged under Brookdale Sen ior Living Solutions based in Milwaukee, WI. Many changes have occurred or are ongoing. A fulltime RN is on duty during the daytime/early evening hours, and on call after hours for immediate assistance/emergencies. A licensed Gerontology MD is on staff and treats patients who desire her services right at the facility. Emeritus is now able to do lab work under her supervision, give meds (care provider staff are trained and able to provide medications, and a visiting podiatrist visit can be regularly scheduled, as can physical therapy sessions. The facility has an in house beauty salon also. Food is wonderful, a good variety of choices, all prepared in-house by trained chefs - gourmet caliber! Visitors can dine with the residents any time they want for a small price. There are no \\call ahead\\ requirements to visit, which means you can check on and observe the quality of care at any time unannounced. Many supervised activities take place daily - arts, crafts, lectur e series, visiting performers from schools, etc. Considering the ever-rising costs of such a facility, Emeritus pricing is VERY reasonable in today's market.

Green Tree is fabulous! It's great. Mom is just loving it there. It's clean and the staff is friendly. We are very happy with it. I would give them a five, they are really good, we don't have any concerns at all.

Moved my mother into Harbor Chase 1 month ago. She is thrilled by their care, & attentiveness as well as enjoying the other wonderful residents who live there. No place can ever be perfect but the managers and entire staff make every effort to accommodate my Mom to help her settle in. She had been living in an independent ALF in Naples but due to progressing Altzheimers and physical de-conditioning was unsafe to live alone and felt lonely. She now feels secure, receives her medications, reminded when to eat and enjoys the multiple social activities they offer. They provide medical services to choose from, PT/OT, plus much more. The facility is clean, bright and attractive. The outside grounds are breathtaking. My Mom says she feels like she is on vacation! The food is age appropriate and tasty, they have an ice cream parlor, in home theatre, beauty salon, as well as outside entertainment. The atmosphere feels warm and you will find the staff positively interacting with the residents. And on top of everything else....my Mom has her dog with her, who is also enjoying her new home!

My mom has been there for 3 weeks, so she is still getting used to it, this is her first time at a retirement center, but every body has been very helpful, she like the food,

I'm so impressed with The Regent that I wrote a letter to the CEO of the company. It's been such a wonderful experience. Their motto is "We will treat your parents as if they are our own," and they definitely follow through with this. I was very impressed with the wonderful welcome from the staff. They made sure to answer any questions we had in a timely matter. As a team, The Regent made my parents feel very welcome. It was a smooth transition, and I'm very satisfied with their services.

It's great, I am very happy with it. The staff has been friendly, and the community is kept very clean. The food has been great, and the variety is fantastic. There are more activities to choose from than residents to do them, there is plenty to do. I liked that it was new, and that we could bring our own furniture in, and it's bright, very bright.

We really appreciated all the caring help we received for my dad. Sorry it did not work out for him to stat.

Very strict with the people who are working with loved ones – very impressive staff. They are far more expensive – but also very good. We just toured, but the staff is eager to stop, talk with you about how patients are handled or activities that are offered. They have some strict rules. They are very firm with their staff.

Fantastic from start to finish. Very professional staff, everyone friendly and the residents seemed very happy. Facility very clean including the kitchen, great activity list. Hard to look at other facilities after seeing Sunrise.

We where greeted warmly and with concern for our loved one. (Mother) The application process was not complicated. The visit by the professionals to evaluate what level she would be accepted for was very good and Mother enjoyed their visit. The staff is caring and the meal staff is very attentive. the Chefs are to be complimented. We highly recommend the Legend Assisted Living facility

Beginning our search at first we went online and it was overwhelming, trying to pinpoint cost, location, services, pet friendly, etc., etc. Then I went to a Place for Mom, helpful caring people who could narrow down our search to reasonable parameters. A friendly caring clean facility with adequate size apartments, activities that fit our Mom. A place with a family feeling for this would be Mom's surrogate family. Dining that was adaptable to personal tastes such as no gravies or sauces, a definite must a great BLT. The Windsor fit the bill to a tee, warm caring staff, encouraging participation in social activities, which my Mom had always loved, but with aging and no longer driving she had had to give up she was isolated! She no longer was out and about. Now however she is happily joining in and we no longer have to worry if she does not answer the phone. No more telephone tag with relatives 600 miles away to get someone to check to make sure she did not fall and could not get to the phone. Now when I call and there is no answer there is a smile on my face not worry lines. Mom is out and about and to busy for my daily morning call. This is truly a blessing. Thanks to you all for giving myself and my family peace of mind.

This facility has lived up to its advertising. The staff is warm friendly and caring. This starts at the front desk to the housekeeping staff. We have only been there a week now but so far we are thrilled. Mom seems happy, reticent to join in, but the staff and I mean all the staff continues to urge her to participate. Mom says that she is enjoying the "fine" dining experience, my Mom's words. The staff also takes care of the family! With grace they offer support and assistance to family members during this stressful adjustment to our Mom's placement in assisted living, being attuned to our needs as well as Mom's. They are aware how hard it is to see your parent no longer capable of taking care of themselves without help that we can not give, as we the children want our parents to forever be capable and in control of their daily living, we the adult children feel bereft seeing our parents suffer from dementia and Alzheimer's disease, My Mom is in good hands and so is the family. Living 600 plus miles away, it is with a grateful heart that I have Mom with such a caring surrogate family.

It’s just a wonderful place. I think they just have a broad range of care for a lot of different conditions. The food is great. There could be concerns about the parking – it’s limited. It’s just a comfortable environment.

It’s a wonderful thing. I sleep at night because I don’t have to worry about my loved one. They have a new chef and I’m hoping he improves. They are top rate for all the categories. They’re a good community.

They are very clean, and they are so friendly. It's definitely a happy place, that's one of the reasons I chose them. She is 95 and a half, and we can never reach her on the phone because she is always out playing, doing the activities. There is so much going on. The community is really good about communication with the family. She loves the food. It's going pretty well.

For friendliness I want to give them a ten! The overall value should also be a ten! I could not be more pleased with professionalism and kindness of this community. They were all very, very good, very professional.

I'm quite happy with them. They are very good about responding to me. Activities for the memory care are a little more limited than the rest of the community. The memory care is a pretty small unit. The food is wonderful. I had heard great things about Sunrise from friends, which is one reason I chose them. I liked the security of it, while still having a big space, and being very social. I liked the atmosphere, too.
