Recently visited this facility. Staff was very helpful. The facility was clean. The people I meet certainly appeared happy full of Christmas spirit. My friend's mom was there and she likes her apartment.

Great community. The people are nice and many of the resident are friends of mine. I enjoy their dining room. The food is really great.

Mom is so happy at Linwood. Best choice we ever made and would highly recommend others to check it out!

This community offered everything we were looking for (1) occupancy ratio; cleanliness; closeness; staff; transportation; ample space; great lighting; wide hallways and flexibility of program. All other facilities visited were very good as well in meeting most elements of our criteria. Thank you!

Everything has been great there. My mother likes the food. The only thing my mother complains about is she has to pay $1500 for community fees. Overall nice place.

The staff is very helpful, they are kind, they give the residents hugs and love. They are very in formative and really helpful with suggestions of things that my mom my need. I only have great things to say about this place.

No place is perfect however, sunrise is open to feedback. Most of the caregivers listen. They really try and they work hard. 90% of time things are good.

The experience was great. It was very clean and welcoming. The first person I met with was the sales manager and he was very nice. He talked about everything and explained everything to me. They staff was great when they did her evaluation. The only thing I would say is that we moved her in on a Sunday and I felt there was a little disconnect between the staff. Overall the place is exceptional and I wouldn't have her anywhere else.

I had to write a review for Lionwood because I am somewhat shocked at how great this place really is. My dad lives there and has for many years. It was the Wellington when he moved in, but the change to Lionwood hasn't changed anything. It is really an incredible place. Many of their staff have been there for years, including Dad's housekeeper who was one of the original employees in 2000, and the maintenance staff. I hear the original manager is back after an absence of a few years and the marketing lady that moved dad in, has been there since early 2000. I have had several family members in similar communities, but none of them resulted in the experience dad has had. They really are different and seem to care about dad and the rest of the tenants. I have had a few slight concerns over the years, but the response is always the same. Sorry, get it fixed and move on. I was told when I tried to recommend a friend a few weeks back that there were not any empty apartments at that time. I told my friend to do whatever it takes to get a reservation for this community. It is worth the wait. Thanks to all of the staff and the ownership of this community for doing something special here. Me, my dad, and my entire family appreciate it.

This has been a great experience for my mother. She did not feel like she was leaving her home but starting a new adventure and gaining the opportunity to meet people her age and with her interests. She truly enjoyed the atmosphere and the freedom she was able to maintain.

Both my parents were extremely happy here. They loved the staff and had great neighbors. They loved having things taken care of for them and flourished here because of the lack of worries. I thank the people there for what they did for

My mother loved this community. I was nervous that she would never settle in when we she had to move, but within a few weeks she looked better, felt better and was really happy. She had lots of friends that kept her busy. It was a blessing for her to be there.

I'm a therapist that sees patients here. It's a really great place. Nice people, happy residents. It just feels more comfortable than a lot of places I go and patients aren't always griping about the food or about being unhappy. I recommend other patients check this place out all the time. It may not be for everyone, but it's way better than most places I go.

Worked there doing rehab for a few patients over the years. It's a great place. The residents are really happy, which isn't always the case at these communities. Always a very comfortable place to visit because people are just nice. See plenty of staff saying Hi to everyone they pass. I recommend this should be on anyone's list of places to check out if you need senior housing. They aren't all like this one.

At Alterra Sterling House of Lawrence everybody was just very good. They were very compassionate. I have nothing negative to say. The cost was actually less than where he was before and he was getting better service here. I am very pleased.

They are wonderful. The level of care is wonderful. I love the staff and the building is clean and well taken care of. The dining area is great and the residents really seem to enjoy the staff and the activities. Great place.

Our experience with The Windsor at Ortega has been a very good one! My loved one was initially very hesitant to move anywhere, but from the moment she got here the staff did everything they could to welcome her and make her feel at home, and they've really won her over! It's a nice looking place, the people are friendly, and they take great care of the residents!

My Mother-in-law was in the Reflection House (Memory Care) at Parkwest for her last 2 years. It was a great experience for all of us. My Father-in-law could go and visit her, she was in a small homelike environment and the staff is top notch. Rosemary and Kathy have been staffing the Reflection House for several years and they are wonderful. We needed a place for my husband's uncle as his health deteriorated. He is now in the Reflection House too. The house is clean, the staff is friendly and the rates are reasonable. We would highly recommend the Reflection House at Parkwest!

Mom has only been here a short time, but so far she loves it! What she loves the most are the people. The staff has been very hands on and attentive. Mom has made friends among the other residents and we (her family) are comfortable with the choice we made to bring her to Legend.
