What an amazing place. Every employee we met, from housekeeping to director, was a caring individual who worked hard to maintain a vibrant lifestyle for all the residents. We spoke o a number of residents who really loved the place.If and when my wife and I are ready to take advantage of everything they had to offer Windsor would absolutelybe our first choice.

Everyone is nice and friendly. Food is very good and above the average. Programs are well attended and well liked.

Dining room could be improved

This facility meets my needs after my husband passed away while we were living in central Texas. My daughter and family live close to this facility and I get to see them often

I am really enjoying my new home. I have made so many new friends and the staff is wonderful. My family feels comforted knowing that the staff is taking such great care of me.

Or family takes comfort in knowing our loved one is so happy in her new home and is being taken great care of.

I am very pleased with signature senior living. The staff is friendly and caring. My mother is happy there. It is close to my home which helps. It is very cost effective. It has been a huge relief for me compared to the expensive facility she was at before. I highly recommend Signature Senior Living.

We are so blessed to have found this facility for our mom. She was not thriving in another and now she is enjoying life. [Names removed] and the team in memory care are outstanding!! When they say they have activities they truly do!!! Can’t put a price tag on the care they provide. Thank you!!!

This place is phenominal!. Notbsure what happened in the past, but they apparently fixed the issues. They have a new director and a new director of nursing who is outstanding! They people who live here are hapoy, someone always playing the piano, singing and dancing. They just had a state survey and got a perfect score! That's right NO DEFICIENCIES! The bad review I see on this place were people who were asked to leave. Come talk to the people who actually live here. This place is amazing. Recommend it to anyone looking fir a place to call home.

I want to express sincere appreciation for your staff while my Mother was a resident at the Windsor. Your Director of Nursing was wonderful. Her mannerism and patience with my Mom was of special importance to her settling into the Windsor of Bradenton. Our lives were made a lot easier because of her.

I really loved this place, I wasn't sure what to expect since this was the first location I've been to. I was afraid it would still feel like a "hospital" but I quickly realized it was beautifully clean inside and out, the apartments are the perfect size, and every person I saw had a huge grin on their face.

This facility has wonderful front office staff. They provided all the information I could imagine I would need for the initial contact. It had more of a nursing home feel than others.

[Name removed] took a lot time making sure she understood our needs. I got a full tour. Rooms are spacious. Menus were appealing. Plenty of activities. Friendly energetic staff. Highly recommend.

We toured and ate dinner. It's on our top 3 list. Touring again on [date removed].

Regent Park is a very nice facility. My father was not wild about going to assisted living, but after seeing RP, chose it over in-home care. He's still adjusting after being there for only 2 days, but I'm hopeful we've made the right choice for him until his needs exceed what assisted living is appropriate for. And the skilled nursing facility located behind the assisted living residence will make that difficult move so much easier. So far I'm very pleased with the services offered and what they're doing to help my dad adjust.

I have had my best friend in Meadow View Memory Care for several months now and the service is great and all the employees are more than helpful always wiling to help if I think something needs to be done. [Name removed] is outstanding she is always on top of all the needs of the residents and keeps me informed of any changes that need to be done. I feel so comfortable knowing my friend is getting the best care possible. I really appreciate all that the staff do for him.

My father has been a Windsor Reflections for a year now. The facilities are lovely. I'm extremely pleased with the care he is receiving. Everyone from the sweet lady who cleans the rooms, the kind resident assistants, the supervisors, receptionists and other staff members are all cheerful and kind. The activities director is great. So many appropriate activities are scheduled every day including visits from musicians and children's groups for various events. I think my Dad's favorite activities are the art sessions and the outside walks. The chef also deserves special mention for all the great meals he prepares including a monthly family night when all the residents' families are invited to attend a dinner with their loved one. The Director is extremely attentive to the needs of the residents and their families. I highly recommend this facility.

My brother and I helped move our eldest sister into The Windsor at San Pablo, Jacksonville FL yesterday. It was a 2-day process with the movers and we kept The Windsor advised of our plan. They were all so very helpful, checking in on us to see if we needed anything, various staff stopping by to introduce themselves and advise what they do and how they can assist. Everyone was warm and welcoming. The staff in the dining area recognized she was new and took the time to say hello and let her know how things worked in the dining area and bistro. We came across one of the nurses in the hallway who introduced herself and we told her we were headed to find the beauty parlor, she took the time to walk us down there and opened the door to see both the beauty parlor and massage room (it was after hours). I can't say enough about how this helped to make a positive start to a difficult life change for her. The mid-size room is both bright and cheery with more space than we anticipated, once her furniture and possessions were moved in. Thank you Windsor Staff for this positive start for my sister. My brother and I feel confident that she is well taken care of and not just a number.
