The food is great, and my loved one is pretty happy. My loved one speaks highly of activities, and the director. The care is really good. They have done wonderful things to getting him back to the point that he was. The physical and occupational therapy has been awesome, and has been very attentive. The only complaint is, there has been alot of staff turnover in the dining area.

This was a tough decision for me. I had a family member here years ago for a short time. It’s a beautiful facility. It does need a little bit of TLC in the public space areas as far as cleanliness and upkeep. But the apartment they showed us was stunning, and that's where my loved one would be spending the majority of their time anyway. The memory care facility was impeccable and very clean. They did not have transportation on the days we needed, and they also did not have an apartment available in the tight timeline we needed. It was a great place, but all the puzzle pieces just didn't fit together in our particular situation.

We went with Legend of Lititz because of the location and my dad just liked the overall environment. It is an impressive looking place when you walk in, the appearance is very homey. He was able to get a room with a living room and kitchenette that were separate from the bedroom. The staff are very open to listen to any questions or concerns and help to address anything that may be an issue. My dad was a professional hill climb team owner and bike builder and they were curious and went in and looked him up. The staff decided to put on a whole presentation about him and the residents were able to ask him questions and he loved it. I thought that was very cool that they took such an interest to find out about him. I would definitely recommend the facility to others looking.

The staff seems genuinely caring. They're concerned about the wellbeing of my loved one. I think overall it's a pretty good place, especially in comparison with what I've seen at other places. They have nice outdoor areas and areas for the residents to go and visit with other people. My loved one has a 1-bedroom apartment, and they come in and clean it and keep it nice for her. The cleaning service comes once a week, but they check on her daily and make sure she gets to meals and makes it to activities. And her meds are always administered on time. They've done a really good job with that.

The sales staff and management staff were just amazing to work with, they did an excellent job. They needed a little more activities but we would absolutely still recommend this community to others.

We made the right choice. It's convenient, near by. We have had excellent staff. We are pleased with the decision we made.

We like our space. Works perfect for us. We love eating in the dining room. We enjoy the other residents and love all the events and activities. The staff has been great.

Rivermont Independent Living is not the best but it is not the worst. The meals and dining service is very good, but I do have dietary restrictions which sometimes make it difficult to really enjoy everything. The activities are limited right now due to the restrictions, but we are able to get out and about the facility as long as we wear masks. However, right when I first came to tour it was like I stepped inside a beehive, it was so busy and there were so many people out of their rooms and mingling with each other.

The activities are awesome, [name removed] keeps my mom engaged. They care about the resident, they are in constant communication with families of loved one. They are doing a great job even amidst Coivd. [name removed] also does a really good job keeping all the residents engaged. My mom is in really good hands.

Out of the communities we looked at, Renaissance had a warm and uplifting atmosphere to it. We liked how the staff members are always calling the residents by their names and greeting them. The residents were also walking around and engaging with one another.

Our loved one did say sometimes the food was really good and other times not so much. She really did enjoying participating in the rosary and receiving communion before they had to shut everything down due to covid.

We chose Legend at Tulsa Hills at the time because we had very short notice and they had availability. It was also close to where she lived and she wanted to be close by so she was familiar with the area. I had also had a friend whose mother was here and they had a good experience here. The staff member that were here were just as nice as they could be and very helpful. I would recommend this community to others looking.

The clean each week and my housekeeper is amazing, the staff is wonderful, and the food is ok but they are doing the best they can right now. The activities are good and we get a lot of educational programming.

This is a very clean facility, we have had an administrator change and the staff is wonderful and have helped protect us through covid. The meals are up and down but for the most part, they are good. they have lots of activities including, arts and crafts, exercise and movies.

We chose Lionwood Senior Living because of the location, the staff members, and the affordability. The room sizes were very decent, but the closet spaces were laid out weird which made it hard to hang your clothes up. I ate here a couple of times and the food was pretty good. I would want others to know that my mom complained about the noise, it is close to a fire station so she always heard firetrucks all the time. Overall, I would recommend the facility.

My mom has lived at Meadowood for years. She enjoys her friends and there are so many things to do for her. The staff is friendly and cares for the residence, they do a great job.

It's been so easy, everyone so nice. Would have been nicer to have had a more full rundown on the way things ran, but the staff is really great, it's clean, comfortable. AC and heat works, it's great.
