The staff at The Windsor is wonderful: friendly, competent, and responsive. My husband was a short-time resident but had a satisfying experience and was well cared for.

I regularly attend the lunch and learn seminars. The speakers are always imminently qualified in their subject and the lunch provided is always top quality! I would not hesitate to recommend this assisted living facility to anyone who needs it.

I'm very pleased with the professional manor of the staff at Windsor, [Name removed] is wonderful to work with and was able to quickly answer all of my questions regarding my Mom's move to Windsor. [Name removed] tour and explanation of daily activities and polices was very easy to understand and well thought out. I'm looking forward to working with the staff on my Mom's transition and very happy that Windsor is the right place for her.

I toured this facility while looking for a place for my Mother. The person who gave me the tour was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. However, I don’t like this facility because it is on the larger side. I know they are not eyes on hands-on as much as I would like. There are hallways that the staff can’t see and if my mom fell, no one would notice unless someone was to walk by. Even though this facility was not for her, I would recommend them to other families.

The Linden is just what I was looking for, for my Mom and Dad. It is in a nice part of town and easy to get to from where I live. We tried to move both of them into a studio apartment but it was just too small so we ended up putting them in a one bedroom. My Dad loves it, he loves meeting and talking to new people. Mom has alzheimers and sundowners syndrome, so she is having a hard time. Everyday is a new day for her and she doesn't understand why she can't go home. The nurses have handled her very carefully. We may end up having to put her in the Memory Care. When my parents were at home they weren't eating or taking their medication as they were suppose to. Now that they are in The Linden, my Dad has put on weight and Mom is even eating a little better. They are given the medication everyday at the same time and are checked on twice a day to make sure they are alright. I am very thankful for a place like The Linden. Thanks for listening.

My mom was at Legend for almost 3 years and it truly become her "home". The staff was very responsive to her needs at all times and helped her live her final years there in a fun environment. Even though she did not participate in many of the social activities there, I always saw them going on when I visited. The fact that it is a "smaller" community made it very personable and we left behind many good friends. I would highly recommend Legend to anyone considering an Assisted Living Facility.

I enjoyed my tour here at this community. It was nice and clean. The staff answered all of my questions. It just wasn't the right fit for my mom and I had to go with one that was closer to me.

My grandmother is staying at The Regent, and I really like that it is a bright, comfortable, pretty new facility. I also like that everything is centralized so it is easy to find your way around; a manageable community. The food is excellent, the facility is very clean, and everyone, both staff and residents, are happy to be there. They also have a lot of activities to keep the residents’ minds agile. I think my grandmother is very happy here, and I would definitely recommend The Regent to others.

My mother is in memory care at The Windsor and we have had a very positive experience. The staff is accommodating, attentive and caring.

My husband is living at Signature Senior, and so far, the experience has been very good. I love the cleanliness of the place. It is new, and it’s only about 60% full right now so they don’t appear to have a lot of activities, but the staff is very helpful. The person who processed us for admission was extremely considerate and patient. The quality of the food is also fine, but the variety could use improvement as my husband doesn't like fish or chicken. It took him a while to ask for alternatives, but it seems the kitchen staff is willing to accommodate when requested. Overall, our experience with Signature has been positive, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

My Mom has been a resident for approximately three years in the memory care unit. I chose Windsor because of the friendliness of staff and cheerful interior design (Didn't look like a doctors office or hospital). Management and staff are extremely attentive to any issues I have had which have been few. They provide field trips and entertainment for the residents frequently. I have became friends with several staff members who know me by name and go out of their way to speak and update me on my mom. My hat goes off to [Removed] who works the front desk, she is a blessing. She has went out of her way to assist me on short notice with doctor appointments and other issues with my mom when my job prohibited me from being there. [Removed] and her entire staff have been great!

We placed my father into Windsor when he was in mid stage dementia. He was angry, didn't understand why he had to be there, and even what the place was. They were very patient and nice to him. While he grumbled until we had to finally move him to a Hospice facility, he was always complimentary about the people there, as well as the food. In the early stages, when he was a 'flight risk', they kept a good eye on him and kept him from venturing too far. There are a number of activities to participate in, unfortunately he tended to refuse to take advantage of them. Many residents did, and it looked like they were having a great time. The staff were always willing to listen to any concerns we may have had, and were very patient with us as well. The facility is very clean, appealing and comfortable. My mother would eat with him several times a week and loved the food. I was very happy with it as well. They helped make a tough time much easier to deal with.

My father is now living at The Windsor after spending time in a rehab for a fall. I live in the Midwest, so finding a place where I could trust the care my father is receiving and the communication I would have with the staff was very critical. The staff at The Windsor has been fantastic in communicating how my father is doing, and his activities. The physical therapist touches base with me every week to keep me informed of his PT progress, I receive texts with photos of my Dad doing fun things. I even get an occasional video of him saying hello...all of this from the staff. I have peace of mind because of their going above-and-beyond the call of duty to stay in touch with me. He is healing quickly from his fall.

it is clean in this community and the staff have respect for one another. i like that everyone likes each other and the residents are excellent people. The staff are helping me get better and now I am using my walker within my room.

This is a very nice facility! The staff are attentive and the facility is safe and well maintained. We have not run into any issues with Windsor, so we are very pleased with my loved one's stay!

The staff at The Windsor have been taking very good care of my wife since her move in. She gets good food and a bath every day. From my point of view, I recommend this facility because they do a good job. The administration is top of everything. Trying to find a good place is a big job and I think I found a good one. They have good food and her medications are always on time. They have a little beauty shop there and she gets her hair done once a week.

We toured this community. A beautiful community. The staff was always nice and friendly to answer the questions we had for the good care. They offer a nice menu of meals that are healthy. They have good activities for all the residents to participate. This is a community that I would recommend to others for care and value.

The Legend at Capital Ridge was a very nice community. We liked it a lot it was priced much higher. It was very open and a good experience to tour it.

My wife is currently in the memory care unit at this community and I have been happy with the care she has been receiving so far. The staff seemed to have some miscommunication in the beginning about some things but that problem was quickly solved. She doesn't say much about the food they provide her but I have noticed that she eats everything that is put in front of her at meal time. When she was at home she was barley eating so this was a huge improvement for her.

Sunrise of McCandless is not only a very beautiful facility, but first and foremost, the care they offer is outstanding. Excellent care provided as well as excellent, attentive staff to provide that care and support!!
