met with [name removed]! immediately felt welcome, at ease. she took notes, asked about dad and his needs and likes, gave us condolences on loss of our mom. sat us down and went over brochure, gave options, answered questions, gave tour, met staff and residents--all very happy, felt like family, extremely positive!!

Meadowood is comfortable and feels a lot like home. It’s a place that makes you feel like you are family. The caregivers are kind and always available to help. A beautiful and clean facility. So much fun every day. The food is good. The salon lady is wonderful. Overall an enjoyable place with good caring management and staff.

The facility is under new management and has a stable team of caring staff. The environment is very clean, grounds are well manicured, and it feels warm and welcoming. There are activities always happening in the Memory Care and the Assisted Living. Including outside outings for both. Such as, visiting museums, aquariums, even a occasional trip to Win Star. We see lots of smiles on the residents faces and the staff also seem very happy. It’s an inviting place!

This community was like a hotel with so many amenities. Everyone was nice and helpful. Costly but if we could work on pricing this might just be the place.

Very impressed with the campus upon arrival. Met with [name removed] and was impressed with amenities and care philosophy. Loved the rooms, apartment style, everything was bright, new and just beautiful. Checks all the boxes. Put down a deposit but concerned about the waiting list.

This is a great homey place to retire if you are living alone. Great people work here. Good nursing care.

This facility was clean and beautiful same decor as the other legends. [Name removed] and I got along well and she talked about options that were available. My appt was not around any activity times so i did not see too many residents. The ones I did see looked older. There was no one to greet me at the receptionist desk when I walked i, but she showed up shortly after. The place which not too far from home was in the opposite direction so further from my office. I was pleased overall.

If I could give this 10 stars I would! The place was spotless, cheerful and very inviting. [Name removed] at the receptionist desk was the start of my enjoyable appt. [Name removed] was awesome to talk to and deal with and very knowledgeable. The entire place of people I may have passed were very friendly and made me feel welcome. The residents looked so happy to live there. I actually felt like family myself. Close to my office and home which makes it convenient.

The apartment plans are adequate and efficient, and can easily be personalized for the resident(s). The staff is available, pleasant, helpful, and they work on getting to know their residents. Various activities are available for those who want to partake and the importance of exercise is realized by its being offered daily. There are exercises that work the mind too, such as brain games and trivia games. Something exceptional that is done is having a Family Night once a month. Each month is a different theme and supper is included for guests as an option and depending on the theme for the night, activities might follow. These events require a lot of planning and the staff gets into the swing of things with appropriate costumes, etc. It's wonderful watching how alive the facility is with friends and family enjoying their time together these evenings. The food quality is exceptional. It's nicely presented and the portions are sensible, the way we should all eat. Everyone on the staff I have worked with has been upbeat, courteous, and professional. The facility may be a little smaller than some, but I feel it makes it easier for residents to get to know others and for the staff to know the residents. The big community living room is light, inviting, and a comfortable place for some of the programs. The halls are a nice width, clean and fresh. Before moving her here, my sister-in-law was in a fairly new assisted living facility in another state. So it has been easy to make comparisons, all in the favor of Stone Creek and I visited 8 different facilities in the area. Thank you to the owners and the staff!

I live out of state from StoneCreek in Oklahoma. My niece found the facility for me and told me she approved of it. It was also close to her work. So she could pop in frequently. When I came to Oklahoma for a court date to get guardianship of my mom, I visited StoneCreek. It seemed that every time I came to visit my mom, the front desk was always full of people ready to assist me. I found it warm and inviting. The facility is clean, and the staff are wonderful. On a particular visit in the memory care section where my mom is, I saw a man who had wet his pants wondering around there. Before I left a half an hour later, he was in new pants and seemed content. I think the staff truly care for there residents. I think my niece's choice of StoneCreek was the right one.

I have read many of the recent reviews and they are spot on. Very caring and friendly staff. The facility is very clean and welcoming. One of the few places in the area I found that had a kitchenette. My mom moved in a few weeks ago and everyone has been very engaging in her mental and physical well being. I know I am very pleased and I think she is as well. We really like the family atmosphere.

My sister loves the place. The residents are classy and there are lots of fun activities all the time. The Recreational Director [name removed] is excellent and does her job very well! The Financial Director could be more caring for the residents and their families. My experience and that of my family was very negative.

[Name removed] was excellent. She answered all my and my daughter's questions. Place was nice.

The first thing I do when I walk into somewhere that my own mother may live is take a big whiff! I have been an RN since 2011 and this place checks out as clean immediately. I occasionally drop in unannounced just to see what really happens day to day and my heart has been touched enough to write this review. The compassionate staff, engaging resident activities and excellent food are unrivaled by most. I’ve had the honor of serving several of their residents in the past with Roserock Hospice during the last several months of their life and they have welcomed us with open arms. They believe in every patient receiving quality care and quality of life every day.

I loved the feel of this community it feels like home. I loved [name removed] who provided all the necessary information. I wish I would have taken a few pictures of the apartment. No laundry facility for residents. I want to visit the community again.

I like this place. great people. big but doesn’t feel like it. very flexible as far as care levels is concerned. wish was closer to Yukon area.
