My father has been a Windsor Reflections for a year now. The facilities are lovely. I'm extremely pleased with the care he is receiving. Everyone from the sweet lady who cleans the rooms, the kind resident assistants, the supervisors, receptionists and other staff members are all cheerful and kind. The activities director is great. So many appropriate activities are scheduled every day including visits from musicians and children's groups for various events. I think my Dad's favorite activities are the art sessions and the outside walks. The chef also deserves special mention for all the great meals he prepares including a monthly family night when all the residents' families are invited to attend a dinner with their loved one. The Director is extremely attentive to the needs of the residents and their families. I highly recommend this facility.

My brother and I helped move our eldest sister into The Windsor at San Pablo, Jacksonville FL yesterday. It was a 2-day process with the movers and we kept The Windsor advised of our plan. They were all so very helpful, checking in on us to see if we needed anything, various staff stopping by to introduce themselves and advise what they do and how they can assist. Everyone was warm and welcoming. The staff in the dining area recognized she was new and took the time to say hello and let her know how things worked in the dining area and bistro. We came across one of the nurses in the hallway who introduced herself and we told her we were headed to find the beauty parlor, she took the time to walk us down there and opened the door to see both the beauty parlor and massage room (it was after hours). I can't say enough about how this helped to make a positive start to a difficult life change for her. The mid-size room is both bright and cheery with more space than we anticipated, once her furniture and possessions were moved in. Thank you Windsor Staff for this positive start for my sister. My brother and I feel confident that she is well taken care of and not just a number.

After one year, we have been extremely happy with the atmosphere and care given our mom. The staff are always smiling and positive, professional and friendly. They are always willing to help with any need our mom may have as well as assisting family members and answering any questions. The facilities are kept clean and provide a great environment for activities, safety and comfort. Our mom loves her apt. and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. She's made friends and has the social life she needs to feel included and fulfilled. We would recommend the Legend at Fort Worth to anyone!

Real clean and well lit. and seemed like folks really enjoyed being there. About 90 residents.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff made us feel comfortable and really listened to our questions and comments. This facility has a unique community room with visual and auditory stimulation that is pleasing to the senses. The atmosphere felt comfortable and homey; was spacious, but not overwhelming.

The facility is dated but the apartment was not. We were told that renovations would be starting in July 2018. Staff was very friendly and obviously cared about the residents. Residents seemed to be engaged. Love the inclusive pricing. My father in law felt at home there.

[name removed] and his staff were able to care for dad in his final days while under hospice. They showed their willingness to adjust to his condition and put in extra effort to facilitate his care. [name removed] willingness to listen is their number one asset.

My Mom recently moved into a senior living apartment at Park West. From the very first inquiry, the people at Park West have shown compassion, respect, concern, attention to requests, professionalism, and a positive and uplifting attitude in all areas. Her apartment is beautiful and the other residents are friendly. The food has been amazing and dining has been fun. After the first day, Mom felt like a part of the community. The landscaping is beautiful, Mom is very happy with her new place...and so are we! Our hat's are off to the great folks at Park West.

Very impressed by this facility. Lillian was a wonderful hostess and provided us with lots of information and answered all our questions.

I had a very nice meeting with [name removed]. The facility does provide a feeling of being at home but in a larger setting. The tour included a visit to two different room arrangements. You'll have to request a visit to experience it for yourself.

Perfect for my mom. People appear well groomed, there were no people bored in hallways, staff were relaxed and engaging. The apartments were large, clean, and personalized.

Beautiful community. The staff is caring and knowledgeable about various types of dementia. Which is very helpful for our family! My mother has frontal lobe dementia which can make her hard to deal with but they are patient with her and I feel like they do care about her. When I have a concern they are on top of it!

During Christmas, 2017, it was mandatory that we move our father to either skilled nursing or enhanced memory care. Since we already had a deposit down, we called the Linden. They helped us with every aspect of transferring dad from the assisted living facility he was in over to the Linden. They arranged to transport him from the hospital to the Linden, they made all the arrangements for his belongings to be moved. They listened carefully to all our needs and concerns and made the transition as seamless as possible. Being a new facility, there were a few kinks that needed to be addressed, but they were very receptive and handled each one of them immediately. The staff was very caring! They treated our dad as if he were family. It was a major validation when our dad referred to the staff as very nice. I felt confident that he was in great hands. As his health declined, they were very attentive and called us with any updates, even though we visited him daily. They arranged for hospice to come in, and they took great care of him until the end. Their grief was evident from the moment he passed. Many of them even attended the funeral. We couldn't have been more pleased with their love & care.

I placed my Husband in the memory care section December 2017. He has been there for two months and I am thrilled with the care that he is getting. I come to see him twice a day and he is clean and neat. He seems happy and taken care of. The nurses and care people are wonderful and keep him busy and functioning to the best of his ability. His room is clean and his laundry done well. My husband likes the food. When he requests something else they have no problem getting it for him. I am happy knowing he is safe . I truly recommend Signature .

Beautiful place in everyway!! I could move there myself!

I went on a tour here and the staff was nice and friendly. They answered all of our questions. We liked it but I wasn't as impressed with it as others. The rooms were on the smaller size and the layout was just odd. It just wasn't a good fit. It seemed to be clean.

This property is so wonderful! I would give anything to place my love one here. The staff team is very nice and very accommodating. Unfortunately it is just too expensive for me to move forward with them.

I went on a tour here and the staff was very nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions. It was absolutely outstanding and beautiful. The assisted living wasn't a locked down facility and we didn't feel comfortable with that. I would recommend families tour many places before choosing a community.

This is a fantastic facility and they are very involved. They communicate very well with us about how he is doing. They have a wonderful chef and they have 3 great meals a day. They try to engage him to join the daily activities. It is very clean. It has a nice courtyard it's kept up nicely with trees and flowers. I would recommend this community.
