My sister loves the place. The residents are classy and there are lots of fun activities all the time. The Recreational Director [name removed] is excellent and does her job very well! The Financial Director could be more caring for the residents and their families. My experience and that of my family was very negative.

[Name removed] was excellent. She answered all my and my daughter's questions. Place was nice.

The first thing I do when I walk into somewhere that my own mother may live is take a big whiff! I have been an RN since 2011 and this place checks out as clean immediately. I occasionally drop in unannounced just to see what really happens day to day and my heart has been touched enough to write this review. The compassionate staff, engaging resident activities and excellent food are unrivaled by most. I’ve had the honor of serving several of their residents in the past with Roserock Hospice during the last several months of their life and they have welcomed us with open arms. They believe in every patient receiving quality care and quality of life every day.

I loved the feel of this community it feels like home. I loved [name removed] who provided all the necessary information. I wish I would have taken a few pictures of the apartment. No laundry facility for residents. I want to visit the community again.

I like this place. great people. big but doesn’t feel like it. very flexible as far as care levels is concerned. wish was closer to Yukon area.

We moved my mom into Windsor at San Pablo after being at another facility since November. I can't adequately describe how pleased we all are that we made the effort- especially my mom! The administrative staff, the therapists, the nurses, the aids, the wait staff, the driver, the housekeeper, all make an incredible team. (I hope I didn't forget anyone because everyone has been wonderful). So pleasant, caring, encouraging, safety conscious and helpful. Plus it is beautiful, she really likes the food (she didn't care for the previous facility's food at all so I had to bring food in to her); it's easy for her to get around (plus it is a great location for us to visit) and it feels like HOME!

Our aunt is adjusting well to her new environment and has settled in to the routine. We particularly appreciate the fact she is receiving 3 healthy meals a day. She is given opportunities to interact with other residents through activities and meals. We feel very comfortable with our decision.

Large enough to have “activities” and things to do and places to walk to ... but small enough to receive personal care and attention. Staff have caring hearts. And talk of their morning meeting to communicate about their residents needs..As a daughter of two residents I am pleased with their care and attention to their needs. They are true to their goals of doing the best they can . Unfortunately no one can image our loved ones and decline in health is inevitable... I have personal experience with their support and daily living advice for my parents.. good sound help in heart felt times. I do recommend them from my heart and hope you find the “right” place for your needs

Priced on the high end for this area, but appears to be worth it. Clean, comfortable & good food.. Friendly, helpful staff.

Our mother lived at The Regent for three years. We can’t say enough good about the staff, the facilities, the activities available, and the medical group caring for the residents. I would highly recommend The Regent to anyone looking for a quality facility for family members and friends. It is truly a place where the staff treats their residents and their family members as family.

I have been a "secret shopper" for a few years now and this was my third place visiting this past weekend. I visited on a Saturday afternoon. I did not call ahead or do a scheduled tour (even though I was asked several times). I must pass my experience on on how great this place looked and smelled without them even know I was coming. I was greeted by a gentleman immediately upon entering asking my name and if I needed help. While I declined an "official tour" I was allowed to view the main parts of the building. Here are some of my findings: Pros: 1.Staff very friendly and all well dressed. No one was in jeans and Tshirts that I found in a few other buildings nearby since the bosses were away. 2. Those who lived there seemed genuinely happy and content. I had the pleasure of speaking to a few of them and they all were very pleased with their accommodations and loved living here. 3. I arrived just after lunch and the dining area smelled amazing! 4. I was greeted professionally and the gentlemen seemed very authoritative over security of his people living there. I really liked that! 5. Although I was asked for a tour and declined to give my contact information, I did not feel pressured to hear a sales speech and was allowed to interact with those who lived there to get feedback. Although the gentleman did watch where I was going, which again, was 5 stars in my opinion, showing me he takes security very seriously for those who live there. Con: And this is tedious, but it was raining pretty hard and there were no umbrellas available to use for me to get back out to my car. But other than that, the place was truly remarkable and the management should be commended for the job they have done here. 5 stars!!

We toured & reviewed several options before choosing Legend & have been very happy with the choice. The facility itself is quite new & very attractive & well cared for. But the more important aspect is the care level & attitude of staff from the director on down to care staff, all of whom are visible & involved in all parts of the service, from helping in the dining room to making sure assistance is provided. We experienced significant adjustment issues & were supported and provided with care & guidance in managing that issue, beyond what we might have expected. Of course, the food is good & there are activities as well, plus some amenities we found nowhere else. Pricing is competitive. All in, an excellent choice based on a few months residency.

This place is amazing. Super clean and small community of memory care seniors. Staff was so friendly. All residents looked well cared for. Can’t wait to take our father there.

Size and price and location were perfect as well as the independence that she needs.

Management and staff at Legend of Broomfield have definitely met or exceeded our expectations as they care for my mother who joined the community in November 2018. Communication is great; we appreciate how management and staff also know our family members. Activities are varied. Meals are very tasty and presented nicely. Facility is lovely inside and out. Activity director and staff helped us provide a lovely, meaningful 90th birthday celebration. Transportation is available to appointments or for outings. Mother's apartment more than adequately serves her needs for independence in a safe environment. We without reservation recommend Legend of Broomfield as a caring, compassionate, friendly, safe environment for seniors needing assisted living help.

No assisted vacancy at this time. Toured the skilled nursing and healthcare side. [Name removed] was very informative and went over many aspects of the care they provide.

My mother is thriving at the Windsor at San Pablo. The staff is very caring and the administration strives to create a spirit of teamwork and caring. We are very satisfied with this facility in every way.

Everything here looks great during my tour. If we choose an assisted living place, it will be this one.

My advisor is [name removed]. I was so blessed when I got a hold of [name removed]. I was about to give up. My brother was in need of senior living. He was no longer able to get to the doctor, he was not able to prepare meals for himself. He was put in a nursing home. [Name removed] was able to get my brother a place in Town Village. She worked with me and my niece for a month and did not give up on us. She is the best advisor. She stays with you and makes sure you are taken care of. I would recommend [name removed] to anyone needing help for a loved one. She is the best! Thank you so much [name removed] for all you have done for us.
