Entire staff is wonderful!

Everyone on the staff does what they are supposed to do! The staff from top to bottom are wonderful people. I love playing the daily word games and walking clubs which is something to look forward to. My hope is to be here for the rest of my days!

Perfect place if you want a smaller, bed and breakfast feel! Amazing care and food!

This community is truly a gem!!! Its extremely warm and welcoming team made my loved one feel right at home! The food is PHENOMENAL!!!

My only complaint is that it is very costly, however, the facility in wonderful

This is the ideal place for my husband. It is only a block from our house. Sunrise is quiet, yet has lots of things to do. The decorator has done a wonderful job; It has a nice homey feel. I would be very comfortable having him stay there.

My father lived at the Windsor of Lakewood Ranch for almost two years before he passed. I have to say this was the best choice I ever made for him when I introduced him to the Windsor. The people that work here truly care about their jobs and it reflects in the excellent care that they provide to the people that live here. They were so good to my father and he liked each and every one of them so much. And I felt the same way. I did not worry about my dad when he lived there, as I know they were watching over him. They truly treated us like family and I will miss them. [Name removed]

I have enjoyed learning about The Windsor and getting to know [name removed]. We were invited to a wonderful music performance today that my father enjoyed.

[Name removed] was informative and a pleasure to speak with about my fathers situation. I enjoyed getting to see HarborChase and learn what it offers .

I admitted my mother here a while back. Honestly they had a lot of issues when I got here. Staffing was terrible, the care was sub par. Nurse [name removed] has always done her absolute best and I greatly appreciate all she has done. Sometime in August or September they brought in a new Administrator and a new Director of nursing. I will tell you I have never been more please! This place is outstanding now. Mom gets the same staff daily, her care has been the best it has ever been. [name removed] seems very capable of doing her job and understanding of what families need, we have only spoken once but she seemed legitimately concerned and addressed my needs immediately. The Director [name removed] has been top notch, the staff is trained, and are happy at their jobs which, to me is the best thing that could have happened there. He is always checking in with the residents and families and with [name removed] have turned Stone Creek around, especially the memory care unit around. They are always doing activities, now they are baking cookies and having a great time!. We are all having a blast now! THANK YOU [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed]!! Mom has never been so involved and happy. You guys have rekindled her spirit and I am forever indebted.

Great place to live with very good caregivers and good food

The staff at Rosewood is beyond great. From top to the bottom everyone is so helpful. When we toured the community after visiting several others. One that really impressed me is that on our tour the staff was friendly. We even got a chance to meet the Director. That didn't happen at the other places. She is also a nurse which is a plus. The sales director was very knowledgeable. When the time is right Rosewood is my choice.

I have had my mother here for several months now and have to say this place has become the very best in the Edmond area. They have brought in new management to turn this place around. The director [name removed] is the in the business. She interacts with the residents like no other director I have ever seen. She has created an atmosphere both inviting and comforting. The nurse [name removed] there is just what this place needed. He has turned around the nursing department to be the very best. The staff is stable, caring, and most importantly want to be there to better the lives of the residents. He is great!. The food is superb and the activities keep everyone engaged. The resident are happy, socializing in the cafe and playing the piano when you walk in. This is truly the happiest I have seen everyone here. I HIGHLY recommend!

While I had many choices regarding 'places' for Mom, I had set some guidelines and specific limits about where I wanted her to be placed. 'A Place for Mom' took those into consideration as they helped me gather a list of local communities to consider. I then thinned those out easily by both face to face interviews and tours of each (sometimes going back for a second look later). The decision came down to two communities and then the light finally shown on the choice of the one where she is now. We (my siblings, my family, and I) couldn't be more pleased. She is slowly adjusting (at 94 it was a BIG move) but is safe, well attended, and close by. The staff is super friendly, accomodating and sensitive to Mom and her needs, plus there's alot more to love about this place. It's only been two months, so we're all growing and stretching as we strive to focus on making Mom's days the best they can be. It's a great team effort and the perfect place for her.

I had a Tour with [Name removed] she was amazing and so very helpful. The staff were Friendly and the Building was clean and NO Odors. Meeting with the Head Nurse really helped me understand the move in process. And gave me comfort in knowing I was moving my Mom to the right community. Front desk [Name removed] was also very warm and inviting.

We enjoyed lunch with residents.... one of which was our neighbor a year or so back. Met various staff members who were very cordial. Fairly new facility (less than 10 years old) with modern plumbing fixtures, HVAC control in each unit and hurricane rated windows & doors. Back up generator also on property. Will meet our needs and will be considered when comparing to others.

We love Prairie House and they have been so caring. Extremely happy with them overall. Good food, plenty of entertainment, crafts available daily, puzzle area with lots of choices of puzzles, loving spirit and very available to family when we need information. Nursing staff is kind and helpful. We are thankful for Prairie House.

The building is very clean and no smells. Nursing Staff goes above and beyond and very caring. Staff are 5 star in this community. Very happy here and so is my mother. This is our second community and wouldn’t think of moving her anywhere. So happy we chose the Windsor I feel like family.

Clean and Staff care about the Residents. Went to HCC for an issue and it was taken care of immediately. Wouldn’t think of putting my Mother any where else. Home like Environment always greeted with a smile when I come in. Great Staff and Great Management.

Love it. Perfect for dad. Care staff, excellent!!
