In addition, she always finds the positive, has a sense of humor and shares a smile with all she meets. [name removed] is certainly a role model in these challenging times. Our community is blessed to have [name removed].

Everyone has shown great kindness to my stepmom and myself. This is a trying time for her at age 96 it is frustrating in the best of times, [name removed] has gone out of her way to make her feel at home from gift baskets to her favorite foods stocked in the refrigerator and cupboards.

We considered the many options available for my wife in this area and found your people to be of the highest quality. They have proven to be just great. I am joining with my wife.

I have been dealing with [name removed] for almost 2 years, although her job title has changed during this time she continues to be someone that I can always reach out to ask questions about Windsor or mom and always get a cheerful quick response! Thank you!

An excellent choice for my mom. I have found them, especially at this time, not only caring for her welfare but now important delight in doing all they can do to ensure the health and wellness. The staff here been super.

This community, The Windsor of Ocala is truly lovely and clean. [name removed] is exceptionally alert and kind sales director. She is always beautifully presented in every way. Open to questions and very well informed about the services offered at the home "Windsor." She is also so aware of her co-workers and will always acknowledge them to introduce them while we are there and the role they have.

Some activities they do provide are outings to different places like to an ice cream store, or Walmart. The have chair yoga, as well as trivia. For the holidays they usually throw holiday parties. We have eaten there a couple times, the food is good but a little a bland. They have an excellent variety of rooms, that go from studio rooms to two bedrooms. It was the best price for what they offered.

Some of the activities they provided was bingo, arts and crafts, exercise classes. They had festivities such as ice cream day. The food was very good. My dad had a one bedroom apartment, which was very neat and clean, It had a microwave, sink, and fridge. Very comfortable. The staff was very helpful as well as informative. They never turned down a phone call. Would absolutely recommended this to a family or friend.

They not only took care of my mom they took care of me, they take care of the whole family. They are awesome at what they do. The food was good and large portions. The room sizes were fantastic. They have two outdoor patios, one for memory care and one for Assisted Living. It was well landscaped. I still call up there once a week. They are all wonderful.

It is a really nice place. The dining room is really nice , the food is prepared well, and the food tastes good. The caregivers are friendly and kind. We chose this community because of the location, it was brand new, and it was very clean. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

My mother has been in the assisted living facility almost two years. The people are friendly and they have taken good care of her. The transition has been very hard for her and seeing her in such a depressed state during Covid-19 isolation is heartbreaking. The staff have been very patient and helpful in trying to keep her spirits up. Governor- how much longer until we can hug our aging loved ones again?

I think Prairie House is a safe place. The staff is caring. The room sizes are adequate. The food is good. They took my sister's insurance when no one else would. They have been a very good fit for us so far.

It is a great option. I did have a friend that moved there mom to Regent based on my recommendation. The food is really good. The room sizes and layout of the community are nice. They do have outdoor space for the residents. The staff is very friendly

The community is safe and secure. We like the layout of the memory care. My husband is being cared for by staff that truly seem to care about him. The food is really good. It is restaurant style dining with table linens and china. We like the staff to resident ratios at well. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and well appointed. There have been a few times when I needed a care meeting, and the administrator has always been gracious and has taken my concerns to heart. They have also been very accommodating to his individuals needs. They allowed me to bring in our personal caregiver as well.

My mother's room is cleaned everyday. Every one of the staff, from the people who clean the community to those who serve the food are all very attentive and respectful. We have been impressed with how respectful they have been with my mother. The community is a good value for the price. The community provides good activities, even during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. They have done a good job of protecting my mother and the other residents. The residents are asked to stay in their rooms and all the staff wear masks.

Activities are their strong suit. Their activity director is doing a good job keeping everyone busy during the quarantine. It is a smaller size which makes it more personal. The residents know the staff by name. We are also using hospice services and that is working out well. The dining room is close to everything. It is very nice and has clean tablecloths. The food is good. Staff is very friendly.There is easy access to the community and adequate parking. We have been really happy at Legend.

This community is outstanding!When we reached out to A Place for Mom, they were very quick to respond with 5 community recommendations and gave an outstanding overview of all five. We called in on Thursday and decided on The Windsor on that Saturday. Given our criteria and what we needed, The Windsor was immediately the place we knew we would choose. It is a medium sized assisted living with a genuine feeling of family in it. We have never come across anyone in the community that wasn't friendly or helpful. They have been particularly effective and attentive as the Covid-19 pandemic has become prevalent. They have bent over backwards to keep the residents safe, while also making sure they are still receiving proper care and staying entertained. Everything is being delivered to resident rooms including mediation. Before the pandemic, they were always putting on events and made sure there was something going on for very holiday. A lot of communities we visited were cold and did not feel like home. The Windsor feels and looks warm and as soon as you walk in, it smells fresh. The food is very good. One of the first meals we experienced was Thanksgiving with the whole community. The chef we hear has had multiple awards and the food was outstanding. As far as an institutional meal, this was one of the best we have ever had. In spite of being on complete lock down because of the pandemic, my mother has said multiple times that there is no place she would rather be.

My brother and I recently were faced with having to move our Mother to a smaller apartment. What were we going to do? The COVID virus, finding a comparable place with equal care, for less money- lots of worry. I had no choice, so I called [name removed]. She got back to me with the news that she had ONE unit available. Wonderful! But how do I get her in there when I can’t even come inside? She said not to worry! They took my mother to see the apartment and she was very happy with it. Still, I had no idea how this was going to work. [name removed], the “man with the plan” who can get anything done, or anything fixed- along with his partner, [name removed]- packed up everything, (you cannot believe how much stuff you can get in a one bedroom apartment!) then moved her, put everything in its place, hung her clothes, set up her TV, and made her bed! My sincere thanks to everyone there- THAT’s the staff at The Windsor. I hope she’ll be there at least another three years!

We have been very pleased, Anthology is brand new, very clean. My father asked me how long would he be staying in this beautiful hotel. This community does not feel at all like a nursing home, it feels like you are in a luxury hotel. We have been very happy overall.

Always a pleasant environment to visit. The food is always appetizing and the staff is always helpful and kind. The place is always clean.
