My father lives at the Windsor of Cape Coral. I am always impressed by the family atmosphere and the care that is provided by an excellent staff. My Dad feels very much at home and the Windsor and extended family is always made to feel welcomed also. He is thriving!

Absolutely great place staff is excellent, very clean food is great management is the best.

I've had the pleasure of working closely with this community, it's residents and it's employees. I must say it's been a pleasure every step of the way! I always look forward to being a part of their events and mingling with everyone. There's always something going on and something to keep you busy.

We are really happy with Anthology. It's only been one and a half months but my mother is doing so well there. They have such a caring staff. There are so many activities and outings to take part in.

A nearly new facility. No scenic views, but beautiful decor and really happy residents and a wonderful staff. Rooms are good size and monthly includes lots of amenities.

A beautiful facility with friendly staff. Not even open a year, everything is sparkling new and the decor is beautiful. Residents were busy in different areas doing different activities.

24 hour/7 days Compasionate care only means staff, and not Nursing. Since my mother is Diabetic and has to have shots instead of pills, they are not able to house her. They would not be able to accomodate my father who has a Chemo Port. We never visited the facility, only talked on the phone with our contact.

I am a friend and care giver of a 7 year resident at the Windsor. My lady friend was able to call the Windsor home for 7 years because of the "cafeteria" style options for care available. She had mild dementia and Parkinson's disease at the start and was able to handle most of her daily activities herself. She could also communicate fairly well at the start as well. Through the 7 years she went from the most basic care, to a final care maximum option of 2 staff members helping move her every-time. The Windsor offers this step plan which keeps the expenses down a little when the resident is able to handle their personal hygiene and daily activities. The Reflections area is more assistance intensive and is a lock-down area to keep confused patients from wandering away from the facility. The Windsor had the feel of a Marriott and the food was pretty good, I just wish the chef realized what audience he was cooking for, crispy and spicey were not good choices. The staff truly CARES for the residents., While there were a few less than desirable incidents and staff interactions, I found the management to be available to hear concerns and addressed them immediately. The Living rooms and dining rooms are what made the Windsor special. It was lively and the residents seemed actively engaged in conversation and activities. I never felt my friend was treated as a hospital patient. I was able to keep her at the facility with Hospice care right till the end. In conclusion , I feel I made an excellent choice in choosing the Windsor. It was large enough to have decent food and activities but no so large that my friend became lost in the facility. Trust me , the staff KNOWS their residents. I found them to be by and large a compassionate and caring group. Put me down as a very satisfied customer!

We know that caregiving is hard and every day is not a perfect day. If you have people who genuinely care then you will trust that no matter what the day brings they are giving their very best. The caregivers here are honest, kind, caring, and seem to love their job. The management here is very on point. When a facility is always clean, the grounds well manicured, caregivers are available, and the environment just “feels good” then you know this is a facility that is well managed. There also is a receptionist available until 8 p.m. every day of the week. This is very helpful since we visit around 6:30p.m. most days. It’s just an added comfort to have someone greet you at the door even in the evening hours. We are grateful for this facility and all the people that work here. Our mom is very happy, safe, and well cared for. We a very pleased and would recommend this facility time and time again.

If you are looking for a facility that will give your loved one their best every day then Meadowood is that facility. This facility offers my family peace of mind. We know that our mom is well cared for because she always has something good to share about the caregivers. Every day may not be perfect but you can sure bet the people that work here really do care. If my mom has a concern the director listens and is very quick to find a solution. The nurse is also very responsive. When we were looking for a place for mom the two most important things to our family was finding the place that genuinely cares and a place where mom feels safe and loved. We are very pleased we made the right decision choosing Meadowood. I highly recommend this community.

met with [name removed]! immediately felt welcome, at ease. she took notes, asked about dad and his needs and likes, gave us condolences on loss of our mom. sat us down and went over brochure, gave options, answered questions, gave tour, met staff and residents--all very happy, felt like family, extremely positive!!

Meadowood is comfortable and feels a lot like home. It’s a place that makes you feel like you are family. The caregivers are kind and always available to help. A beautiful and clean facility. So much fun every day. The food is good. The salon lady is wonderful. Overall an enjoyable place with good caring management and staff.

The facility is under new management and has a stable team of caring staff. The environment is very clean, grounds are well manicured, and it feels warm and welcoming. There are activities always happening in the Memory Care and the Assisted Living. Including outside outings for both. Such as, visiting museums, aquariums, even a occasional trip to Win Star. We see lots of smiles on the residents faces and the staff also seem very happy. It’s an inviting place!

This community was like a hotel with so many amenities. Everyone was nice and helpful. Costly but if we could work on pricing this might just be the place.

Very impressed with the campus upon arrival. Met with [name removed] and was impressed with amenities and care philosophy. Loved the rooms, apartment style, everything was bright, new and just beautiful. Checks all the boxes. Put down a deposit but concerned about the waiting list.
