My mother has been in the assisted living facility almost two years. The people are friendly and they have taken good care of her. The transition has been very hard for her and seeing her in such a depressed state during Covid-19 isolation is heartbreaking. The staff have been very patient and helpful in trying to keep her spirits up. Governor- how much longer until we can hug our aging loved ones again?

I think Prairie House is a safe place. The staff is caring. The room sizes are adequate. The food is good. They took my sister's insurance when no one else would. They have been a very good fit for us so far.

It is a great option. I did have a friend that moved there mom to Regent based on my recommendation. The food is really good. The room sizes and layout of the community are nice. They do have outdoor space for the residents. The staff is very friendly

The community is safe and secure. We like the layout of the memory care. My husband is being cared for by staff that truly seem to care about him. The food is really good. It is restaurant style dining with table linens and china. We like the staff to resident ratios at well. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and well appointed. There have been a few times when I needed a care meeting, and the administrator has always been gracious and has taken my concerns to heart. They have also been very accommodating to his individuals needs. They allowed me to bring in our personal caregiver as well.

My mother's room is cleaned everyday. Every one of the staff, from the people who clean the community to those who serve the food are all very attentive and respectful. We have been impressed with how respectful they have been with my mother. The community is a good value for the price. The community provides good activities, even during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. They have done a good job of protecting my mother and the other residents. The residents are asked to stay in their rooms and all the staff wear masks.

Activities are their strong suit. Their activity director is doing a good job keeping everyone busy during the quarantine. It is a smaller size which makes it more personal. The residents know the staff by name. We are also using hospice services and that is working out well. The dining room is close to everything. It is very nice and has clean tablecloths. The food is good. Staff is very friendly.There is easy access to the community and adequate parking. We have been really happy at Legend.

This community is outstanding!When we reached out to A Place for Mom, they were very quick to respond with 5 community recommendations and gave an outstanding overview of all five. We called in on Thursday and decided on The Windsor on that Saturday. Given our criteria and what we needed, The Windsor was immediately the place we knew we would choose. It is a medium sized assisted living with a genuine feeling of family in it. We have never come across anyone in the community that wasn't friendly or helpful. They have been particularly effective and attentive as the Covid-19 pandemic has become prevalent. They have bent over backwards to keep the residents safe, while also making sure they are still receiving proper care and staying entertained. Everything is being delivered to resident rooms including mediation. Before the pandemic, they were always putting on events and made sure there was something going on for very holiday. A lot of communities we visited were cold and did not feel like home. The Windsor feels and looks warm and as soon as you walk in, it smells fresh. The food is very good. One of the first meals we experienced was Thanksgiving with the whole community. The chef we hear has had multiple awards and the food was outstanding. As far as an institutional meal, this was one of the best we have ever had. In spite of being on complete lock down because of the pandemic, my mother has said multiple times that there is no place she would rather be.

My brother and I recently were faced with having to move our Mother to a smaller apartment. What were we going to do? The COVID virus, finding a comparable place with equal care, for less money- lots of worry. I had no choice, so I called [name removed]. She got back to me with the news that she had ONE unit available. Wonderful! But how do I get her in there when I can’t even come inside? She said not to worry! They took my mother to see the apartment and she was very happy with it. Still, I had no idea how this was going to work. [name removed], the “man with the plan” who can get anything done, or anything fixed- along with his partner, [name removed]- packed up everything, (you cannot believe how much stuff you can get in a one bedroom apartment!) then moved her, put everything in its place, hung her clothes, set up her TV, and made her bed! My sincere thanks to everyone there- THAT’s the staff at The Windsor. I hope she’ll be there at least another three years!

We have been very pleased, Anthology is brand new, very clean. My father asked me how long would he be staying in this beautiful hotel. This community does not feel at all like a nursing home, it feels like you are in a luxury hotel. We have been very happy overall.

Always a pleasant environment to visit. The food is always appetizing and the staff is always helpful and kind. The place is always clean.

My wife has been a resident at The Windsor Reflections for 2 years and my sons are very happy with the quality and care. I highly recommended this memory care facility for your loved one. Its always clean and pleasant atmosphere and the activities for the residents are great.

This place is AWESOME. I placed both my parents in care at a different facility as one needed AL and the other dementia care, and they could be together there. When my father passed I began looking for a full dementia care facility that HONESTLY treated the whole person (high activity level, diet- the food is great - respect for the individual). They take her out for lunch, sightseeing on Fridays, there are monthly activities for the family to engage in, programs fro the family to help them understand how to cope, aid their parent or sibling. I can't say enough. I visited 10-12 before making this choice. It wasn't easy to move her from a place she was familiar with (adjust was behind in knowledge and ready to improve quality of life). Unless you think I just found a place to “dump my mom”, I drive 600 miles two times per week to stay close to my mom. Everyone working here is friendly, doing everything they can to make mom and my life as easy as possible. Love them all!!! [name removed]

My husband has resided here for 7 weeks. He is eating well, likes the staff and especially the activities. I like the fact that families are included in several dinner and parties. The staff and residents love our dog Charlie.

The Windsor has a very friendly atmosphere with music, entertainment, education, exercise, and medical assistance. The Windsor is always clean and efficiently operated.

Awesome place great staff and very knowledgeable. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Wonderful building, staff and residents!

The Windsor is doing a great job taking care of the needs of their residents. The care giving is really authentic. I often see staff members stop to help a resident in need, even when they are on their way to a lunch break or leaving for the day. Here residents are involved in many activities and their opinion matters. In conclusion, it is my opinion that The Windsor is delivering the best service to their residents.

The Windsor facility and staff are superb. It is clean, fun activities ate offered daily. And, many include invitations to family and friends. There is a strong sense of community. The whole staff, including the chef [name removed] and director of maintenance, [name removed] always joins in on the fun activities we truly enjoy our visit.

We always like to check the schedule of events for the next day each evening because the love and fun that is injected into the every event by the life enrichment staff makes it too fun to miss! Everyone at the Windsor is quick to smile and laugh. It's a great environment for our loved one.

My husband and I chose the Windsor of Cape Coral for my father in law one year ago. He was underweight, in poor health, and was in need of assistance and socialization. Since his move in, several of his chronic conditions are no longer present. He has gained 30+ pounds and is at a healthy weight. I have never seen him happier and we couldn't be happier!
