This was a nice community for care. We like the staff and the community was clean and maintained. We really like the menu of the meals that are available.The activities were very helpful for her and she liked the small trips away from the community.We would recommend the care at this community for other families and there loved ones.

Windsor did a great job with the evacuees from hurricane Irma. All the staff did a wonderful job.

My friend is doing well with her move to this retirement community. Everything has worked out well, and she is doing good. I do feel comfortable with her move to this community. It is a nice facility with kind people. They have a good staff. They are kind whenever I visit, and have been helpful when needed. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. There are good activities offered, and nice meals provided for the residents. She is pleased with this community, and I would recommend it.

My father was at The Windsor and I wish I could speak to every family who is placing a loved one with Alzheimer's/Dementia in a care facility and tell them about our experience and what to look for when placing a loved one. We had placed him in another facility that was supposed to be a Memory care facility and they were not equipped to care for him. Then we were told about The Windsor. The Windsor, their staff went above and beyond to help with my father. I am so thankful my dads final time was with the loving "family" at Windsor. [Removed] we thank them from the bottom of our heart!

Absolutely LOVE this place and can't say enough positive things about them. Their care providers are compassionate, loving and kind, unlike other facilities who are just there for the job. Sunrise hires people with a heart for elderly. Then they train them for personal needs.

We toured this community and like it a lot. They did not have the level of care that we needed at the time. The staff was nice and it was beautiful. The menu was appealing and the dining area was nice. The residents seemed to be happy here in the environment. We would recommend this community for the excellent care that is received with an outstanding value for others.

My mom lit up like a fire-fly the minute we walked in the door! That certainly did not happen at the other facilities we visited in the area. [Removed] gave us a great tour, and didn't make us feel rushed at all. We enjoyed a great lunch - my mother's only complaint was that the portions were too big! The other residents and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We signed the papers and she is moving in tomorrow!

I am glad things worked out the way they did because this community was not my first choice. I had settled on another community but they didn't have any open rooms but this community did and we liked this one as well so I chose this one. My dad loves living here the staff makes him feel special and that means the world to me. His health has improved a little since moving here and I think that has to do with him being happy and wanting to do things. They keep the residents busy in fact they are all going on a riverboat cruise next week which is going to be a lot of fun. He is loving the food I love the community because it is so close to work and I can visit him as much as I want.

Sunrise Senior Living of Upper St. Clair is a wonderful and welcoming community. I like that it is an open and bright environment. The staff is very friendly and caring and welcoming when we come to visit. My mom enjoys the many activities they have to offer such as exercise class and going to the rosary and mass, but her favorite activity is breakfast, lunch, and dinner! The food is very good, they offer a wide variety of choices that you can order off of the menu. The landscaping is just beautiful, reminds me of a conservatory, the flowers are in bloom and the garden is almost ready for the residents to pick vegetables. I would highly recommend this community to others.

The care at this community is excellent. We like the staff who caring and attentive. We like the excellent menu of the meals that were better then any restaurant. They offer a list of activities for the residents. We like everything that this community offers. Families might want to consider this community for the care of a loved one.

Wonderful place. Love the friendly atmosphere. [Removed], the manager, was fantastic. When it comes time to get my brother to Ocala this will be my first choice.

Mom hadn't been there too long before she passed away but I am forever grateful that I got to spend as much time as I did in the last month with her. I had become seriously ill to the point where we had to bring in hospice care and the staff here was wonderful about that. They were compassionate and kind to us during this difficult time and did what they could for us.

My mom was at Signature Senior Living Lancaster for respite care so she was only there for two weeks. Her stay went very well and she enjoyed joining in their activities, bingo and the readers that came and read to them out in the garden area. My mom also enjoyed going to the dining area, the food was good and she liked visiting with the other residents while they ate. I was happy with the care she got while there and I would recommend Signature Senior Living to my family and friends.

My grandmother is doing great with her move to this community. I know she is safe, and in good hands. They have a good staff at this facility. They are taking good care of her, and her needs. When I go to visit everything is nice, and clean. They provide good activities, and nice meals for the residents. So far this community is working out well for my grandmother, and her needs. I would recommend it to my friends, and family.

I like the tour from this community. The staff was able to answer the questions on the care that is available. We liked the menu and the list of activities for my father. We wanted to be closer to the community. I would recommend this community for other families.

Parkwest was the best choice for my mom. It is a beautiful and clean community. It is a very homey and welcoming environment. There are various activities for the residents to participate in and places outside to just sit and relax and enjoy the activity of the wildlife that occupies the pond. The staff is very nice and caring. I haven't tried the food myself but my Mom has not made any complaints. I feel my Mom is being well cared for at Parkwest.

[Removed] was extremely informative about what we needed to do for Clarence that included a doctor visit and, different mental tests for him. We loved the big open floor plan of the facility and the size of the different rooms. We couldn't have asked for a better informed individual to make us feel comfortable about possibly having my father-in-law in their care.

The process of moving my 95 year old grandmother from home to Harborchase was a difficult decision. However, [Removed] & the entire staff was patient with us. First they evaluated her to assess the level of care she would need. They offered advice and recommendations and made the journey a positive experience. I appreciated that they outlined the various steps to transitioning to assisted living and memory care, along with detailed costs associated with various levels of care- including medication management. Although my grandmother had a rapid decline in health, they were able to offer help in all aspects of daily care and then provide an introduction to hospice. Our family appreciated the kindness of the Harborchase and hospice caregivers, and I highly recommend this home no matter what level of care your loved one needs.

They did a super, super good job with the tour. The facility and staff were top notch. The presentation and communication was great. They were our first pick for our loved one and I would recommend them to anyone.
