Our mom moving to MapleGlen Memory Care was the best decision my family has ever made, but also the most challenging. Finding somewhere to replace her home that she loved, seemed almost impossible. MapleGlen has become our mom’s “new home” that she feels comfortable living in. Everything from daily phone calls and texts from staff, to photos of craft activities we receive are an amazing comfort to all of us. We are always kept informed on how mom is doing when we can’t be there ourselves. Attempting to recognize every staff member that daily makes my mom feel safe, happy and loved would be impossible. Words of thanks will never be enough that the remainder of our mom’s life will be absolutely wonderful.

The woman who was showing us around did a fabulous job. The rooms were much smaller here than some others we looked at. The facility itself was also small. It was a nice place but not the right fit for us.

The cleanliness was good. They could be better at following up on patient levels. We were told that they would reevaluate 2 weeks after move in to see if my loved one went down in level. We had to do reach out to them to request an evaluation to be done. My loved one did move down. But it should have been them initiating it. My loved one gotten much better and doesn't need the memory care at this point.

They have done well with, being very attentive to my loved ones needs. We picked this community, because It was beautiful and I liked thet staff. I would recommend to other families.

The minute I called Spring Creek Inn and spoke with [name removed] about a year ago with inquiries for maybe moving my mom there, I knew we were in good and capable and experienced hands. In our tenure, there has been very little staff overturn. It is not always easy to see my mom in a memory care facility with others also suffering with dementia but the staff seems to recognize this and goes above and beyond to make us feel very welcome when visiting. Bonnie is the face of the facility as she greets everyone with a warm welcome as they come through the front door . The physical care of my mom has been excellent . It is clear they adore my mom as well as all the other residents. The very best part, being a retired nurse, is that there is 24 hour nurses who administer all the medications. This is not the case in many places where minimally trained, unlicensed personnel dispense the meds. I can call in the middle of the night and reach a nurse . As in other places, no ‘on call’ nurses here!

I liked the layout and the staff worked with me to give my loved one the care I needed for him. The facility was clean, always someone trying to keep things clean. Food was ok, he was not too picky. I would recommend them to family and friends.

We were very impressed with the community but even more impressed with the staff. [name removed]specifically showed compassion, understanding, and is just an awesome person. She made the difference.

Maple Glen Memory Care has me tthe needs of my cousin, as he journeys with dementia. His care is a priority and his needs are met as they arise. Good Care!

Amazing - made me feel welcome. Felt like family had a great youthful vibe. Clean. Respectful interaction. Were priced for the services - affordable.

My loved one loves the food. They have a variety of food options. There is a menu with items, and if the residents don't see anything that they like, they can pick something else. They have a lot of activities. They are very friendly, and they know the residents. They are very aware, and we are very impressed with them. They review my loved ones care every thirty days, which is a huge plus.

We chose Sterling Inn because it was more user friendly. I love the atmosphere. They are always playing 40s band music, they have wall paper walls, etc. They have plenty of activities for the residents. I would recommend to others looking, [name removed] who we worked with was great. Out of the 4 different places they have lived in the past 6 years, Sterling Inn is their favorite by far.

Our family was very impressed with Rock Creek, even though we were only there a short while. We would give it all 5's. They had mom engaged. Addressed her specific needs, on many, many levels. The Nurse Practitioner Nicole was exceptional. Would absolutely recommend.

We a very pleased with Cedarbrook to date. We feel confident our father is being well taken care of. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.

All of the staff were helpful, cordial and positive. My Mom had dietary restrictions, that Canturbury addressed with little problem. For the price and level of service, everything was excellent.

My loved seems to like the food. The activites seem to be very stimulating. They have lot of physical activites, and bring in people to perfom, which is really good. I would recommend to other families.

My mom really likes this community. She really enjoys the food served, the residents receive 3 meals a day, they are very accommodating to my loved one. The communication with the staff is good but could be a little better. The community activities are bingo, they have an exercise program and many more. My mom seems to really like the social aspect of this community.

This facility is absolutely the best that they could be. I have nothing but praise for them, the care, and the staff. If it weren't for this place, I don't know what I'd do. Communication with the family is very good. They were so helpful when I first moved my friend in, also. She was angry for having to be placed in a facility and didn't want to speak to me for awhile. The staff really supported me and helped me through that. They also kept me updated about her during that time, which was just wonderful and so helpful. This place is definitely a place that specializes in Memory Care and does it well. I visit often and they know me by name and know who I'm there to see. They couldn't be nicer or more helpful. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

My mother was only there a month and a half before she passed, but I was very pleased with my experience at Amber Creek. The administration was organized, and the nursing staff was wonderful - very caring and attentive to my mother. The facility was less expensive than what I was paying in WA state. I would recommend Amber Creek for families looking for good memory care in Scottsdale.
