I toured Sterling Inn last week. The facility is beautiful and very well kept. What impressed myself and family most was [name removed]. Not only was she friendly and knowledgeable, she knew the name of every patient we encountered. It made me feel good knowing that should I choose to live there, I wouldn’t be just another number. Here was someone that knew not only their name, but their family, history and more. I asked how in the world she did it and she answered “they’re my family”. I went to other places before touring at Sterling inn and they were nice and pretty but I missed the feeling of familiarity and family.

When touring this facility, be sure to request [name removed]! She makes the uncertainty your experiencing for your loved one easier to accept and she shows respect and love to each family member involved! The appearance is warm and attractive There are several different styles of events that your family member can involve themselves with

I have toured several times when looking for a great Memory care Center to place my loved one. Cedar Creek is lovely and clean , the staff have always been helpful and supportive and they also offer a wonderful support group for families of residents! The food is also delicious. I hope to place my loved one at Cedar Creek when it’s needed

My loved one is a resident at Cedar Creek Memory Care and everything has been great for her here at this facility! All of the staff seem very caring and great! I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I love the friendliness of the residents and staff. In this world that is so hard to find. Residents that have lived other places always commit on how friendly and caring our residents and staff are. People truly care and are supportive.

Two months living in Arizona, and at The Park at Surprise. I am blown away how kind, compassionate, caring and always taking the first step forward insuring the residents needs and concerns are met. If you are looking for a most amazing independent retirement living home, I highly recommend you check out The Park at Surprise. The home feel will really make you feel their slogan...which is...Welcome Home!!!

I definitely recommend this facility. The staff is compassionate and caring. The food is great, a little bland but that's because of no salt. I guess seniors are on limited salt intake, but its flavorful. The place is always clean. I have nothing bad to say about this facility. I would recommend this facility to family and friends. It's pricey, but you pay for what you get.

I highly recommend Canterbury Park. All the staff are friendly, professional and very helpful. The entire facility is well organized, maintenance and cleaning are always done on time and with a smile. The meals are excellent, served with a smile and professionally prepared. Living here is just what I looked forward to as a independent senior citizen. Residents are friendly and there is much activity, both planned and spontaneous. I am impressed with the all the staff from the director to the maintenance and housekeeping folks. They are indeed friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you all.

Cascade Inn is a great place to be. I have fun. Do you know how many 4 leaf clovers I found here? 56! There is a lot o great girls. Actually, it is a lot of great people

It is good. They come and talk to me. Some people want to do lots of activities. I can do my thin- the people are pleasant. Just enjoy yourself.

I would recommend Sterling Inn, for sure. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The place always looked beautiful. There were a couple little hiccups with communication here and there, but we got things worked out.

The Hampton at Salmon Creek is exemplary. The staff is professional & unselfishly compassionate, & duties are smartly segregated for nursing, care giving, activities, cooking, cleaning, maintenance, & administration. Residents are treated with respect & kindness, addressed by name, & fed well. There are long & wide hallways specially decorated that provide for ample & secure walking with mild mental stimulus. I have only heard of one other facility that is comparable, which unsurprisingly is managed by the same [name removed] family. My Background: My spouse has benefited from their care for over 21 months and I've visited an average of over 2 hours per day, often twice a day & at various times. I've also known other relatives and friends at other good facilities in 4 different states.

Canyon Creek has given us as a family the peace of mind that grandma is well taken care of. They have been so easy to work with, and to say they have been accommodating is an understatement. They bent over backwards to get grandma to their facility quickly, and in a time frame that worked for us. We have been given contact numbers to check on grandma as often as we would like as well. On her second day there a caregiver took her to a celebration, and she had a good time! Gram is an inherently difficult person at times, but the staff is well equipped to deal with her orneriness with compassion and care. I can’t say enough good things about Canyon creek.

Place was very nice, clean, well laid out for resident, provided activities for residents to participate. Tour guide was very personable and enjoyable to be with. Stopped along the way to give time to visit with residents and ask for their experience's.

A dedicated memory care facility is so much better than a memory care unit "tacked on" to an assisted living facility... because the patients have access to the entire building...grand entry, libraries, private dining, nicer dining etc. Of course, the cost is higher, but really so much more appealing...

I toured this community and was met with a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff greeted me and answered all of my questions. It was lunch time and the residents were eating & seemed cheerful & well cared for. The food smelled amazing.. There were no smells & looked very clean. I’m early in the search phase but am pretty sure this will be the place I choose for my uncle when I finally decide to move him from out of state.

Great experience all around. Based on our experience so far we would definitely recommend this community to other families !

I only wish we could of moved in sooner. What we really like about Jefferson House is that It was light, airy, not dark and sad. Based on the experience we have had so far with Jefferson House we would absolutely recommend this community to other families and in fact we have already!

If you can afford it I would recommend you go for it. This is a lovely place to live and they will take care of all of your needs. Once you get past the front desk you are all set. The staff communication with the family could be better. One of the Director could have been better during our stay, as they didn't seem to be proactive in communication, caring, or doing anything with the job. The other Director seemed to be at the top of their game and willing to help the family. There were three meals a day and options for the residents to choose from. The food was excellent.

The community was really good. The community was not the right fit for our loved one as it was too large for them.
