I just transferred my Dad here this week. They offer a variety of options to fit your loved-one’s needs and go into great depth in explaining the processes. In my Dad’s situation, the upset to his life came about very quickly and unexpectedly. Since I am not able to care for him in my home during his recovery process, a Memory Care facility was necessary. The rooms they offer are great in size and they also provide all the necessities, which was a huge burden off my shoulders since timing was of the essence. Additionally, several engaging activities are offered each day, which my Dad was instantly interested in. Each time I have visited, the staff is courteous, the facilities are clean and the residents look happy and very well cared for. [name removed] has been, and continues to be, an amazing resource through an incredibly tough process. I highly recommend reaching out to her if you are needing information and guidance.

As a professional in the senior health care industry, I highly recommend Copper Creek. Their team is extremely knowledgeable with dementia/AD/cognitive impairment, etc. Their priority is patient care, safety and quality of life. They are passionate about serving and advocating for their residents. The community is warm and inviting with welcoming staff. Lots of room for residents to walk, activities and an outdoor courtyard with a classic car.

We are also lucky that The Hampton & Ashley Inn is close to our family homes. Also her area has its own dining area so that is small too which is nice. Mom is in the Assisted living area which is the Ashley Inn. There are only 19 units so very quiet which she enjoys as she is a TV person. It is very clean in that area and peaceful. She is happy in that environment versus downstairs where there is more activity and people. The memory care area is downstairs which is the Hampton Inn part. Staff in her area are great. Based on the experience we have had so far, we have already recommended this community to other families and will continue to do so.

My husband had a short stay at Lakeview Memory Care in Bloomingdale. Everyone was so nice there and he received excellent care for his short stay. Clean and comfortable facility. I was happy he was in good hands. Helpful staff was great! Thank you Lakeview!

Copper Creek Inn has excellent nursing care as well as there caregivers are very kind and attentive to resident needs. I highly recommend this building to families that are looking for Memory Care for their loved one.

Community relations director gave me a thorough tour. During which I had the opportunity to meet several staff members and observe residents participating in activities. A very friendly and caring environment, starting with the front desk concierges, will recommend at every chance.

I like everything here - I can't think of any complaints. The people I have met here are all so kind. I feel so at home

The place is very clean, the staff is very friendly, and my Mom enjoys playing cards and BINGO!!! I really appreciate that the staff reminds everyone which activities are about to take place and when it's time to eat. The Sterling Inn gives my family and I a peace of mind knowing that my mom is being well taken care of 24/7. In regards to the price it's a little expensive. Therefore, between my daughter and I , we give my Mom her meds and do her laundry to save some costs. My mom hasn't had the opportunity to go for an outing on the shuttle, but looks forward to it! Thank you all staff at Sterling Inn for doing such an amazing job!

We toured with Amber Creek Inn Memory Care and it was very nice. It was very clean and had great activities provided for the residents. I would have felt good placing my loved one there.

I've lived here for 4 years and I've enjoyed every moment. One of my favorite things about living here is having the Bistro available. There are many good items to pick from like ice cream or the daily specials.

I am so sad that I have to leave my home at The Park at Surprise. I live in the 2bedroom den style on the 1st floor that is 1100 square feet I believe. My patio and windows face the pretty courtyard, they remind me of my travels in Europe. I am leaving bc my health has declined, I didn't want to bring caregivers into my home to prolong the short term time I have per my Doctor. My Daughter up north in Az wanted me closer to her and to be in a Assisted Living just in case. I understand that is what is needed, but its so bitter sweet. On the other hand, it is time. I have made so many friends here, staff and residents. When everyone on the web or in this building talks about how The Park is like a Family...well its because it really is. I have friends that live at other buildings like this, I visit frequent for Bridge games. This place place really does feel warm and welcoming. You feel safe, you feel valued. We are all honored by the staff but not on a pedestal, its just different here.

We have been a part of The Park at Surprise since [date removed], pretty much from the beginning. Me and my husband moved from Sun City Grand from a large home, did not even think about moving. Until we came and saw this place and the people in it. We are past our three year mark now, and we couldn’t be more happier. We are definitely not going anywhere. The staff here is family to us, just like the other residents here. The food is amazing, the activities is always outstanding, all the way down to the magnificent housekeeping. [name removed] has been with the building from the very beginning, he is our confidant but also our adopted son lol. He used to be the Director of community relations over here, now he is in the ED position. That just shows you how this company treats their employees, and it shows through and though. We can’t say enough about our home and extended family. From house keeping to the chef. You all are the rock of this building. Thank you for everything.

I love it here. I've lived here quite a long time. My wife lived here first and then I joined. She passed away before me, but I am still here. I love it here.

I enjoy the people who live here, very friendly. The location is good and the continuing opportunity to stay here through end of life. The outings we go on are fund and interesting.

Been a regular visitor at the Park. The staff is amazing and the sense of community is outstanding. So many activities and what an bright, clean, refreshing environment for seniors. Thank you for what you do.

We had a great experience with Maple Glen Memory Care. They have a very caring team who worked with our family through a difficult and steeply declining transition of care.

We have lived at Canterbury Park for over 8 years and it was the right decision. Friendly staff always willing to help. Transportation when we gave up our car. We see happy people every day and have many hew friends. And the food is good.

They were more secure (others had doors that residents could access that were open to roads), more available & on site staff. Residents did not have to be "herded" from one building to another for activities, and they have many scheduled activities every day. Food was more than hot dogs & chips at lunch. Very clean, open patio that is in center of facility for residents in good weather. I feel they do an exceptional job there. & no "hidden" cost add ons.

It's been an awesome experience after being traumatized at the Desert Horizon Residential Care nightmare! The staff is amazing at the Sterling Inn Community. I wish there were an expanded service for the elderly, they need representation when so many have predatory children and cons at every turn. At 55 years old now, I don't have a good outlook on life in America as a senior living to their 70s.

My experience was lovely and welcoming the staff and residents reached out to share and welcome us to The Park. Residents also shared their personal experiences. The cleanliness and style would be a place I would love my mom to live.
