What has made Sterling Inn such a great experience so far is the staff. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and was very good at, including my grandmother and the different activities and getting her out of her room.

My mom found the residents quite friendly during our initial walk through which ultimately is what made her choose Madison House. The staff are all fabulous. They get to know the residents very quickly making the transition easy.

I was so impressed with the care and thoughtfulness given to my loved one at Sterling Inn. Very happy with it! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place in the high desert.

My mom has stayed at Cascade Inn twice this year for short stays/respite care. It's a nice facility, the staff is great, my mom loved playing Bingo. The free flowers from Trader Joe's on Sundays were a highlight for her. We always feel welcome when we are there. I would recommend Cascade Inn to others.

We love that the staff members that work at The Park at Laguna Springs, they are warm and welcoming. I can't think of any improvement that aren't already in the works.

Beautiful facility. Very clean. Exceptionally friendly and warm. Atmosphere calm. Love the outdoor seating, plenty of sunshine and green plants.

The Jefferson House is great. The only thing that is bothering us is that [name removed] seems to go to bed during the day and would stay there indefinitely if no one comes to get him when a new activity starts... This seems to be happening more often. That is our biggest concern at this point. Thank you.

I picked it because it was close to home and one of the best places for my mother with memory care. I would recommend to others.

My loved one was previously a resident at Canyon Creek. We should have had him there from the beginning. The staff is very attentive and took the time to learn about my loved one and his tendencies. The facility is very clean and they do a great job with the laundry. There is never any dirty clothes left overnight. The meals are tasty. I would occasionally eat with my loved one and they were like home cooking. I would recommend Canyon Creek to others.

I've recently toured four Memory Care communities in the area for my mom who suffers from Alzheimer's. Copper Creek was my last visit and comparatively speaking there was no comparison. The staff at each community I visited were pleasant and knowledgeable, however at Copper Creek I felt listened to, which I can't say the same for the other communities. My needs were addressed rather than just feeling like I was being given solely a pitch for the community itself. Also, I was introduced to several of the care staff and nurses along the way who took time to answer some additional questions for me. As a community, it was warm, open, and although secure, felt like it provided freedom to roam in a safe environment which is important for my mom.

Copper Creek Inn is a great place. I work in the industry and have been to some of their other memory care facilities. There is a standardized metric of care that is shared between all facilities. They care for each resident and ensure the safety of all. Throughout the day they have activities that are suitable for every resident to participate in. When it comes time for holidays, they have uniquely themed festivities which the residents really enjoy. They answer all questions professionally and are always available. They go above and beyond for each resident. It is a great place for a loved one to be in.

Personalized care specifically for your loved one with the empathy that only people who truly understand memory care can provide. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place that your love one will not only be safe but also valued.

Staff treats my mom like family and all their clients notify us when there is a change in mom. They also let us know if mom has fallen or any bumps or bruises. The staff is very wonderful here and takes care of my mom and all her needs.

My mom just came to Copper Creek today - the experience I have had with everyone getting her here on such short notice from our insurance has been amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful during this stressful time.

What we like the most about the Cascade Inn community is the apartment, our loved one really likes her apartment. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

My mom is currently a resident at Cedarbrook Memory Care. The facility is very well staffed and very clean. I've had a little difficulty speaking with my mom, but I suspect it's to help her integrate which has been successful. Mom is not loving food, but she is super particular in that regard. The move in was a snap. One major thing has been the price stability. I don't expect that to last forever, but so far it has kept us from fear and worry. I would recommend Cedarbrook Memory Care to others.

Copper Creek is an exceptional community. Residents and staff are happy and well provided for. It is a beautiful environment filled with compassionate care and welcoming atmosphere.

We have met many residents who encourage building friendships with each other. They invite Grandma and her family to activities. They sit down at her table for breakfast to have a conversation. The staff strives for a culture of positive attitude. Even as a family member who visits probably far too often the residents and staff treat me as a friend. Oh, for one specific example of how the staff and residents react to feedback. We read the rulebook about dining room, etiquette for family and friends. The rules have shifted due to Covid. Since we are new, we were trying to find out what the rules are and found out you sit in a specific area and the guest of a resident can pay the front desk or charge meals to the room. When we tried to follow the procedure, some of the staff are new, they were unaware and management took it as a training opportunity. As a guest, we were treated with respect and kindness. It didn't feel awkward. I appreciate the open communication. We've had some challenges in learning how to communicate with the staff, it hasn't been anything serious, just miscommunication and us not remembering or understanding scope of job duties. The staff and us have always figured out a way to understand each other. It allows us experience of growing together with the Madison House community. And just recently the staff showed their capabilities. I desire to obtain a nice photo of my grandma; since Covid we don't have any really good pictures you know. So I asked [name removed] there if they do a picture day. Well, [name removed] asked [name removed] the activities director to create a picture day and they already have it on the schedule. This way residents can all have a nice photo of themselves to either pass out for family or display in their unit.

Warmly greeted - informative, knowledgeable, kind, overall experience was delightful and clean, very impressive. Feel good experience
