Everything is great, my mother in law loves it there! I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

Everything was bright and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. My loved one was impressed with the food selection. It made her last days with us much easier. I feel like I made the right choice.

Excellent, welcoming community in a home-like setting. Food is pretty good but sometimes cold or over-cooked. Residents & staff are friendly & helpful. Call necklace does not distinguish between life threatening emergency and routine assistance calls, & sometimes response is not immediate.

My husband just entered Creekside Inn, I found it in a Village of Angels now that he is in need of the care I can no longer provide. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, understand & most of all kind. The genuine respect while caring for the 'guests' is apparent at first glance. Residents appear to be secure, comfortable, engaged. The entire place is spic & span spotlessly clean. Decorated with pictures & mementos suitable to the era, a familiar nod to fond memories. The dining halls, activity rooms, rooms to be with others to watch sports serve to engage the residents with opportunities for socialization and interaction with others. The wide hallways are a perfect outlet for exercise and greeting their neighbors, is very much used. It gives a warmth of feeling & confidence that each person is treated exactly as would hope. A friendly smile & hello goes a very long way. [name removed] who seems to be involved in everything, is stopped every few feet in the halls by residents happy to see & have an interaction with him. He is one of the finest men I have ever met, only to be exceeded by his advocacy of the residents as well as the family. To meet him is to immediately understand the extraordinary compassion, care, & spirit of Creekside Inn.

They are wonderful to work with, [name removed] is awesome and took her time to show us several times before we finally decided! It is clean, does not smell and the staff is very friendly with everyone. We felt very welcome.

I find most of the staff is so kind and helpful. The girls in the Bistro are excellent workers and friendly. I cannot say enough kind words about them. The girl in the dining room (morning) is so kind and friendly. I would give her a 4+ grade. The receptionist in front is very helpful and kind. All the employees are very helpful and kind. You have done very well in choosing them.

It has helped my dad regain his life after losing his wife of 68 yrs. He's made several friends and is involved in activities which has made a drastic change in his happiness. The minute he walked in he knew it was the place for him. From the decor to the friendliest and kind staff.

The staff seem to genuinely love my mom. She really loves them too. She's always hugging them. And I love that they are free to hug her back. Touch is so important for dementia. They found her a roommate that is an absolute perfect fit. They are best pals and do everything together. We take her whenever we take mom. She's just become a part of our family now.

I would highly recommend this community to a friend for all of the reasons listed above.While I didn't pick this particular community for my mother, she did, I think it depends on what an individual was looking for in a home. The Canterbury Park was very much like a little community, it provided many opportunities for it's residents to interact with each other and I feel as though the staff actually took an interest in the resident's activities and overall happiness.

Our mom, [name removed], moved into Lakeview Memory Care in Bloomingdale in December 2023. We had investigated several local facilities and chose Lakeview for a number of reasons. The location on Lake Street made it easy to reach. The facilities are open, nicely appointed, and is designed for a smaller number of residents. Most importantly, though, is that the staff is skilled and caring. It requires a strong team of caregivers, nurses, and management staff to deliver care to all the residents at any assisted living facility. At Lakeview, the staff is extraordinarily kind, service-oriented, and work very well together. Many of the caregivers took a personal interest in our mom, and treated her as though they were long-time friends. Several of the caregivers mentioned that they enjoy their jobs at Lakeview and named it one of the best facilities where they have worked. We can highly recommend Lakeview as the future home for your senior loved-one.

I am currently a resident at The Park at Modesto and everything has been great for me. I have no complaints. I would recommend this facility to others.

I would definitely recommend to others. It's an amazing place for a loved one in need of memory care.It was by far the cleanest, best organized, and professionally run facility we saw.

I feel safe and cared about here at The Park at Laguna Springs community . The food is delicious. Every one is nice and friendly. The staff cares about the comfort of the residents.

I would highly recommend the park if someone is looking for independent living solutions. The social aspect was a big factor in our decision.

The staff is so patient with all residents, no matter how advanced their dementia. Facility is always clean, fresh smelling, rooms are neat and tidy. High staff to resident ratio. Many activities for residents including gardening in season, games, and interactive programs.

We picked this community because it is great, with caring staff. Clean facilities, nice rooms. I would definitely recommend Deer Ridge to anyone.

My dads bathroom is very old. However, what we like the most about the Delaware Plaza community is that the staff treat my dad like family and try to encourage him to get involved in activities. We would recommend this community to other families.

What has made Sterling Inn such a great experience so far is the staff. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and was very good at, including my grandmother and the different activities and getting her out of her room.

My mom found the residents quite friendly during our initial walk through which ultimately is what made her choose Madison House. The staff are all fabulous. They get to know the residents very quickly making the transition easy.
