We have had a great experience. I would rate all categories a 5 if you can afford the cost. Staff always eager to help. Friendly. Contacts me when she needs something they don't auto provide. They handle all medicine, help with bathing, transport to doctor, etc. Getting first haircut on Monday right on site.

I would answer ALL a 5. I loved everything about Sterling Commons. Mostly, I would want to tell others that the staff treats their residents with dignity and respect. They always made me feel like, I too, was part of their family and my wishes were always happily fulfilled.

My very independent Dad is loving the new friendships, activities and support that the Park at Copper Creek provides. Staff is caring and listens to concerns. In his mid 90s he still loves his independence within this community of caring and support; a perfect solution. Cleanliness is amazing within beautiful decor.

The caregivers genuinely love and care for the residents. As my husband was on his last day, I had so many of them come into the room hug me and cry with me. The place was always clean and bright, with no bad smell, smells or smells of any kind

I am very happy with all. Creekside Inn is excellent in every category listed. It is with full confidence that my husband has excellent care in all of those things. I could not be happier with the situation.

Our family feels so fortunate to have our Dad at Spring Creek Memory Care. It is such a loving, caring home for him. The attention the entire staff gives to the residents is incredible, always redirecting situations in a respectful way that provides a safe and understanding environment for those suffering from memory losses and confusion

Sterling Inn is a beautiful and clean place. The Staff is always friendly and caring. The residents are also very nice and happy. Lots of great activities and different rooms to play cards in, watch the big TV, play pool, or sit outside. We love it!

The staff was phenomenal, but for some reason or other, there would be a big turnover brought on by the administrators in San Francisco. Extremely disappointed on that level everything was fine except for the activities committee. The activities were a little lacking in the sense of not very interesting and The music was deficient. Comparing it to the [community removed] was music. Director was very good. Excellent works very hard. however, the staff that head of the memory care I found to be very arrogant and instead of helping something horrible happened the director was confrontational. The liason officer that helped me resolve. The confrontational problem with the director of memory care was at [community removed] was very good. In fact she was totally effective.

Lakeview Memory Care is a great fit for my husband. Everyone genuinely cares, is very attentive and supportive. I know my husband is cared for and he thus he is thriving. It is a breath of fresh air.

Visiting is welcome and encouraged. Family/friends can dine w their loved one for a low meal charge. Basic furniture and bedding are provided , as is laundry care and all meals and snacks included in the monthly rate. If your person has a favorite art piece or chair, etc you can bring it for the room. Some medical care like immunizations and podiatrist, physical therapist can be allowed in to work with your person so you don't need to take them to another doctor. Any medicines will be distributed by the nurse on staff. All prescribed meds are currently required to be filled by Pharmerica.

I would like to recommend Lakeview Memory Care. This lovely community is warm and welcoming to their residents, families and staff. I have witnessed the result with several residents with their advanced care. The leaders there attend special training to guide the staff with outstanding techniques to calm and help the residents feel more comfortable and confident. This takes a huge toll off the family members stress levels. Stop by and see for yourself the benefits of considering this memory care facility

It's a very friendly community. It was the nicest one I saw and it was the most affordable.

We chose The Park at Laguna Springs because the facility is attractive, friendliness of staff, area, casitas, and just the entire ambiance of facility. Others looking would need to visit to see available options and talk to the person in charge to answer questions.

Only thing I can say. The rates keep going up, it's getting a little expensive to stay there now. Hopefully, it'll work out. my dad like staying there. Staff is great, really good to my dad

Overall experience was outstanding. The staff treated mom like a loving family member. We were told she was like a Gma to several. They truly loved her. And when we visited monthly, from out of state, staff went out of their way to accommodate 5-7 of us so we dine together & visit in one of the larger rooms. We, as family, were treated like we were there family. We were so blessed, and mom loved them all. I gave a 4 for activities & cost, because mom was not able to participate in activities. And cost... well, it's expensive, but we definitely got our monies worth!

Staff treats the residents very well! I was in a hurry and didn't shop around, which is why I picked this community.

I am the guardian for my sister. My sister was moved from another facility, which did not serve her, to Springs Ranch in [date removed]. [name removed] at Springs was instrumental in completing this swiftly and keeping me informed with every step. Since then, the directors and staff have been very helpful in contacting me by phone about her progress. My sister has aggression and sundowning, and Springs Ranch is able to keep her content and calm with a 24-hour nursing staff. In the short time my husband was there during the move, he said the facility was clean and the staff was friendly. I hope to see it for myself soon. The monthly price is on the higher side, but with the 24-hour nursing staff, which most do not have, it is a good fit.

[name removed] who runs the front all of these people are amazing. My mother‘s been there three months loves it. The place is beautiful, but the staff make it. everyone is extremely friendly and go out of their way for all the people to live there. I’ve never heard one person complain that in itself in the world we live in is pretty amazing.
