A few thins I really like about Arbor Hills Memory care is the great staff and communication. It is a clean facility with good food.

The staff is amazing from the director all the way down to the lady who runs the front desk. The facility is clean. They treat everybody in there with respect, and when you walk through the place, and you see the people live in there they all seem extremely happy.

My father has been at Maple Place for a few months now and we are extremely pleased with our choice. ALL the staff is amazing, the building is decorated in a classic style which he loves, and the building is large enough that he doesn’t feel trapped. He loves roaming around (safely) and looking at all the pictures and decorations on the walls. He also goes outside to the beautiful courtyard a lot. The typical “getting to know my dad” adjustments we have brought up have always been promptly and kindly resolved by the caring staff. All the residents always look clean and well everytime one of our family visits - which is often! PAs that come in are also great. This is the Best care my dad has received after being at various assisted living facilities. And most importantly, my Dad is happy and healthy!

The staff is very personable and friendly. Most of their residents, from what I can tell, have serious dementia or Alzheimer's. My parent is only moderately dementia and seems to have trouble fitting in with other residents. She prefers to sit in her room during the day and only joins the group at meal times.

This place is incredible. Lots of things for residents to do. Staff is fantastic. First class memory care home

They are very friendly, they have activities daily, beautiful, inviting decor inside. They check on my Dad when he's in his room. The food is good, there is a nice variety.

Our experience overall has been a good one with El Rio. She has had many growing pains, but nothing that the facility or the staff are at fault for. The staff is always kind, courteous and willing to take a look at my mom’s situation to help make it a better one… My mom can be a handful & very vocal!! I think her biggest hurdle, is being in a “facility” and not in her own home. This brought a lot of resentment and rebellious behavior. I do have to mention that my mother was a higher functioning resident as far as her cognitive level was concerned, but she has lost most of her mobility due to Parkinson’s/dementia, and is unable to walk… It’s been a year now, we’ve come a long way & Still have many difficult times ahead of us I’m sure, but happy we have the team from El Rio on our side…

Everyone loved him and did their very best to care for him. Yes, yes we very much would recommend the community to other families. Their friendly faces brought smiles and a small amount of joy to all of us going through a really tough time.

Mainly, the standout is the people I associate with here. All classes of people that step up when you need help. The willingness of staff to listen and be of assistance in finding a solution. No complaints about the food. The only complaint is that staff often run late in starting activities. I have no wish to live elsewhere.

They do a fine job. The place is clean. The people are friendly. That's about all I can say. I'm happy with it.

What I like best is the people. They are very friendly and accepting. Same with the staff. I'm very happy here. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

University Village in Vancouver is new and beautiful if you have clients in the Portland or Vancouver area. It's about the same price as [community name removed]. Oh definitely 5 in every category. If you had 10 I would give it a 10. It is gated, too. We love it. My dad is in a wheelchair and my mother has vascular dementia and Alzheimer's and they are both getting the very best care. We are very happy.

Excellent facility for the memory impaired. Nurse on site 24/7. Proactive to find solutions for special needs that my dad requires due to UTI issues. Very clean and all the residents there are well cared for.

I would give a 5 in all categories, I am very pleased! The staff is very caring and observative the food appears to be very good I can't think anything bad to say about spring Creek in. I suppose my only complaint would be the cost and with things costing what they cost today I think it's a fair value for the money

The people I met were very pleasant and attentive. The only thing is she had a black pants and hoodie and it came up missing, her name was on the tag, I was told not to bring any nice outfits by others. Another lady that is there, I've been told was missing nice outfits and they think its the staff, personally I don't know, but a week and the nicest outfit missing. When it comes to the clothing issue, maybe mesh bag with resident name on it or just don't wash clothes???

We have had a great experience. I would rate all categories a 5 if you can afford the cost. Staff always eager to help. Friendly. Contacts me when she needs something they don't auto provide. They handle all medicine, help with bathing, transport to doctor, etc. Getting first haircut on Monday right on site.

I would answer ALL a 5. I loved everything about Sterling Commons. Mostly, I would want to tell others that the staff treats their residents with dignity and respect. They always made me feel like, I too, was part of their family and my wishes were always happily fulfilled.
