Our family very much appreciated Madison House while Grandma was living there. The caregivers took amazing care of her. Always respectfully and with kindness. I slept well knowing she was looked after and safe. From the very first conversation with [name removed], To the very last conversation with [name removed], we felt love and support. One of the first things I noticed during our tour was the detail and care given to maintaining the property. The chair rail was clean of dust. I also appreciated that all residents and staff who was walking around the residence. People were engaged and chatty. My family made friends with other residents and staff. We were welcome at activities. Suggestions we made were listened to. The resident wanted more bingo so they added another day of bingo. I suggested a glamour photo session. we made it low-key where the staff brought in fun scarves and hats, and we took photos with the resident personal device. They serve drinks and snacks and we had a great time. It was a morning caregiver who hadn't heard from Grandma and went to get her out of bed, Grandma suffered a stroke and the staff within one hour had assessed the situation, called 911, got Grandma to the hospital, and notified me her POA. Madison House checked in on us. Grandma passed away [date removed] of a massive hemorrhagic stroke. Staff and residents had grown to love grandma in the short time she lived at Madison House. We were shown lots of love. My family rates, all categories a 5. I would recommend Madison House in Kirkland to anyone.

The cost was overwhelming. With creative financing we were able to afford it but I truly feel for those who can't. I'm not singling out El Rio. They are all like that. Based on the experience, we would recommend El Rio Memory Care to other families.

This is a great place.The staff is great. The food is a 4. It is spotless activities are pretty good.

Cedarbrook has been amazing. BTW, my father passed [dates removed]. We couldn't be more satisfied with the care he got there. What we liked the most about Cedarbrook is the complete dedication to patients and their well-being

The Gardens at Laguna Springs is a one of a kind community. The 24-hour nursing care gives us peace of mind, knowing they're always supported. The chef-prepared meals are a highlight—delicious and nutritious, making dining a joyous occasion. The activities are engaging and varied, keeping them stimulated and happy. It's more than just a residence; it's a nurturing community where families feel truly cared for.

I would say it's a very nice place. But the resident would say- when in Covid restrictions recently (twice in a year), the food was cold, awful, and often not what was ordered when stuck in room-and not enough outings.But nice friendly and nice residents and enjoys a few of the activities.

Staff is great. Building is great. Activities are few. Residents play cards on their own, watch movies Fri, Sat and Sun. They have outsiders come in for exercise, talks etc. There's not much. They don't cater to issues with food. But they do answer questions of what's in something so I can decide if I can eat or not.

The staff at Sterling Inn are very helpful during the move in as well as for daily living. This is my parents favorite of the places they've lived from Ohio to Las Vegas to Victorville, Ca.

The Park at Copper Creek is an excellent facility. It has been a very pleasant atmosphere and my mother in law has been very happy living there. We would highly recommend them to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I placed Mom there about a year ago. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. If she couldn't be home with me I'm glad she was there. The entire staff is amazing! The care, love and respect that they show Mom make me feel better about a bad situation. Would highly recommend them! Thanks so much for everything!

Staff and facilities based on my experience is top notch. I highly recommend The Hampton at Salmon Creek Memory Care to anyone looking.

My loved one is currently a resident at Spring Creek Inn and everything about her experience has been great so far. The staff and care services are great. The friendliness, cleanliness and activities are also great. I would highly recommend Spring Creek Inn to others. They do a wonderful job!

Besides being very friendly, staff also remembers family members names! Very impressive. If the staff has any concerns regarding my Mom, the staff immediately calls me right away, and if they cannot get ahold of me they call my daughter. A variety of meals are provided to meet everyone's needs. I feel this is one of the most important one of all because it motivates everyone's social emotional needs! These activities help my Mom and others think positive, It helps strengthen their brains, and something to look forward to! BINGO. It's a little pricey but, we get what we pay for and are very happy with the services. Everyone there is treated like kings and queens! Having a shuttle to take them for an outing is very convenient as well. A suggestion, a movie theater every other week would be nice. Overall, we are very happy with the staff and services at the Sterling Inn!

My wife is a resident at Rock Creek at The Park Memory Care and this facility is great. I've never seen a more passionate and compassionate group of caregivers and nurses.... from the front desk to the business manager to the laundry person to the people that clean the rooms. I mean, the whole staff is just wonderful. If you see a mess or something out of place, all you have to do is mention it and the staff is very prompt and responding. The meals are really good. They're all homemade fresh and they're delicious. The activities are scheduled and performed right on spot. Nothing is ever canceled. They try to get people engaged, but they don't force anybody. The Activities Director is really, really good. This facility holds a support group every month, and I hesitated to join because I thought I knew it all and it was definitely worthwhile attending and participating. The Director of the facility facilitates the SUPPORT GROUP..... but the great thing is that if you're feeling down or low depressed or having a really bad day, you can always go to her. She'll talk you down make you feel good. All of us suffer from ambiguous loss and sometimes never really get any relief and it comes to a head and you need somebody to talk to and [name removed] is the person to talk to. After over a year of having to place my wife in five facilities, ROCK CREEK, I feel is a place that provides the best quality of life and preserves her dignity.

Everyone is very kind and caring. The activities coordinators are great at encouraging participation. Manager [name removed] and medical director [name removed] are very receptive to comments and suggestions. They are very patient focused.

My husband was living his last days though I didn’t realize it; all the staff were warm and kind, trying to help. I was comforted by being among them more so than with family. It is difficult to find the correct words.

My loved one was previously a resident at The Park at Laguna Springs and the whole experience was great. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff and care services were also great. The meals, activities and value for cost were good. Based on the experience, I would recommend this facility to others.

The staff is genuinely caring of the residents. I can not attest to the food, however, our Mum loves it. We are in constant contact with [name removed], as he will text us every week or so. The nursing staff is amazing. The entire process, from start to her moving in, was seamless and loving.

We HAVE said we appreciate how they keep an eye on our loved one (esp. as she keeps trying to walk not use wheelchair and is VERY unsteady & falls). Plus all the activities every day, socialization, and the safety procedures so that residents cannot wander off.

The Park is one of the most elegant senior living communities out there. I have toured so many and this one truly stands out. The staff is phenomenal. They even do a red carpet for new residents. So special! Also, the food is INCREDIBLE and lots of activities to build community. I can't say enough good things about The Park. Would highly recommend it!
