After touring several communities, this was the only community we felt love as we walked through the building. The staff are kind, caring and treat the patients as family. Moving my mom into Northbrook Inn was the best decision for her emotional and physical care.

We chose Waverly Inn because the quality of the services offered and the location is close to me as well. It is a smaller facility with only about 60 residents. The building is built in a circle so that residents who wander cannot get lost. The room sizes are decent, she has got a Jack and Jill so she shares a bathroom. They also have shared rooms and private rooms as well. The staff is very pleasant to work with, the facility is done up nice, and it is a stimulating environment. I would recommend them to others looking.

We are already highly recommend this to other family and friends. They have proven to be a top notch facility. They offer activities such as bingo, card games, arm chair travel, movie nights, as well as others. The food is good and they provide a variety of options to chose from. They offer transportation to doctor appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays as well as shopping or out to restaurants. Housekeeping comes weekly. She has a washer and dryer in her apartment. Or you can pay for laundry services by the staff. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They know her by her first name. Everyone seems to be upbeat with a positive attitude.

Madison House is a great community. It's charm is warm and inviting. Care staff and servers are amazing. My moms housekeeper is great. The leadership truly cares and exceeds expectations.

My mom has been in Deer Ridge since December and she continues to receive the highest level of care there. The facilities are beautiful and the staff members are excellent- they are always patient and helpful, keeping us well informed of any updates to her care. I enjoy visiting my mom there and often stay for one of the activities or to share a meal with her. It's such peace of mind, knowing she's safe and well taken care of when I can't be there.

This was a nice community, but didn't have a call system for the residents to use for assistance. The food looked phenomenal.

This communities location was far out and there was nothing like shopping or anything close. This community was more good for scenic views and it was more expensive.

Madison House is a beautiful facility that seemed to be very well run. It just did not check all of our boxes. It was too big for my friend, we were looking for something smaller and more personal.

For the short amount of time he was here they were very good and I was impressed. They focused on trying to stimulate the memory or the residents here and the way it was set up was meant to really help them. I like that it is solely a memory care facility, it is not attached to assisted living so they focus 110% on memory care. They do have transitional care all the way from the time he was admitted until hospice, they were able to accommodate anything that he needed. They staff were always super interactive, I never saw staff just sitting around which was refreshing to see. Their goal is to keep the residents engaged and so they are not just sitting in their rooms. I thought that the directors went above and beyond, they were so helpful and caring. I would definitely recommend them to others who are looking for memory care for their loved ones.

I highly recommend Deer Ridge Memory Care. The staff are caring, and personal towards the residents and families. The staff were good at keeping me up-to-date with anything going on with my loved one. They would call if there were any concerns. Anytime I would visit the staff would come check on my loved one to make sure they were doing well. The community is beautiful. The director to the housekeeper to the chef are excellent to work with.

The facility is absolutely spotless, there are no odors, no stains on the carpets and no marks on the walls we are so impressed with the maintenance of this community. It is beautifully decorated, the staff and residents seem to be very happy and they have amazing activities that keep the residents very active.

My mother lived at El Rio Memory Care for 15 months before her death. Never have I seen a facility that is driven by patient care and compassion for each and every resident like at El Rio!! My mother told me regularly and unprompted how nice everyone is to her there and how happy she was. The nursing staff is professional and friendly and invaluable!! El Rio gave my mother 15 happy months before her death. She felt safe and loved in her home. She was both. Thank you El Rio for your love and care.

This community was very nice. It was a bit larger than what we were looking for. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. This felt like a upper scale community and it was very expensive.

I have already told so many people that I already have my room reserved. The staff know each resident by name, and are generous with their time. The staff love working with the residents in the community and you can tell. They have great patience and respect about the resident's dignity. The meals are good according to my loved one and they accommodate his needs beautifully.

[name removed] was our tour guide and she provided us with an excellent experience of what The Park has to offer. [name removed] was very knowledgeable of the amenities and provided us the opportunity to view many of them, including the theatre, the Bistro, the woodworking shop, the bocce ball court and many others. She also answered all of our questions. If you have time, it is a great experience.

Arbor Hills is just the nicest place and we have been so pleased with our experience. They were very comprehensive on our initial interview and we were so impressed that we did not even have to think about it, we went ahead and put our deposit down the same day that we visited. It just seemed like it was the best of the best and it has turned out to be just that. The communication has been awesome. The nurse calls me regularly with any updates that are very helpful for me to know. They also have a monthly calendar with all of the activities that are provided daily. When I stop by to visit they are doing exactly what is on the calendar so they really follow their program. We have been at 3 other facilities and we are happiest here. We would highly recommend them to others looking.

My mom was very impressed with The Park at Surprise when she came to tour it. She is very happy with her experience at the facility.

It's a great place to be. They took very good care of my wife. They were very friendly, caring, and patient. They were also very visitor friendly. My wife had became somewhat combative. They were aware of that and all of her dementia-related issues, and they took her in anyway. And through it all, they treated her so special. I would recommend them to anyone.

Within hours of moving into the community my dad needed medical care as he got very sick. In hindsight he had been fighting off pneumonia for a few weeks. My mom pulled the emergency cord and in a minute or two several staff members came to their apartment including one of the RNs. He is still having medical struggles and the staff is superb!

I had a great tour with The Park at Copper Creek, the facility is absolutely gorgeous.
