After helping a friend move into a similar facility, I am amazing at home caring and involved the staff at The Park is. They go that extra mile and make sure you are having a great experience living in this community.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. They were very accommodating for the family and the residents. The staff were very friendly. They assisted in staying in the guidelines during COVID, and keeping our loved one safe.

Jefferson House was a lovely facility. The gal who showed us around was great, but we felt the facility was too large for what she needed and it was pricey.

Mom has lived at MG for more than 2 years. I'm very happy that we found such a caring community. She can pass time on with activities as she pleases. We chose Meadowbrook because when I took the tour and saw them, all the residents were out and able to walk around freely. It was also very homey rather than institutional. I found particular members of the staff very compassionate and sensitive and it really impressed me. Overall I was pleased with our experience here.

Solana at the Park is not only a beautiful facility but it is also a warm and welcoming place to call home. Everyone becomes friends and go on walks. I look forward to meal times knowing they are health and attractively served. Great maintenance is evident throughout the buildings and grounds. I am very pleased to tell others about the benefits of being a Solana resident.

We toured the community and the tour was good. It was just not a place I would like to live.

While the cleanliness, decor and meals are excellent, what has impressed me most about Maple Glen is the caring staff. The office staff knows us as family and the caregivers treat Mom with respect and concern,. The activities staff is outstanding.. They know what activities will appeal to Mom and what won't. They never force her to participate but gently draw her in to new things. Choosing Maple Glen was definitely the right decision

The staff at The Gardens is very professional and caring. They go out of their way to know the residents and meet their individual needs. Communication with families is outstanding. The facilities are beautiful.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The rooms are a nice size and the cleanliness of the community stand out to me. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The food selection could be better for the residents.

I'm very satisfied with them, especially compared to other places that I visited before we selected a place for my loved one. The feedback that I've received from vendors who are going to different places is similar. They think very highly of Amber Creek, and they rate it much higher than other places in the valley / Phoenix area. I like the general attitude and atmosphere here. They make a conscious effort to make everybody feel comfortable, and it's a a fairly small facility compared to others. The food is excellent as well.

I work for a Hospice Company and we have had patients at Arbor Hills .They have given excellent care to our patients and there family , The staff is amazing always keeping in touch with our team to let us know any change with our patient even minor . Everyone from the Administrator to the CNA's are always pleasant and enjoy there place of employment as it shows when talking to staff .I would recommend Arbor Hills to anyone looking for the best care possible for a Loved one

I toured this facility with my parents while looking for potential memory care/assisted living facilities. We showed up with relatively little advance notice and toured the memory care wing of their facility. I was extremely impressed with both the facility and the staff. There's a large garden which can be accessed by residents and the layout lends itself to getting back to your own room if you tend to wander some. The staff were also impressive - even the marketing director knew each of the patients by name and enough of their backstories to interact/redirect them. We were accompanied for a short time by a very sweet resident who just wanted to tag along. We saw residents were clean and well cared for and the staff clearly cares here. While my parents aren't quite ready for memory care yet I'll be keeping this place in mind down the road if it becomes necessary.

One of the biggest perks is transportation is available for any dr. appointment. The community just feels like home. The staff took the time to talk to us and just talk and we felt welcome. The staff is very friendly and so is the residence. The community is also pet friendly I would recommend this community to others based on our experience.

Canterbury Inn has been absolutely wonderful. The staff members here have been honest and caring. It has been a totally different experience than what we had at his previous facility. They were totally prepared for his Alzheimer's and the care here needed and we were lucky to find this place. I would absolutely recommend to others.

It is a smaller community they are not at full capacity yet, but they are getting bigger and they are bringing back more activities. Our loved one is happy with the meals and the staff members do a great job with communicating with the residents families.

We chose El Rio because the director was willing to come in on her day off and do a zoom tour for us. They answered all of our questions and you could tell that it was a nice facility. I could not go into the facility until a few weeks ago because of covid, but once I was able to go in it is very clean. The room that she has is a good size for what she needs. They do have some fun activities, I know she has been on a few bus rides and for example tomorrow they are having a Father's Day barbecue. I would recommend to other families who are looking.
