We chose Meadowbrook Memory Care because she was in rehab and was needing a 2 person assist and this facility offers that as well as memory care. The room sizes here are good but they aren't in their room a lot so they do not need a lot of space. The staff members here are all friendly especially the administrative staff. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

Our friend does not like the breakfast meals they serve, but that is because of the covid restrictions. He does not really engage in the activities they offer so we are not sure if they are bringing them back or if those are still limited. However he does say the staff members are very friendly.

I have worked with this community for over 2 years and I've seen major improvements on staffing and consistency in office staff and Executive staff. Memory Care can be extremely hard to manage on-going, but you can see this community maturing and learning from challenging situations to make it the community it is today.

They kept everybody safe during the pandemic which was very important.

I think the staff have been very compassionate and concerned about my parents and their well being. They have been great with communication and we have been pleased with that. I would recommend to others looking.

We chose Meadowbrook Memory care mostly because of the location and it was by far the best out of the ones that we visited. The staff members here were excellent. Overall, we had a short but good experience here and would recommend.

The tour with [name removed] was great. Even though it was virtual, we still felt like we had a great experience. We liked the fact that there was a selection for dining, from a small and more intimate/quiet environment as well as the standard dining area. They also had storage areas for residents. We ended up selecting a different environment, mostly due to the size of the rooms, and the price.

They are very nice.

A little to steep for our budget with no pay down to Medicaid. Would prefer to not go to Longview if we don't have to.

Fresno, CA has been a constant hotbed for COVID-19 in 2020 & on. Cedarbrook has worked hard to keep residents healthy, sane & happy during their long stay-in-place marathon, keeping families informed and enabling visits as the law & safety allowed. My Dad moved in at the beginning of summer 2020 & we were very concerned. He has done well & I thank all of the staff for their hard work during this difficult & scary time!! ??????????

The virtual tour was fairly complete and comprehensive. Hampton seems inviting and cozy, and there is attention to detail concerning safety and the individuality of its residents. I have contacted Lacee for a few more specifics.

I thought that Cedarbrook was a nice environment and it is a very secure facility. I did also like that it is all strictly memory care residents, so the staff members were dedicated more to those individuals.

We chose this facility because I thought it was a bit more quaint, it did not smell when I walked in here, and they led me to believe they were geared more towards veterans. I did think they would have more veteran activities but I did not really see that. Their head nurse here, she is amazing and is available after hours if we needed anything. They were also very helpful with setting me up with the hospice services. They were just really good to my dad. I would recommend to others looking.

Making decisions on care for your elderly love one can be difficult however working with the front office staff and especially the Director of Community Relations at Arbor Hills our family experience continues to be great! Immediately you get a sense of caring from all of your interactions with everyone. There are a lot of moving parts to the process however you are supported based on your circumstances. It feels like family. Transition is never easy, and to be honest, will not be perfect. That is where the front office do an amazing job of above and beyond. I felt a sense of connection and I think you would too. Give them a call, the campus is beautiful and the building interior feels like “home”! In a short time I can say I’m glad my love one transitioned to Arbor Hills.

I found them to be very satisfactory. They have a really challenging job. They have managed keep to keep the residents safe during the corona visits. The nursing staff are very good, the other staff are little move variable. The staff do really well at a very tough job.

I only had my step dad at the Hamptons for about two months as he passed away after a brief illness. During the time he was there I was very impressed with the compassionate care he received. It is a very clean and pleasing environment

We enjoyed the tour. There are lots of space in the apartments. The price at this time is reasonable but will go up as soon as they open. We did put down a $500. hold on a unit, and if we decide not to go there, they will refund our money, but need to make a decision within 3 months. I like that they have a real stove to cook on as no meals are provided on weekends. So now we have to make our decision. Thank you for making the appt. for us to go see them. My parents decided to stay in independent living for as long as possible, but I did tour Delaware Plaza. The staff was extremely kind and flexible and the apartments and facility was lovely. My only worry was that they permit smoking in the courtyard, and my mother had worked hard to quit. For this reason, we probably would not have pursued this option regardless.

The presentation was lovely and although they said there was no pressure to sign they mentioned a $500 deposit to hold an apartment to take advantage of signing up before they are open. There were only 2 looking at the offerings of this facility. We are sure that it is going to be lovely but were not ready to commit with the information provided. [names removed] did a lovely presentation.

Great place for meetings and lunch. Attended AAA driving classes and monthly retired teachers meetings/lunch. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Convenient location for retirement living and competitive pricing!
