I have actually recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff communication with the family and friends is good. There are three meals a day served in the dining room. There is room service available if your loved one is ill; however, there is a cost associated with this option.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a super nice tour experience, very friendly people but our loved one had to have her car back and we were worried about her getting out on that busy road.

Solana at the Park is a beautiful facility but was just too big for my parents, they wanted something smaller and more intimate. They had a lot of great amenities provided for residents but a lot of those things my parents would not have taken advantage of such as the swimming pool.

The community was wonderful. The food was delicious and there were three meals served daily. The staff were great to work with during our stay. They had lots of games for activities and more for the residents to choose from.

The entire staff has pretty much turned over since our loved one being there, so we now only see a few familiar faces. We do think they would benefit from having some sort of meet and greet or orientation to better know the upper management. However the staff in the beginning just really stood out to us, their attention to detail was fantastic, they were very understanding and very hands-on when she was moving in. She was one of the first few residents coming to The Gardens and it just seemed like an overall good environment.

We had a great tour with Springs Ranch. It was an absolutely beautiful facility and was actually less expensive than the one we ended up going with. The reason we did not move forward with this facility was because we were looking for a place that specialized specifically in memory care and that was not the case here. The location was also too far from our house.

Our first impression was based off the staff right away. They worked very quickly and effectively to answer all the questions we had and they smoothed the path out for our loved one.

Our family had an in person tour and Cedar Creek's eye candy is superb - but the eye candy is for the families and visitors. Once the residents move into the facility the eye candy sort of goes away and nothing is as spectacular as you thought. Also we did not really like how the residents would have to have shared rooms, and there were so many residents on the only two floors so it did not offer that one on one time.

They could work more on not discouraging visitors to come back to where their families are, they try to keep everyone up in the main common area so you can't really see what activities are going on.

Very content and thankful with the staff in overall. I was touched by this one caregiver which he is very attentive and genuinely caring to my loved one.

We chose Solona at the Park because when you walk in it is so welcoming and open, especially the dining room area. The sales lady was very good. Everything started out great, but things have started to slip a little because of the amount of turnover in nursing staff. The executive director has been wonderful and great to work with. The meals here are chef prepared and he really enjoys them. I would recommend to others looking.

If you are dealing with a family member with dementia this is probably the most ideal setting that you can go with while searching. This community is very dementia friendly and the training and approach to the residents reflects it.

I chose The Park at Surprise because of the appearance, the friendly staff members, and the food. The meals here are chef prepared and I really enjoy them. The apartment sizes are very good. I would recommend to others looking.

They do not want you to ever call and ask any questions, if you do call and ask questions they will red line your name. They have never allowed us inside the facility, I have only been up to the front door. Overall I would not recommend to others looking.

We chose The Hampton and Ashley Inn because of the value of the money. It was nice and clean and it just gave us a good feeling. The administrative staff were great and accommodating especially with me living out of town. The spaces we were able to see were nice, but we were not allowed in due to covid. I really felt like the knew who my dad was and took the time to get to know him. They had tons of activities for residents to participate in. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

[name removed] gave my father and me a very informative tour of Copper Creek Inn. She also came out to my parents home to do an evaluation of my mother's condition the same day. The facility was very nice, staff was friendly and residents seemed to be well taken care of.

My father had to go into memory care here during the Covid pandemic. I never saw the inside of the building so I can't comment on cleanliness or meals or care but my father stayed healthy and clean while there. Activities were limited to indoors but it seems the staff made an effort to keep the residents entertained and engaged. Staff were friendly and helpful and they did what they could to make phone calls and window visits possible.
