only for the particular wing my husband was in they need more staff. 3 for quality of care, because of the shortness of staff. The rest was not really applicable for my husband. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families! This was a tough situation with my husband and they were always kind.

I love the whole staff. Yes we love the facility.. I would recommend this for for all the compassion.

They have a great administrative staff. They took much time and care to answer all questions. The staff was friendly. The facility did not suite my mother in law because of the following. 1.Her room door had to remain open during the day. Other guests were able to roam in and out of her room. 2. Her clothes were washed with the rest of the tenants and her items were not returned back to her. Her name was on her items. 3. The food was alright.

The facility is lovely and has a homey feeling throughout. I was impressed with the cleanliness and well-maintained grounds. The staff reflected a warm commitment to resident well-being, even when faced with difficult behaviors. The community relations director made me and my husband feel seen. He answered our questions quickly and thoroughly and helped us make connections with nursing staff. With very few exceptions (and that could be because it was night and weekend staff who I didn't know as well) nursing staff was committed to care for the residents and explained procedures and concerns well. I liked that the entire staff, no matter their primary assignments knew the residents and pitched in wherever needed. The activity coordinator, the front desk receptionist, and the maintenance man were warm, welcoming and truly helpful.

The facility and the resident rooms are kept very clean. The nursing staff is really on top of things and very friendly. Care staff have been superior. They always answer the phone, return calls and coordinate all medical care promptly. They also have a high staff retention rate which is huge because they know and like the residents. We have been very pleased overall. The meals could use some improvements.

Even though it is expensive just looking at the figures. Considering I have no utilities and food is provided. It is a great deal. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

My observation is that they are very good at memory care because that is all they do. Many of my mom's visitors have commented to me on how surprised they were at what a nice facility it is. It is hard to imagine a better place for my mom. I have never seen a staff member treats any of the residence with other than kindness and respect.

Facility was the nicest I saw when searching for a place. Staff was good. Sales person was excellent. Caretakers seemed nice. My dad was only there for four days. He got sick and passed away. Not anything to do with El Rio. Price was comparable to other places that weren't as nice.

What they could improve on would be response time and the food. However, what we like the most about the community is the location and the ease of visiting. They also have a very friendly atmosphere. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Overall I am happy with my choice. I would give it an overall average of a 4. What I like the most about The Park is the friendliness, the overall ambiance and my room. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience I have had so far.

It was a reasonably good experience. The staff is caring and kind. They are not transitory, many have been working at The Hampton for years. My father lived there just six weeks before he passed.

Mom is doing well at Deer Ridge. They have been having Staffing issues, need more caregivers. The head nurse, [name removed] is the best! There are a few exceptional caregivers.

I am very happy with the care of my husband. He has had quite a time but they have continued to be very good with him. My only complaint is that the laundry keeps losing his clothes even though they are labeled with his name.

Staff is amazing and the care is extremely good. I picked this community because it was close to me.

Our loved one is receiving the least expensive care but they have increased the monthly rate from [fee removed] to [fee removed]. I don't believe the cost of this is reflective of the care our loved one receives. However, I would recommend based on other sites I visited prior to our loved ones placement.

A good experience working with your team. From out of town so your recommendations were so helpful. We chose Salanta at the Park. They were very kind to my sister and brother in law. Sadly my sister only lived for about 10 days and brother in law [date removed]. Cleanliness was satisfactory. I was only there a couple of times to get them settled. Friendly helpful staff. With my limited exposure I feel they took good care of my loved ones. My brother in law had dementia so his activities were TV. I was not present for Most of their stay. I'm not knowledgeable about average costs. My sister needed little care due to her short stay. I'm guessing costs were comparable to the market. For our needs and the reassurance that they would have good care, I feel it was a good choice. Sadly We could not be present so had faith they would have good care.

[date removed] ago I toured a number of memory care facilities anticipating the time when my husband might need more care than I could manage at home. From the start, Creekside Memory Care felt like a good fit. [name removed] , the community coordinator, kept in touch with me and when the time came, he was extremely supportive. Unfortunately, my husband was only at Creekside for about two months before he passed away. He was fairly far along in his dementia journey and had several complicating medical issues. The staff worked hard to meet his needs and adjust procedures to his challenges. I felt like my husband was treated with warm, compassionate respect even when he wasn't easy to deal with. Almost all staff heard me if I had a concern or suggestion. Nurses were knowledgeable and other staff including Activities Coordinator and Maintenance staff were really involved in the day to day support of my husband. My husband's needs were many and I appreciated how most CNAs saw him as the human that he was and learned how best to meet his needs. Creekside is a lovely, well-designed facility. It is very clean and well-maintained. The variety of spaces (inside and out) provided changes of scenery.

Make yourself visible & show up for your loved ones! We picked this community because it was; well rated, was close, looked homey & was told the number of caregivers to residents was higher than it actually was. Turns out there is a lot of turnover. Not all caregivers are equal even though they're trained the same way That's been the biggest disappointment. A-lot care , others it's just a job. I will add there is a new executive director on board and things appear to be improving for the better. I'm excited to see where things go as it's noticeable! Based on what I've heard & seen, would not move my loved one yet. There are a lot of places worse. I will continue to be visible & give them the benefit.

It's convenient that Cascade Inn accommodates a broad range of living requirements. My mother began her stay at Cascade Inn in an independent living capacity. Mom was very happy at Cascade Inn as an independent resident. Since then she has transitioned to assisted living, and remains in good spirits. l can not take care of her like I wish I could as I work nights, but I know she is being well cared for. The residents and staff know her by name, and are very friendly to her, (and myself when I come to visit her.) If I had to state one thing that I wish was different it would be entering the facility after business hours as the doors are locked, and require a phone call, and request to open them, but in reality I also appreciate the fact that not just anyone can walk into the building after hours when there are fewer staff members. Cascade Inn also provides an avenue to transition into a Medicaid status if and when it was necessary to do so. Cascade Inn is the full-meal-deal...
