They are a very nice group of people. They really did a great job helping our loved one get through a very difficult time. They are friendly and keep the community very clean. We are very pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone.

My dad is just a day stay but he's comfortable there, he says the staff is very friendly and they're very knoweldgeable and attentive to the people there. They have multiple activities, even though he's not particiapting in a lot the activities director has been giving him little things to do and sometimes he thinks he volunteers there; he's just warming up but he's more than welcome to go to the activities they have and there's no additional fee, but there's lots of things going on. I love that its not a typical day care situation, I can take him whenever I want to take him and they even said if I had an emergency I could even drop him off in the middle of the night, I've been really fortunate. I definitely don't have a problem leaving him there and he's comfortable and asks to go. It's a difficult situation to put your parent in kind of a day care but its made it easier for me, easier for him and its nice to know there's a place he can go.

I appreciate that they are responsive to the residents. If you do have a problem you can talk to the management and they will take care of it. There is a variety of food and the activites are okay but if you have someone that is in a wheelchair it can be difficult. I appreciate the financial part - they help you out with the price and you do recieve everything that you're paying for. I can go home and take vacations and not worry about my great aunt. I'm satsified and I think she's satisfied to - she's calling it home. They have a great security system. If someone calls for here they won't tell them that she's there. They'll call me first. They have two dining rooms, sun rooms, walking trails, a salon, a courtyard area, and two nurses stations.

It is expensive for us, so we haven't been taking her as much, even though she has an income it's a drain on her income, so it kind of puts us in a bind. So right now were okay with it because we aren't taking her everyday, we can tell she enjoys the interaction, even though the first week she was a little upset becuase she thought we were going to lave her there. I would much rather take her to Meadowbrook, I think it's better for her there. She gets down at the house until I come back from work and take her out, at least when she's there she's intereacting with other people. It was one of the closest places to where we live, it was very open and airy, I liked that it didn't have a hospital feel to it, the food there is good, she raves on the food and when she leaves she's happy.

Meadowbrook is family owned and it is brand new. They just opened in February 2013. Because they are family owned they were able to help us with the pricing. We were looking for memory care for our loved one and this was the best we could find in the area. We really enjoy the family atmosphere they provide we are very happy with Meadowbrook and would recommend them to anyone.

Madison House is my first choice of the retirement homes I have seen so far. Very comfortable, residents seemed happier and more engaged than other places. A number of staff have worked many years there. Close to two of mom's doctors.

We had a great first impression, we thought it was beautiful from the moment we walked through the entry way. It has a really pleasant environment to it and the staff are very engaging. Based on our experience we would recommend The Gardens at Laguna Springs to other families.

I am extremely pleased with our experience with Maple Glen. I would recommend you check the community out to see if it would be a good fit for your loved one. The staff communication has been great with the family.

I would recommend the place. I think it's been a good experience. No place is ideal as far as I'm concerned - I'd rather have my loved one at home. But as far as memory care facilities go, I think this is the best of the ones I looked at. First of all, it's strictly memory care, which is what I was looking for. It's a clean and fairly new facility. I did check into the staff, and all of the caregivers are certified, which was important to me. The only concern I have is the food is a little bland, but that's to be expected with institutional food. It seems to be nutritious though, just lacking in seasoning. I think they try the best they can to please the different types of people they work with. The cost for all of these types of places is about the same, but kind of high.

They have been super helpful and just went above and beyond with the whole process of getting her in here and settled. I would absolutely recommend Copper Creek Inn to other families who are looking.

The staff gives you support from start to finish. The communication is great and they relay medical info very well. They are truly caring and have gone above and beyond and have made the transition much easier. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

Highly recommend! After 60 years in MN we moved our father to Idaho. At 92 Dad spent nearly a dozen years in skilled facilities. Consequently our family has learned quite a bit about them. The most important factors are the Administrative Director, charge nurse and activities offered specific to patient needs. Currently [names removed] are managing these departments and consequently we can sleep at night. Since Dad's arrival and after an adjustment period, Dad's spirits and mobillity have greatly improved! He says he loves his room, is grateful to those that take care of him and he is very glad he moved to Idaho!

I did not want to move here give up my big 3car garage ,3 br home on greenbelt, I did not want to feel old,,To my suprise I love it here.so many frienly people and things to do.Food excelent great staff. I consider all the people here my family

Arbor Hills is wonderful Memory Care facility! The staff is extremely passionate about the residents, and seem to go above and beyond, regardless of the situation. The Administration staff is great! The ED Ms. Pryor has impeccable customer service, and is very passionate about senior care. Love this Place!

All of our interactions with the Spring Creek Inn staff has been positive. In a very difficult situation, they have interacted with us with compassion and professionalism. With the recent added stress of isolation, they have gone out of their way to find creative ways to communicate with our family. I would highly recommend Spring Creek Inn to anyone looking for a safe, clean, positive environment for their loved one.

I work in the senior living industry and thought I knew it well. But I learned a valuable lesson from initially making the wrong placement for my husband. He is high-functioning with a suspected Alzheimer's diagnosis, and he was initially in a small memory care program where I thought he would get a lot of personal care. I learned that a larger program like Amber Creek's provides many more people at varying levels of dementia functionality, and this has allowed him more options to connect with others. Also the activity programming is much more robust, supported by a larger population, and Amber Creek excels at planning wonderful activities for their residents. Adding to that, the current staff and administration at Amber Creek is very caring. I would definitely recommend Amber Creek specifically and a larger memory care program generally, especially to anyone who is middle- to high-functioning.

My brother has been living at Springs Ranch for two months now. We are more than pleased with his care and feel the staff has more than met our expectations. They are kind, compassionate, and give the residents the best care they can provide everyday. My brother is happy there!

I've been staying at The Park for the past several days and can't begin to express how wonderful the staff and residents have all been. The beauty of the community is stunning and the exterior areas are amazing! When I am ready to make a move to an independent setting The Park will be my choice.

We are so very happy with the care and support that our father receives at Waverly Inn Memory Care in Arlington Heights. He was one of the first residents to move in last December. Dad has adjusted well and is happy and content in his new community. Everyone there treats him kindly and enjoys interacting with him. He enjoys the activities offered especially the morning exercise class. We are so glad we found this place for him.
