I've been staying at The Park for the past several days and can't begin to express how wonderful the staff and residents have all been. The beauty of the community is stunning and the exterior areas are amazing! When I am ready to make a move to an independent setting The Park will be my choice.

We are so very happy with the care and support that our father receives at Waverly Inn Memory Care in Arlington Heights. He was one of the first residents to move in last December. Dad has adjusted well and is happy and content in his new community. Everyone there treats him kindly and enjoys interacting with him. He enjoys the activities offered especially the morning exercise class. We are so glad we found this place for him.

I feel that staff treats my mom the way they would want someone to treat their parents. Now if they could get the pool open....

I have looked at many places for my mother. We had her in another community and I finally was able to move her to this community. She is comfortable, clean and happy here!! The staff really knows and understands my mother's needs. I can see a big difference in my mom's mood and she is engaged in the activities. She has made friends and moves around the community with ease. I appreciate all that Lakeview has done for her. Thank you to the staff for all you do. I feel the love that the caregivers and staff provide to the residents.

Cascade Inn has done a beautiful renovation in major areas of the facility. Overall very nice staff, very helpful & clean throughout. My Mom has only been there for a couple months but seems quite content after living 30 yrs. in her own home. I would recommend this facility :))

Arbor hills has proven to be a good spot for my beloved mother-in-law. From 24 hr. nursing care, respectful front desk staff, happy caregivers, good laundry service, frequent outings, nice TV/music, landscaping, the inner patio beauty, countless thoughtful elements of appropriate decor for this generation, very attractive furniture, sweet and varied activities, good food, and a very caring staff- we give it an A+ rating. Family owned for several decades, they demonstrate a true commitment to the specific needs of our memory care population. We’ve had experience with several other facilities caring for 2 other family members and this has been the best.

My mom is doing very well since she got into Delaware Plaza. It has been a real value to us for the assistants she is getting and knowing she is doing very good there. She goes on there excursion and enjoys them. I notice a great improvement in her well being since she got there. The staff is helpful with us since she is a Alzheimer patient.

My partner passed away a month ago. She was in hospice care for six months. When we knew it was the end, they moved my partners roommate to another room, made up the bed with fresh sheets, brought in a recliner for me with some snacks and let me stay with her until she passed. We were treated with respect and kindness. I thank the staff at Silver Creek very much. [Name removed]

My recent total positive experience with Arbor Hills(AH)/Plano ended with my mom’s passing (01/2018). She was a resident commencing in March 2017. During her time at AH she was treated with loving care, respect, dignity and always plenty of smiles. I can say the same for myself as I generally visited her three times weekly. I found AH to always be clean and bright. I liked the AH facility footprint including optional rooms i.e., places to go within the facility. Back in February 2017, I found the fixed rate quote provided to me to be competitive and acceptable. From Reception to 24/7 Nursing to Caregivers to Administration to Housekeeping to Maintenance, all those we (mom and my family) encountered were people who, outside of AH, would be wonderful neighbors. But most importantly, they were there at AH for my mom daily, providing her with a genuine human touch.

This building opened just a few months ago but was well worth the wait! A few of my friends have moved into the building and they, along with their families, seem to really love it. The Director of Nursing is phenomenal and definitely runs a tight ship! She keeps my mind at ease.

We toured this community and it was nice and clean. The staff was helpful and answered all of our questions. It was a really big place and I feel like dad would've gotten lost in here. I saw no nurses in there. The rooms were nice. But it was overwhelming for me. Just wasn't a good fit for my dad.

Rather than a specific experience, I am writing to rave about the staff at this facility. I visit a number of times a week and I find interaction between caretaker, nurse and patient to be consistently kind, patient, gentle and caring. When I walk out the door, I know my husband will be cared for and treated well. I am grateful. In particular, I would like to rave about [Removed] not only for doing their job but going far beyond what they "have" to do. When [Removed] is at work, the entire atmosphere of the floor is happier. I know that both [Removed] care for each and every resident as if they were their own family. The Director of Nursing, [Removed], is always available to listen and offer advice. She is an outstanding example of how to treat others the way you would like to be treated. I'm grateful!

The hardest thing we ever had to do was putting our loved one in memory care. From our first drop in visit to the actual move in, we were met with understanding and professionalism. They were so helpful and willing to work with us. My Dad tells me he loves it at the Hampton. He enjoys the live music and several of the activities they offer. He also tells me the food is delicious. I have been impressed by the number of caregivers they have. Dad has been there since January and he still has the same caregivers.

We toured this community. We like the staff and the tour. The community is clean and they offer a nice menu with a good variety of meals. The list of activities would have been good for my father. The community is nice but it did not have a few things that we were needing at the time. We would highly recommend that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

My mom was placed at Northbrook Inn due to her valcility not being opened on schedule in Bloomingdale. This home is identical to Lakeview where mom is a resident now. Everyone including maintenance were more then helpful and kind. My mom was well taken care of. If I had anything negative it would be that mom said she would like to have more of a choice of food selection.

Thank you, Creekside Inn staff! We have been very blessed by the way you all have cared for our mother. Even from the first interview, we knew this was a quality care facility that REALLY did care. Although dementia-care people can be very difficult at times, the staff are gifted at and well trained in how to nurture and love the residents. Another thing we want to commend Creekside staff on is their cleanliness. Creekside doesn't have that bad smell that is so prevalent in many other nursing homes; and it is decorated elegantly, which our mother loves. We did have a little trouble with communication for awhile, but much of that was due to a problem that has been successfully corrected. And we thought the cost was high until we looked around at other places that don't even keep their facility as clean and nice as Creekside. We'd like to thank [removed],who pours her heart and soul into providing good care and keeping everything running smoothly, and to all the staff who follow her example. Keep it up you guys! We rest in knowing our mom is getting such good care.

The Silver Creek Inn Memory Care was a very nice community, but it was huge. We were looking for something with more individual care and space. It was all one building. The management here was also dynamite, they gave me good information.

My husband attended Silver Creek for Adult Day Care and respite. The staff was super awesome! I really liked the care he received here. However, my husband did not like this community because of the residents. There was one resident that would yell constantly and he felt it was too much. I was unhappy to tell the staff at Silver creek he would not be staying here for long-term care but I wanted to respect his wishes.

My father was recently placed in Sterling commons. The process was quick, easy and highly efficient. The staff welcomed him with open arms and [Removed], the director of community relations was the best. She was helpful, kind and truly amazing. My father enjoys the meals and he seems to be so much happier. The atmosphere is truly wonderful. I am so happy that we were able to find a care facility where the people really seem to actually care, not to mention the cleanliness of the home. A+.
