Fabulous! New Great Staff! Hard to find any place that handles diabetes and they do, Love this place!

My Mom was at copper Creek for over two years and I could not have asked for a better place for her to spend the last two years of her life. The staff, nurses and kitchen staff were all so caring for everyone there.

Very nice facility. Focus is on memory care. Have a follow-up visit to determine if Grant qualifies for veteran's financial assistance.

It's very clean and the staff is very friendly. They are very good about getting her up and out of her room, making sure she goes down to eat. They are very attentive, and the staff has even come to visit her. The food is good. I liked that she didn't have a kitchen in her room, so she couldn't try to cook or keep so much to herself. I liked that they would be able to recognize when she starts needing more care, but still she can feel like she had some independence.

We're very pleased with how things have gone at Park Wood Assisted Living, I'd give them top marks across the board. It's a nice looking, clean facility, and the people here have been fantastic. We'd definitely recommend them to others looking into senior living in the area.

My experience at Park Wood has been wonderful. The staff is experienced, kind and well trained. I love the all day dining and the food is exceptional. Lot's of things going on everyday with activities.

We toured this community when we were looking into memory care options for our loved one. This is only based on what I saw during my brief tour of the community, but overall I thought the place looked very good! It was clean, the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional, and the care they provided looked good. It is worth taking a look at if you are looking into care for a loved one.

It’s just a wonderful place! I’d give the staff a five plus. The staff is extremely well trained in dementia and memory care. The environment is lovely. The rooms are very nice. The staff seems to really enjoy working there. They have very little turn over!

They’re awesome. They’re strictly memory care and diabetic care. It was home – just a good place. There’s plenty of parking for visitors. The food there is awesome! I don’t where they got the chef from, but he was awesome. I saw some of the residents who were picky eats – Chef would go back in and make them something else to eat – he didn’t complain or anything. Just a really nice place.

The staff were all very friendly, and the facility itself was clean and well kept. It is definitely worth a look if you are looking into memory care.

I've been very impressed with the service provided by Meadowbrook so far. I've seen a few communities in my area and this was the best that I saw, it is a very nice place! The staff are all very friendly and professional, and they've been providing great care for my loved one. I was also impressed by their dining service, they've got several dining rooms and the food always looks delicious!

I thought it was very clean and very nicely done. They are enjoying the food. They seem to happy with the value, and the pricing. They liked the food arrangement here, and they liked the overall environment. As of yet there isn't really anything that needs to be improved or done better that I have seen.

It’s just a very nice place, just like I rated it. It’s very clean. The staff is very friendly. I think it’s a great value. The care services and the activities are excellent. Our mom is happy as can be. We are about to have lunch today and I trust that it will be excellent.

It's just a beautiful facility inside and out. They were extremely clean, and very friendly people. My only complaint was that there was someone we were supposed to meet and she never showed up. When we did meet, she was friendly and professional, and she gave us a tour. Meadowbrook was a little more expensive than where we ended up. We ended up going somewhere that has a little more one on one care, but this is a backup for sure if that doesn't work out.

My father moved into the hamptons at salmon creek in 2014. As a daughter I was very concern about leaving him alone in the care of strangers . I was worried about him being neglected and lonely. You can rest assured that your family member is getting nothing but the best care there. they truly care about the residents well being and always have time to keep the family updated on their progress. the place is beautiful, clean,modern. the staff's are friendly , warm and kind. also the food is delicious. I can sleep well at night knowing my father is well taken care of and is in loving hands.

I cannot say enough about the people involved with memory care facilities! The agonizing emotions that you go through making decisions for your loved one is one of the toughest things in life. After many months of looking and learning about Memory Care facilities The Hamptons at Salmon Creek was by far the BEST! Letting go of that 24/7 care for Dad has been a challenge for myself but when I step back and take a deep breathe, it’s calming to know he’s being taken care of by all the dedicated people at The Hampton’s at Salmon Creek. And best of all ….. Dad loves it! He has his moments of not understanding but that is to be expected from anyone. The love and care they show him brightens his day ….everyday!

No memory care

It has been wonderful, it's nice knowing someone checks her every hour. They are very accommodating. If I am worried about something somebody is right there to take care of it. If there is ever a question or concern they take care of it right away. The meals seem adequate and nutritious.

From the moment I stepped into the facility I was impressed. The beautiful decor makes for a homey, non institutional feel. Everything was immaculate. The residents were all dressed in outfits that matched and when they spill they take them to change. Their hair was combed and neat. The attention to detail in keeping the person's dignity was exceptional. The staff paid close attention to the needs of the residents. Even the residents that were persistently calling out were acknowledged. I did not see anyone ignored because of their behaviors. In fact the staff seems to be very nurturing and loving toward each resident which really impressed me. They seem to be at there job because they really like what they do. The thought that went into the layout of the facility was impressive. It allows for a central hub with legs extending from there which allowed for more visibility and a congregating place for the residents that want to be where the "action" is. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. There are chairs and seating everywhere. There is plenty of space for walks inside and out. There are several "community" rooms for movie/TV watching, reading, visiting, activities, etc. All quite cozy. The residents have plenty of activities to keep them busy each day and do not spend much time in their rooms. They have a shuttle type bus for outside activities and drives. The facility is extremely safety conscious and secure. My mother's physical condition had already improved just within 4 days because she was encouraged to get up and move around. While she is unable to speak, her visual ques and body language indicated to me that she too was liking her new home. All reports have continued to be positive about her care and stay. She has been there for about 3 weeks now. I am very happy so far with Canyon Creek. They have been beyond my expectations.
