We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. The gentleman who showed us around was very nice, and we were impressed with the facility overall. It is a beautiful, clean place, and the people seemed well taken care of. We were also pleased to see that they do accept pets.

I wish to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the kindness and wonderful care provided by you and your staff during my wife, Charlotte's, stay at Sterling Commons. You cheered and encouraged me with your wonderful smiles and hugs each time I visited Charlotte and did all you could to make her comfortable. You and your staff provided a wonderful service in the care of those in need. I wish all of you continuing success and once again thank you for the difficult services you provided in our community. You both helped me get through on of the hardest times in my life, and for this I offer my most sincere thanks.

Dad is now staying at The Hampton & Ashley Inn after staying with me and me taking direct care of him for years. I don't know that they are as meticulous in caring for every detail as I was, but they do a good job. Dad is very happy there. Every time I go there he is involved in the activities and having a good time. The food is really good as well. The director is terrific!

We're very happy with how things have gone with Cascade Inn! The staff are all very friendly, and the facility itself is clean and well kept. They've provided everything my loved one has needed! It is a big weight off of my mind knowing that she is somewhere that she feels safe and secure.

I toured every Memory Care in the High Desert searching for my mother. I found Sterling Commons to be the best place for my mother. I am impressed with their concern and care for not only my mother, but myself and what we are going through as a family. It is a beautiful caring facility and our family hopes to place my mother there when the time comes.

I would like to thank Sterling Commons for the excellent care my Mother, Dolores, received for 14 months while she was at Sterling Commons. The entire staff, receptionist to the newest hire was respectful, compassionate and loving toward her always. Te staff is well-trained and courteous. I believe that emanates from their leader, Debbie Staggs, an exceptional person and a great leader. <br />Thanks again for providing such good service at an affordable price.

We loved it! I think it would have been better than where we are, but it was just too expensive. Annette was awesome, and just so supportive for us. She was just the best person I talked to. I would recommend it for anyone who can afford it.

Our loved one has been here for a little over a month and everything is going quite well. It's clean and the staff is friendly. I don't have any concerns or complaints so far. She seems to be happy and doing well.

I really like this facility. I use them for day care & respite. I feel confident that my mom will be safe & taken care of. Not cheap but nice, clean & caring people. Will consider full time move when needed. Only drawback is the cost.

Debbie Staggs (Executive Director) is proactive with resident care. She ensured my father was involved and stimulated mentally. Debra Nealin (Community Relations) is the primary reason we selected Sterling for our father. The staff (Juan, Seven, Elaine) really seem to care about our father. The management staff are caring and proactive in their planned care.

We were lucky to find Canyon Creek for my mother, who passed away last March. The entire staff felt like extended family. They were attentive and patient with all of us. I highly recommend Canyon Creek Memory Care.

This is a letter of heartfelt thanks to the staff of Sterling Commons. My husband, Bill, was under their care for six months while he struggled with Alzheimer's. During his final week they allowed our daughter and me to be with him day or night for as long as we felt the need to be there. Every staff member, on every shift, was sensitive to any of our needs and their compassion was beyond belief. When Bill passed, each staff member came in to say goodbye, and were there for us until all was finished. Sterling Commons is a clean, well-run facility and I am so thankful for their excellent care and concern from the day of his chick-in until he took his final breath.

My Mom was at copper Creek for over two years and I could not have asked for a better place for her to spend the last two years of her life. The staff, nurses and kitchen staff were all so caring for everyone there.

Very nice facility. Focus is on memory care. Have a follow-up visit to determine if Grant qualifies for veteran's financial assistance.

It's very clean and the staff is very friendly. They are very good about getting her up and out of her room, making sure she goes down to eat. They are very attentive, and the staff has even come to visit her. The food is good. I liked that she didn't have a kitchen in her room, so she couldn't try to cook or keep so much to herself. I liked that they would be able to recognize when she starts needing more care, but still she can feel like she had some independence.

We're very pleased with how things have gone at Park Wood Assisted Living, I'd give them top marks across the board. It's a nice looking, clean facility, and the people here have been fantastic. We'd definitely recommend them to others looking into senior living in the area.

My experience at Park Wood has been wonderful. The staff is experienced, kind and well trained. I love the all day dining and the food is exceptional. Lot's of things going on everyday with activities.

We toured this community when we were looking into memory care options for our loved one. This is only based on what I saw during my brief tour of the community, but overall I thought the place looked very good! It was clean, the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional, and the care they provided looked good. It is worth taking a look at if you are looking into care for a loved one.

It’s just a wonderful place! I’d give the staff a five plus. The staff is extremely well trained in dementia and memory care. The environment is lovely. The rooms are very nice. The staff seems to really enjoy working there. They have very little turn over!
