Everything is going really well for my mother since her move into Meadowbrook Memory Care. I am very happy with our choice to move her here. Things are going very well for her, the staff has done a great job with helping her with everything. She has started walking for the first time in 5 years since starting physical therapy at the community. She has made new friends with the other residents. Myself and mom both love the food, it is very good. Overall a great community that I would recommend.

Amber Creek Inn is a brand new community. It's very clean, and the staff is excellent. My wife and I are on a first name basis with the staff. Everybody has been kind and caring. I would recommend this community. My wife participates in various activities and exercises. The food is about a four rating, it's not always the greatest, but that's understandable.

A cut above... Very welcoming, helpful, caring, involved. Amazing staff, promptly respond to questions. Most importantly grandma loves it... Definitely recommend for care of your loved one

My grandmother is doing great at The Hampton at Salmon Creek Memory Care. We are really happy with her move here they have been amazing with helping her adjust to the move and the new community. The facility it self looks great it is very clean and has no foul smells around there I've never had a problem with that. The staff is very helpful and kind they really made the transition smooth for us. My grandmother has gone some outing with the residents and goes down daily to participate in the activities. They really made her feel like she was moving into home not just a community and that is really nice. I would recommend them to family and friends.

The care they give is exceptional. I'm so happy that my husband is getting the care he needs with the affection from the staff at Sterling Commons. They are very helpful and show a lot of compassion for the people they are caring for. They are very helpful with the family as well. My husband could not be in a better place. I want to Thank the staff for being so caring and thoughtful.

Moved Dad to park Wood and it's been a great experience. He's made lots of friends and enjoys doing the puzzles with them as well as playing pool. He really enjoys the food as well. As long as he's happy I'm happy.

This became our dad's home on 12/29/2015. We believe he is getting the attention and care he deserves. He has been our caregiver for many years and now it is his time to be cared for and we feel like we picked the best choice to do this. He seems to really like it at Canyon Creek and they adore him. My sister and I are relieved because this was the most difficult decision for us to place him in a home. He had always been so independent. We know he is getting the best care possible.

My father spent his last year of life battling Alzheimer's at Silver Creek Inn Memory Care. The caregivers, nurses and entire staff took great care of him making sure he was clean, fed, and comfortable. They all (including the cooks and the housekeeping staff) showed great compassion and interest in him and in all of the residents. Their attention during his final days was both overwhelming and appreciated. I highly recommend this Memory Care facility for anyone's loved one.

Things are going fantastic. Oh no, I do not have any complaints at all with the staff or the facility so far. Things are going really well. Overall, we are having a good experience with Cascade Inn.

The care was excellent as was the staff. Mom is just not quite there yet and so we moved her to another home, but for anyone who is experiencing a parent in deep Dementia or Alzheimer's, place them there!

My mother was a resident at the Sterling Inn for almost 4 years. After touring assisted living facilities, we chose the Sterling Inn based on their excellent reputation in the community, recommendations of friends and knowing all levels of my mother's increasing care would be accommodated without having to move her again to another facility. The cleanliness, delicious meals, warmth and ambiance truly make it feel like home. From Day 1, the entire staff was professional and guided my husband and I through the challenges of understanding dementia. My mother passed away in the comfort of her home, the Sterling Inn on November 5, 2015. The love, compassion and tender, loving care given to her in those final months are etched in my heart.

It's a beautiful place. She seems vey content.

I looked at a lot of places. I knew I wanted a small facility and wanted my mom to be able to be able to keep cats. They maintain the property very well. My mom requires a lot of attention than what they are used to. She is needing getting to the restroom and moving around. This facility is assisted living. They have 1 nurse and 1 caregiver on the floor. My mom requires a bit of attention.

It's been wonderful. The people are really friendly. They do the best with the food that they can, it's not too bad. This was a good fit for us, I would say they are a five.

My aunt was a resident of Parkwood for 16 months before passing recently. She absolutely loved it at Parkwood. The caregivers, dining staff, social staff and business staff were excellent. The staff is engaging and caring. Because of my aunt's medical condition extra care was required, and they treated her as the lady she was, being attentive to her medical and personal needs. I would like to call out several exceptional staff people. Edwina Best is just a delight to work with (Business Office). Kayla is a fun and energetic Activities Director. Caregivers Monica, Stephanie, Jennifer, Dietra and Diane were my aunt's favorites. And, of course, Bill keeps the place hopping with his humor and maintenance skills. Also, the nurses and pharmacy techs were always keeping us abreast of my aunt's medical status. The open concept of this facility makes the it look spacious. The food is excellent with lots of variety. It is easy to find individual instances where things aren't perfect, but we were regular visitors to see my aunt so we saw the operations at least five times a week for the past 16 months and their overall performance is excellent.

So far it's going great! It looks homey, and the people there really care. When I have questions, if the person doesn't know, they find someone who does. The food looks pretty good from what I have seen. I'm pretty happy with it so far.

We were so happy to find Copper Creek for respite care. Mom seemed to be well cared for. I don't think there were too many activities going on, but she was only there 3.5 days. We would use them again.

When I was looking for a place for my mom in Washington state the prices where way to high, and there was no way me or mom put together could pay for it, so I started searching for other options, maybe a different state might work, and it did! I found in Coeur D' Alene ID, the Creekside Inn, My mom has dementia, and I needed a safe place for mom and this place was my choice, It was a very good choice, the price was perfect, the building is in one of the most perfect places for her there, and it is in one of the most perfect place to live in, excellent service, excellent staff and excellent prices, way lower than Washington State, plus the activities are excellent too.. Im very pleased to have my mom there.

Our experience with Park Woo Assisted Living has been a good one, overall! The facility is clean and well kept, and the staff have all been very friendly and cooperative. I would give them top marks across the board!

My father is in your facility and is very happy there. response for help of any kind is quick and efficient. Clean facilities, wonderful attitudes, well attired staff.
