I looked at a lot of places. I knew I wanted a small facility and wanted my mom to be able to be able to keep cats. They maintain the property very well. My mom requires a lot of attention than what they are used to. She is needing getting to the restroom and moving around. This facility is assisted living. They have 1 nurse and 1 caregiver on the floor. My mom requires a bit of attention.

It's been wonderful. The people are really friendly. They do the best with the food that they can, it's not too bad. This was a good fit for us, I would say they are a five.

My aunt was a resident of Parkwood for 16 months before passing recently. She absolutely loved it at Parkwood. The caregivers, dining staff, social staff and business staff were excellent. The staff is engaging and caring. Because of my aunt's medical condition extra care was required, and they treated her as the lady she was, being attentive to her medical and personal needs. I would like to call out several exceptional staff people. Edwina Best is just a delight to work with (Business Office). Kayla is a fun and energetic Activities Director. Caregivers Monica, Stephanie, Jennifer, Dietra and Diane were my aunt's favorites. And, of course, Bill keeps the place hopping with his humor and maintenance skills. Also, the nurses and pharmacy techs were always keeping us abreast of my aunt's medical status. The open concept of this facility makes the it look spacious. The food is excellent with lots of variety. It is easy to find individual instances where things aren't perfect, but we were regular visitors to see my aunt so we saw the operations at least five times a week for the past 16 months and their overall performance is excellent.

So far it's going great! It looks homey, and the people there really care. When I have questions, if the person doesn't know, they find someone who does. The food looks pretty good from what I have seen. I'm pretty happy with it so far.

We were so happy to find Copper Creek for respite care. Mom seemed to be well cared for. I don't think there were too many activities going on, but she was only there 3.5 days. We would use them again.

When I was looking for a place for my mom in Washington state the prices where way to high, and there was no way me or mom put together could pay for it, so I started searching for other options, maybe a different state might work, and it did! I found in Coeur D' Alene ID, the Creekside Inn, My mom has dementia, and I needed a safe place for mom and this place was my choice, It was a very good choice, the price was perfect, the building is in one of the most perfect places for her there, and it is in one of the most perfect place to live in, excellent service, excellent staff and excellent prices, way lower than Washington State, plus the activities are excellent too.. Im very pleased to have my mom there.

Our experience with Park Woo Assisted Living has been a good one, overall! The facility is clean and well kept, and the staff have all been very friendly and cooperative. I would give them top marks across the board!

My father is in your facility and is very happy there. response for help of any kind is quick and efficient. Clean facilities, wonderful attitudes, well attired staff.

My father has been living at Sterling Commons since May 2015. It's a wonderful place! It's very clean and homey, comfortable and welcoming. But the very best of Sterling Commons is the staff. Everyone there is caring, efficient, and professional at every level. Even the housekeeping staff know the residents and interact with them. I've seen staff members stopping in their path just to talk to or hug one of the residents. Also, they have such patience with all of the residents, which I know can be difficult with someone who has memory issues, and in my father's case, hearing issues as well. They are available at any time for phone calls, and are prompt and thorough in their responses. There's a nurse on duty 24 hours, which is very reassuring. My family and I have had such peace of mind since my dad went to live there. We know that Dad is being taken care of in the best possible way, and that Sterling Commons is the best place for him.

The staff is very accomdating and helpful. This community is very clean and provide a continuum of care in a professional manner.

They are excellent at Copper Creek inn. The staff are really good here. We are very happy with them. It has been a wonderful experience at this facility. We are really pleased. The facility is very clean and the staff are quite friendly.

My mom has been at Sterling Inn for seven years. The reason I choose Sterling Inn is because I would not have to move mom any more. She just lost dad and she was very lonely. At first she kept busy with the activities. Then as the years went by she developed dementia and Parkinson's. She is under full care now and very good care. The girls and nurses and staff take very good care of her. I go see her at lease two to three times a week. I can go away for a few days and I do not worry about her. They take her to the dinning room for her meals and sit her in some activities. She also still gets her hair done every week and once a month her nails and toes. So she is not in the room all the time. She is 90 years old now. I am very pleased with Sterling Inn.

I moved my Mom to Silver Creek Inn 2 weeks ago and I am very pleased. I feel that this move has resulted in a more dynamic lifestyle for her. She has more activities to participate in and more assistance when need. The facility is extremely clean and I have been very impressed with the quality and number of staff members. I also feel that having nurses on duty 24 hours a day has been a big benefit for her. I feel her quality of life has improved so much, I should have made the move sooner.

I just watched the staff with all the people that are in there and they are really good care givers to all the residents. They also treat my mother really nice, which is what is important, so that is good.

Well, I think the food could be a little bit hotter, but I think they are working on fixing that. Other than that, I am glad both me and my husband are here at Cascade Inn. My husband is also glad we are both here too.

Park Wood Assisted Living mom has made friends at Park Wood Assisted Living. Everyone is so good to mom. She is well taken care of. The staff get her to her doctor appointments and other places she needs to go. The food is excellent. A lot of the activity outings are not handicap friendly. Mom will choose not to go because of this. So I would like to see that improved.

At The Hampton at Salmon Creek Memory care they are very professional and always eager to help. We are very confident to leave mom in there care. We have truly been blown away with this entire facility. I am really happy with the amount of activities that are provided all day long. I highly recommend this place.

I think they could improve a little bit on the caretakers. For the amount, it seems the workload has been pretty heavy for the ladies. They seem to manage, but it seems they would be more responsive if they had a little more help.

Knowing that our mother is lovingly & safely cared for at Spring Creek Inn has been a huge "weight off our shoulders". The staff is very understanding and patient of the needs, challenges, & concerns specific to dementia. We are truly grateful for this community.

They were more than accommodating. They made the process very simple. They made it very easy for me to get my loved one in there. The Silver Creek Inn Memory Care is a nice place. The cleanliness, friendliness, value, care services, and activities are all excellent. I would recommend this community to anyone. It has been a really good experience. Everyone has been great and easy to work with. I'm really pleased.
