My loved one has moved into this community and we are happy with the care. He enjoys the meals here and has made some friends during mealtimes. This community has activities and outings available but it is not my loved one's thing.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable. All of my questions and concerns were answered. The community was clean and organized. Some activities they offered were art classes, cooking classes, and brain fitness. They have different available meal plans to best fit the needs of the residents. I would recommend a tour of the community to friends and family.

From top to bottom, every single member of the Amber Creek staff always seems to go above and beyond when taking care of not only the residents but the family members as well. They are always caring, courteous and beyond loving. I will always recommend this community to anyone who is looking to place their loved one in a memory care community.

During my tour of Meadowbrook Memory Care i got to see the whole community. The rooms, dinning room, and activity room. Everything was very nicely organized. The activities were on site and offsite. They are also a pet friendly place. I thought everyone was great and would recommend the community to families.

This is a nice community for my father. The staff is taking excellent care of him. He is pleased with the food and the variety of meals. Activities are offered to those who want to participate. I would recommend this to other families for great care.

Sterling Inn is not only the most beautiful asissted living facility I have ever seen, but it has the most wonderful staff. My mother was there for a short time before her death, but it was a wonderful time in her life. The staff is extraordinary. They really care for the people who are living there. The nursing is wonderful, if you require it. And it is just a beautiful place. You should have no hesitation to have your elderly mother/father live there. The food is very good, the dining room is beautiful with fresh flowers on every table, and there is a grand piano in the middle of the room. I would never hesitate to have a relative move there.

Our aunt has been in care at CedarBrook for 12 months. Our family has been very pleased with the excellent standard of care for her. We nieces and nephews are her children and we feel very grateful for the high level of care, beautiful and warm surroundings, cleanliness and the feel of home of this beautiful facility. We are especially grateful for the loving, caring staff who go out of their way to make sure our aunt is safe, well cared for and to the degree that she is able to understand now is happy in this environment. As family members some live in Fresno/Clovis and some of us hundreds of miles away...we can call in and speak to staff who immediately know who we are, answer our questions and have always communicated with us as part of the team who cares for our dear aunt. Thank you so much...you are all appreciated.

My mother is very happy here at this community. The staff is excellent and the therapy is wonderful. they offer her activities to keep her active. A variety of good meals to choose from. I would recommend this for others seeking great care for a loved one.

My husband has been in Silver Creek for about 3 weeks. He has great care. We are all adjusting to his changing needs. The staff are always asking how we are doing we give each other updates on what is going on with him and they are always willing to listen. Everyone is greeted and made to feel welcome. I went to the support meeting they have there and got just what I needed "support". Everything is confidential. No talking out of that room about what is said. So glad we chose this please for his care.

I toured this community for my father in law and everything went very well. This community looks amazing. They have nice big windows that lets in the sun light. The dining area looks outstanding, very formal. The lady who gave us the tour was very kind and informative. She answered all our questions. Overall this is an outstanding community.

Great place! Everyone is very welcoming, very clean, good food too. Excellent care by the staff with the whole transition.

Everyone has been very helpful. Her room is kept clean. She enjoys the view from her room to the courtyard. She has become more verbal since she moved in.

I literally watched this facility being built so that I could move my husband into it. It has been worth the wait. He has been thriving there. The spaciousness of the hallways and the rooms lends itself to a sense of privacy and security . The activities are very immersive for the residents who wish to participate. My husband is a loner and enjoys finding areas where he can quietly sit and nap. I have found the caregivers to be attentive and efficient. They have become friends of mine. I would definitely recommend this place for those whose loved one needs memory care in a caring environment.

I and my family would like to thank Debra, Debbie, Patty, and all the caring caregivers for the outstanding care our Dad received at your facility. As you are aware, we had him transferred from another care facility, due to lack of quality of care, lack of concern by management and caregivers. Because of this experience, we were apprehensive as to the quality of care he would receive at Sterling's. Our apprehension was so laid to rest. The concerns for our Dad's well-being - from management, caregivers, to all personnel we encountered at Sterling's - were outstandingly met. We felt we were not alone in our Dad's progression of Dementia. We had an extended family seeing to our Dad's welfare, and concern of the family's well-being. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful, and always pleasant to the family. Even though our Dad, at times, displayed anger at those who were caring for him they understood it was not directed at them, but could find humor in the situation.. As our Dad neared the end of his life, everyone at Sterling's was kind and supportive. The fresh coffee and breakfast rolls for those of the family who spent the night or were in early to be with Dad were greatly appreciated. Someone would check in and see if we needed water, food, and many times it was a much needed hug and "we will be nearby if you need anything." We, as a family, can only thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts for the gentleness, soft words of kindness, and the respect for the family and for our Dad that was ever present as our Dad's life ended. My family and myself send their deepest gratitude to all who were involved in caring for my Dad, Harry [removed].

My mother in law is doing fabulous. This is a lovely community, they are caring for my mother very well. Everybody have been very kind and welcoming. It is a very well-kept facility, my mother in law room is nice and clean when I visit. The staff is wonderful. She is trying all the activities, they offer many. The food is good, she is pleased with it. I know she is in good hands and I would recommend this facility.

This is a new community and so far it is great, I could not be happier. My mom is still settling in so she does not really participate in many of the activities offered. I have not had a chance to try the food so I cannot speak to that. The community is clean and has nice grounds.

Amazing place - clean, lovely facility, with lots to offer, near my work and easy for Dad to drive to.

We are overall very pleased with this community. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is really good. There are plenty of activities for the residents. We are very please with how clean they keep the community. Every one is open to our feedback and listening to our suggestions and Ideas. We love it.

My wife is doing better than expected at this community. She has adjusted very well to it, and I'am very pleased. They do a very good job of keeping everything nice and clean. The staff is great, they are very attentive and helpful. She is trying some activities and she likes the food. Overall they are caring for her very well and I would highly recommend this community.

My Mother just loves it at Cascade Inn from the food to the friendless of the residents. She did have a problem with a unfriendly nurse. My Dad is in rehab right now and when join her soon. We are confident he will like it also.
