My father was a resident at Sterling Commons from April 2016 until his peaceful passing in December of 2016. The staff were so caring and compassionate! They customized his care to his ever changing condition. I visited as often as possible and was so very impressed with the excellent care and calm, kind approach each staff member displayed toward their residents. My father enjoyed the musical presentations so very much! I feel so blessed to have found such a great facility!

I needed to find memory care for my husband in a hurry. At that time, there were not many openings in the Vancouver area. The Director and the Director of Nursing at the Hampton gave up personal time in order to find a room for him and have him admitted. They not only came to his rescue, but to mine as well. The care he received at the Hampton Inn was superior. Every effort was made to see he settled in and was comfortable and safe. He spent a short time at the Hampton and as soon as appropriate, was moved upstairs to the Ashley Inn. The care continues to be excellent. The caregivers and the nurses are attentive, caring and treat everyone with respect and warmth. The atmosphere is homelike; everything is clean and cheerful. I am very thankful to everyone who gives so much at the Hampton and Ashley Inn.

The assisted living portion (Ashley Inn) was a perfect fit for my mother when it became clear that she could no longer live alone or drive. It gave her a lovely place to read her novels and receive friends and family. Being a very private and independent person, I wasn't sure how she would do in an assisted living environment, but thanks to the warm and caring staff ( who only "assisted as needed"), she absolutely thrived! Her Alzheimer's has now progressed to the point that for her safety and increasing care needs, she needed to move downstairs to the Hampton Memory Care Facility. Through all of this I have been so impressed with the staff and administration! They were amazingly patient, reassuring and responsive as she went through a phase of confusion, agitation and delusions. Thankfully this was relatively short-lived. I have never regretted the decision to entrust my mother's care and well-being to the Ashley/Hampton Community and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others seeking high quality care for their loved one.

My Mother has been in the Hampton for about 9 months, with some health issues along the way, along with dementia.She has progressed well and I thank the staff and management for the care and attention they give my Mother every day.They do not hesitate to call me when anything comes up,and that is a comfort to me. The facility itself in my opinion is very clean in all areas,fresh smelling and arranged nicely.The management is very willing to talk to family members at any time and keep informed on the residents individually, also review the care needs of the residents, which in my Mothers case lead to a decrease in monthly fees as she got better and required less care. My mother chose Ashley Inn after a weekend of respite care. She will be there 3 years in April. We are both happy with her stay here. Everything is kept nice and clean, but it is the people who care for her that makes it special. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and they really care for the residents. It made things easy for me that she wanted to be here, even though it was a big change for her. Amy was a great help in getting mom VA benefits that we did not know about. Also, Hampton Inn paid the application fee for VA benefits. All in all, I think we chose well and hope everything continues god for mom.

My father has lived at The Ashley Inn for a little over six months. Both caregivers and management have made a real effort to find my father's preferences and needs. I appreciate the respect he has been shown. Every effort is made to make sure that his freedom of movement and action is not restricted, unless required for the sake of his health or safety. Services are not provided unless they are needed. The facility is run for the clients, not for the convenience of the staff. The pricing for care is based on overall requirements, rather than enumerating everything. Requirements change over time, and are re-evaluated to reflect resources required. The pharmacy used by The Ashley provides medication in pre-measured doses ("blister packs") to reduce the chance of incorrect medication. The price seems reasonable, compared to other pharmacies who do not provide this level of service. The staff is very consistent in administering medication.

Our Mother came here in June 2015. Each and every resident greeted us, and as well as the staff. They made her feel at home. This is a beautiful facility and had so many fun activities for the residents. The nursing staff cares greatly for the residents, and they are the best. We can not say enough about Sterling Inn. We are very pleased with all of it. The Admin staff works with each and every resident and family to meet the residents need. The atmosphere, cheery staff, beautiful decor,just adds to make it comfortable. It is clean, smells fresh and homey.

My dad has early onset Alzheimers and has been at The Gardens for almost a year. At first he went during the day while I worked and he just loved it so much he moved in! They are truly the best. It is clean, staff is very friendly and they really do love their residents. I can't even imagine where we would be without them. He is at the point now where he doesn't even want to come home with me! He feels safe and secure there and that just means the world to me. Thank You so much.

We used this community for their respite stay experience. Everything went very well for him during that time, and we were pleased with all they did for us. It is nice community with caring people. They have a good staff, and they are great at what they do. We liked this community, and they even invited my father back to continue trying the activities they have available. We will take them up on that offer, because this is a very nice community.

We are very happy with the care that my mother in law is getting here. The staff is very caring and respectful. The community is clean and she is happy here. They do have activities for her to join and stay active. We like knowing that she is in excellent care and would recommend this care here to other families.

This place is beautiful and the people that work in it are so kind and loving. I enjoy going to visit my Grandma now and feel like I have a better understanding of what she is living with. I have learned so much about Alzheimer's from the staff. They are knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain things to me. My grandma always looks neat and clean whenever I visit. I enjoy eating with her and participating in the activity they have going on. The courtyard is beautiful and a nice place to sit with her. I highly recommend Amber Creek and am so thankful that my Grandma lives here.

The staff at Amber Creek is by far the BEST I have ever seen in a care facility. I have had my husband in several places and could not be happier with the high quality of care he has received at Amber Creek. The food is excellent and I enjoy eating with him at dinner every evening. The nurses are competent and caring and do an excellent job giving him his medications, he is not always easy with this task! From the administration to the cooks in the kitchen everyone is always kind to me and my husband. Choosing a place for my husband was a difficult decision and I am thankful for this wonderful place filled with wonderful people! For the first time in years I feel like I can trust that my husband is safe and well cared for.

AMAZING!!! It took me quite a while to finally make my choice on where to place my mother and I am beyond blessed that I chose Amber Creek! From the very moment my mother stepped in the door we were greeted with genuine smiles and care for my mothers well-being. I naturally come to visit everyday and almost all day on the weekends and love to be able to people watch. Watching the staff perfect their duties is truly an inspiration. I never really thought about how hard their job could be but they all do it with a smile and are always willing to take the time out of their day to help not only my mother but myself as well with whatever we may need. The office management is far superior to any I've ever seen in action before. When ever I have questions about my mother, billing, or anything that may cross my mind; the management staff is always there for me. If you're looking for a community where you won't have to worry 24/7 about your loved one than this is the place. I know without a doubt that my mother is in the BEST hands possible.

The memory care service they provide at this community is outstanding. They work everyday one on one with my loved one to help improve her memory. They have amazing activities and techniques they offer to the residents to make sure they are staying busy and constantly improving their skills. I could not be more satisfied and would highly recommend this place.

I could not have asked for a better community for my loved one. They are truly state of the art with the knowledge that they have with memory care patients. The staff have all been so patient and have provided the best care possible to my loved one. I would highly recommend Cedarbrook to to any families.

We are very happy with the care that is given here. The staff is wonderful and caring. The activities are great and help alot. This community is highly recommend for great care.

My loved one has moved into this community and we are happy with the care. He enjoys the meals here and has made some friends during mealtimes. This community has activities and outings available but it is not my loved one's thing.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable. All of my questions and concerns were answered. The community was clean and organized. Some activities they offered were art classes, cooking classes, and brain fitness. They have different available meal plans to best fit the needs of the residents. I would recommend a tour of the community to friends and family.

From top to bottom, every single member of the Amber Creek staff always seems to go above and beyond when taking care of not only the residents but the family members as well. They are always caring, courteous and beyond loving. I will always recommend this community to anyone who is looking to place their loved one in a memory care community.

During my tour of Meadowbrook Memory Care i got to see the whole community. The rooms, dinning room, and activity room. Everything was very nicely organized. The activities were on site and offsite. They are also a pet friendly place. I thought everyone was great and would recommend the community to families.
