Solana at the Park provided excellent respite care for my father. My brother and I were very impressed with Solana. Solana offers all inclusive luxury living with outstanding medical services. It was lovely to share meals together when I visited. In fact, on our tour, [name removed] treated us to lunch and a haircut for my father. He had left his glasses in the barber shop and one of the staff brought them back to him. She had even taken the time to clean his glasses. Thirty days came and went with no issues. He was well taken care of. They kept him safe and helped him recover, so he could go home. I would highly recommend Solana at the Park.

Top-notch facility and staff. The food and accommodations are excellent. We highly recommend this community.

My Mom has been at Madison House for almost 3 yrs. She wishes she had come sooner. She truly loves the amazing and interesting residents that she has come to know. Once after being in the hospital and rehab for over 2 months she couldn’t wait to return “home” to MH. During this virus quarantine we are all grateful for the extra care that MH provides. Unlike being in her former home, she sees care givers at least 6 times a day! She feels comfortable and well taken cared of. Kudos to all the staff and support team at Madison House! It’s the best decision we ever made.

The Park at Copper Creek is absolutely beautiful !! It is not just the decorating that gives you a "warm and fuzzy" feeling but the entire staff, there is friendliness throughout the building. I have visited many times and can say without a doubt that the food is superb........I have enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Park and have been impressed every time. Independent Living at it's Best !!!!!!!!!! Being family owned with total involvement is a plus.

Everyone here is so WONDERFUL! My mom is not a full time resident, but has stayed for Respite care as well as attends day activities at the facility a couple of times a week. Its so nice to know when she is here so is in a clean, safe and caring environment. Everyone is so upbeat and kind.... I'm so happy we found Lakeview Memory Care!

I was very appreciative of the sincere efforts [name removed] and Silver Creek Inn made to assist in facilitating emergency memory care for my wife [name removed]. During this time of transition, the staff at Silver Creek went above and beyond to arrange excellent care, providing temporary respite until I could review long term care options for my wife. The facility offered a secure and safe haven for [name removed] during this transitional period of time. Enough can't be said about the sensational help of [name removed] and others on the staff who addressed my questions and concerns about [name removed] getting used to her new environment. I feel that [name removed] was able to adapt quickly to her new setting partly because she had room to wander safely, get fresh air and make new friends. They say it's not what people say to you, it's how they make you feel. The staff at Silver Creek really made me feel welcomed and made every effort to make [name removed] feel comfortable during her stay . This gave me tremendous peace of mind. I have much gratitude for Silver Creek Inn Memory Care in Mesa!

I brought my 94 year old mother to Lakeview Memory Care after touring about 8-10 other places. [Name removed] was warm and inviting. She explained everything clearly and was patient with all my many questions. I am so glad I picked Lakeview! I truly got lucky with my choice! The staff is on top of everything, and my mother-who has never had friends actually likes everyone! There are many more activities at Lakeview to keep my mom busy. At her previous assisted Living place, there was little to do. People would stay in their rooms until meal time. My Mom lost the ability to control the TV so she would just sit for hours! Now she loves Bingo and all art classes. She even joins in the singing! I love [names removed] and of course [name removed]! With my mom at Lakeview, I don't have to worry like I used to. They are just great! Thanks for being the best Assisted Living facility!

Lakeview is an exceptional community. I say this as a licensed professional who is very particular because result of this. From the moment you enter the front door, this is evident! The care that is provided is more than what I expected. It’s carefully thought out and personalized to provide what each resident needs physically and mentally. Their “eyes” are on “ their family” every minute. The continuity of care from shift to shift is outstanding. No reason to be bored. Activities are going on all the time. Memory care is “challenging” to say the least. It’s all consuming and goes on every hour of every day. It can also be tough to work with family members, but Lakeview works with them to provide “ seamless” care to their loved ones. I know this all for a fact as my mother died from Alzheimer’s. I know what it can do to families. All you want as a child and a caregiver is the same type of care you yourself would provide.

I can't say enough great things about this place! I was having to place my mother who is diagnosed with moderate Alzheimers right at the beginning of the coronavirus. I was very stressed as my mom was really struggling at the home she was at. She was agitated and frustrated and not getting the care that she needed. I won't bore you with all of her issues at her last home but rather tell you what a seamless process it was for me to get my mom moved in to Silver creek. The care that she has received and the communication that has happened with me has been top notch. I am in healthcare and haven't been able to go seem my mom since the move and it has been really hard on me, but I received text of pictures of my mom and how she is doing which has been the biggest piece of mind to me! I call to check on her and am able to speak with the nurse on during that shift and that has been amazing! I love how they do care plans for each individual person instead of just letting them fail with no structure. Sadly the last place claimed they could take care of memory care patients but that clearly was not the case. What a night and day difference between facilities! I wish I would have put her here in the very beginning! The get my mom dressed and ready for the day and even looks like they have put some of her make up which my mom loves. The pictures and communication has been so comforting to me! My mom finally has her independence which is what she was struggling so much to find in the last home. They let her walk and do whatever she wants instead of forcing her and making her really agitated. I look forward to being able to finally go visit with her! I will write another review when and after I am able to get in the home! In the meantime I feel such a sense of peace knowing she is loved and being well cared for! Thank you so much to [name removed] and [name removed] helping making this a great experience for all and thank you for taking such great care of her during this scary time!!

I am so grateful for the friendliness of the staff. I am also grateful for the help of the staff in helping me handle my mom's laundry. I am grateful for their neverending kindness in helping my mom call me! My only discrepancy is my mom's room and bathroom didn't seem to be cleaned daily as promised.

This community goes above and beyond for their residents. They treat their residents as if they are their own loved one!!! The care is exceptional. The activities department is always looking for fun ideas to share with their residents!! Highly recommend you look at this community for your loved one!!! This comes from experience with a family member as well as a professional in the healthcare field. Thank you Lakeview for all that you do!!!

I and my family are very happy with the staff and aids taking care of my mother/grandma at Lakeview Memory Care. In these trying times you guys have done a yeoman's job with phone calls and such. As well as protecting mom and the other residences from contamination on the outside. Keep up the good work. An thank you on behalf of the [name removed] Family

One key thing for me was proximity to medical care and proximity to my home. Amber Creek is three blocks from the hospital and physicians from the hospital visit Amber Creek weekly so I do not need to bring mom out to doctor appointments. They even brought in a mobile x-ray to x-ray her hip that was hurting. I looked at 7 places. I really like that Amber Creek provided the bed and night stand, since mom was moving from out of state I only had to bring a few things when I moved her in. I like that all the units are on one floor and mom does not have to navigate an elevator. Her room faces the courtyard and the community has a very neighborly feel. My mom's unit is right across from the dining room, she loves to be near all the activity. A huge factor for me is that Amber Creek is the only community that I looked at that has a motion detector in the ceiling, which is helpful since my mom gets up a lot in her room and the nursing staff can see her movements. I could not see someone with Alzheimer's knowing to pull a pull cord.Other facilities that I looked at moved residents as their needs progress, at Amber Creek my mom will stay in the same unit. I really like that there is a rate lock for the entire length of her stay at Amber Creek. That is great for budgeting.

I finally found a place that my mother can thrive in! Having to move my mother couldn't have come at a more difficult time with the Covid virus going around. [Name removed] was amazing and helped us move my mom in with no issues at all. [Names removed] were both so great and helpful! They have been great with communication and letting me how my mom is doing as I can't visit her due to virus. I had so many issues at the last home she was in and have had not one issue since moving her in. They are more than capable of taking great care of a very mobile Alzheimers person. They know how to redirect and are very capable of giving them their independence back. I am sure as time goes on I will have nothing but great things to say about them! I will be recommending them to anyone who asks! Thank you Silver Creek for the amazing care you are giving my mom! Thank you to [names removed] to helping me and putting me and my families minds at ease!

I can’t say enough great things about the staff here! They helped me during a very trying time with my mother. They listened and guided my sister and I in making the best choice for our mother. They are more than capable of taking care of people with Alzheimer’s at all levels. This place is a breath of fresh air after dealing with other places that claim to be able to take care of people with Alzheimer’s. Love the set up, the way they empower each person and make them feel useful and wanted in the community!! [Name removed] and [name removed] were amazing!!

Maple Glen Memory Care is a great community. I believe it is the staff at Maple Glen that really sets them apart. Their team is very friendly, caring, and passionate about what they do. They also offer great activities that encourage socialization. The activities are great for exercising both the mind and body. Maple Glen also provides support and care for the families of those that are staying at Maple Glen, which is very important. Maple Glen is a very friendly and caring community and they work hard to meet the needs of the residents and families that they serve.

This is the perfect place to live in our independent Casita! We love all the great people who work here. Especially [names removed]. Also, the food here is the very best.

My dad [name removed] moved to The Park at Suprise June of last year and can't thank you enough for the great community and care you have created for him and the other residents. My dad lived in CA all his life and has lost home for over 35 years. To move him was not an easy task but all the professional and caring staff made his transition a smooth and peaceful one. [Names removed] have been especially kind and thoughtful to my dad and our family. Thank you for a great place for my dad to live during this season of his life.
