Great people! Great food! Great customer service! And if something is not great (very seldom!), management works to make sure it becomes great! And always with a smile. My husband and I are blessed to be here! We love it!

I've been here a month and my new home is fabulous in all respects: apt size (1 bed), dinner meals (served hot, well seasoned) and management/staff (professional, courteous, caring). You won't be disappointed living here!

Working in the same field as Copper Creek Inn, I have had the pleasure with working closely with them. From the facility itself, to all the staff members, everyone truly cares about what they are doing. The administration is on top of everything and their caregivers/nurses really enjoy working there. This makes me proud to partner with them and I know that if I ever needed a facility to refer to, in the east valley, Copper Creek Inn would definitely be on the top of the list. They make you feel at home when you are there and I know I would move my loved ones there if it came down to it. Amazing place!

I have been in the healthcare industry since 1993. For the past 19.5 years as a certified geriatric care manager, a licensed fiduciary since 2009. I have placed multiple wards and clients at Rock Creek since their opening and utilize many other facilities and residential homes in the valley. The clinical staff is skilled in their ability to be proactive when there are changes in residential status. The staff is well trained in managing some of the most difficult behaviors.

The Hampton was a wonderful place for our mother. They took very special care of her and kept us informed of any and all situations. We are so thankful we transferred her there from an assisted living situation, as The Hampton was the best place for her in her last months.

This is my first experience in this type of living. I find that it is a wonderful experience. All personnel have been really helpful as well as friendly. I would recommend this community to any and all.

Love it here. Food is absolutely great. I have been to wood working shop - great place. Everyone is outstanding and doing everything they can to make our day. Happy is great also and the extra shows are nice.

I've been in a couple of Independent Living communities and Copper Creek is by far the best. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I would recommend copper creek to friends.

We absolutely love this community and all its staff. The food is superb and awesome. This has been the best decision of our 55 years of marriage. We hope to stay in "The Park" for a long time.

Having lived in three other senior communities, I find The Park at Copper Creek to be perfect. I am so pleased to live for.

Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, caring, and helpful. They provide the support and assistance that the resident and family need.

Placing a family member in Memory Care is difficult; every resident has specific needs. We found The Hampton after being dissatisfied with the care provided at another facility. We were very careful in choosing the second time around in order to match our family member’s specific care-giving needs with the right facility. Our family member has been at The Hampton for three years and they do a wonderful job. She is calm, happy and very well cared for. She has special dietary restrictions prescribed by her physician that are very well met. Even her traveling dental hygienists have commented multiple times about how well her dental hygiene is managed. Turnover among The Hampton nursing staff is very rare and nursing staff levels are great, usually with two nurses on during the peak day time hours and one at night. Care-giving staff levels are also very stable with low turnover. This means they are very familiar with her needs and are quick to notice a possible status change or illness and call us with concerns. Every single person in the building (Caregivers, Nurses, Activities, Reception, Management, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Kitchen Staff, etc.) is well trained in the specifics of dementia/memory care and encouraged to engage with the residents (and families) as needed to ensure their needs are met. The facility is clean and tidy. The food is great; prepared daily and very fresh. Clothing and bedding are kept clean. The activities staff has developed a toolkit that includes a variety of fun and appropriate physical games, word games, and lots of music therapy time. Are they perfect? No. We’ve had issues along the way. But the staff and management team have been very quick to resolve any issues we bring to their attention.

Incredible Memory Care facility. The staff was engaged, friendly and caring. The living environment was beautiful, clean and "homey." The holistic approach to the ALZ resident was beautiful. I would highly recommend a tour if you are looking for that "just right fit" for you loved one.
