[Name removed] was very enthusiastic and helpful. She followed up after our tour. It wasn't the right option for my mother.

It took us a while, but we believe we have finally found the active 55 and over gated retirement community that we have been searching for. This Park community is in the final stages of construction and predicting to open in the fall of 2020. All of the living accommodations are month to month rented apartments ranging from cozy studios up to beautiful 2 bedrooms units. Almost 2 years ago we placed a deposit on our apartment of choice. At that time we meet with 2 amazing community relations/sales representatives [name removed] and [name removed] and they both shared the blue print, aminities, and vision of the Park community which we fell in love with. Since then we have enjoyed many events from construction updates to social activities where we have meet many of the other wonderful people also interested in the Park. Yes, the rent is high ( over 4,000/month for a couple in a ~700 sq ft 1 bedroom apartment) but this is an active luxury 55 and over retirement community with lots of bells and whistles. We kind of equate living at the Park to be like living on the luxury crystal cruise line but instead of being in a regular cabin, you are living in the 1 or 2 bedroom presidential suite with all the similar aminities. Can't wait for the grand opening!

We are so pleased that Waverly Inn opened in Arlington Heights. Everyone we met who works there is friendly and more importantly seems to genuinely care. Since my mother has moved in she looks better, seems happier, and her social, physical, and personal needs are being met. It's a pleasant atmosphere and they provide a lot of creative fun activities that help to stimulate the mind. Having her well taken care of has given us great peace.

I recommend this place for all seniors, the place is very well kept. The staff are very helpful, the marketing gals were very very sweet, and the guy who works the front desk is a sharp-looking and intelligent guy A+

My impression of Rock Creek was even better than my previous mental notes.

I love Madison House! The staff is wonderful and people that live here are very friendly and warm!

My parents are both in their 90's. Mom's still very mentally bright, but sadly, Dad's dementia was finally more than mom could manage. Our family found Copper Creek Inn and it has been a perfect fit for him - and us. Knowing he is in a safe, caring environment means so much to our family. We stop by at different times of the day to visit him and we have always found him in a good mood and well taken care of. The staff is so kind and the food is to his liking - and that's saying a lot. Their activities director is fantastic. We have moved Mom to the Park at Copper Creek ( an independent living facility and also amazing) which is very close by, enabling frequent visits. It's working out well for both of them. After 72 years of marriage mom misses Dad and even though he's often confused - she enjoys visiting him. We are confident we made the right choice.

I like it here, there is a lot to do. The people are great, it is comfortable.

I loved this facility and what interaction they provide to the residents. Due to distance from my home, I have decided against this location. [Name removed] was gracious and full of information to share.

After visiting the sister property in Salmon Creek, I was excited to learn that this facility follows the same philosophy and has the same format. However designed slightly different this facility is one under serious consideration. [Name removed] was a joy to meet and I look forward to working with her more.

My husband enjoyed his stay for respite. I will use them more when my long term care gets approved.

Very nice facility. Rooms had a nice bedroom feel. There are many activities and spaces that make this a really appealing place to live. The staff was friendly.

Adorable, but [name removed] would be really annoyed to be checked on every hour.

My Dad is well cared for and always clean! We are so impressed with the program and care that he gets.

My aunt is a current resident of Lakeview Memory Care. I've been quite impressed in my experiences at this facility. For starters, the interior, the decorating and the atmosphere is all top notch. I really like how residents can furnish their rooms with as much or as little of their favorite furniture and mementos. This has been helpful for my aunt. Also, in my observations and interactions with the staff, I've found them to be compassionate, humane and professional, and they have treated my aunt and other residents like family. Highly recommended!
