Terrific if need a locked community!!!!!

Everything is going good here so far. My Dad has been very calm and not as anxious as he was at a previous place and that’s been a big difference. The staff is amazing here and we’re very happy with them. They offer many levels of care so he doesn’t have to move if he needs additional help. They’ll take the residents on scenic drives and to different restaurants. The other residents that are there (that are still able to understand what’s going on) seem to be happy. The room that he has is a semi private room, but he doesn’t have a roommate right now because their occupancy is pretty low. The room is very nice though and it came furnished. Because there’s a free bed in his room, we can come and visit him and stay the night if we want to which is nice. Housekeeping comes by to clean every other day and they help bathe him twice a week. Overall, it’s been very nice and we’ve been very happy with the care that he’s receiving.

My dad is really happy here. They are taking good care of him. His brother is here also. His room is nice and newly remodeled. They come in weekly and clean and they do his laundry too. He does like to do weekly bible studies. He likes the food it is good but on the salty side sometimes. They have alternate choices if you want something different. Staff is very attentive when he pulls the cord and he also wears a necklace that will call for help, now we just need to tell him it's not for room service(chuckle). They have nurses 24/7 that give him his medicine. It has a nice garden area. I would recommend this community.

The staff at Amber Creek was wonderful with my father, and they really paid attention to his medical needs while he was there. It brought peace of mind to us knowing he was in such great hands. It seems like a sign that we were meant to go to Amber creek because I’m from Kelso, where the community management began, and I also work with a relative of the management family. It was comforting knowing I have that closeness to the community where my father received such excellent care.

We had to place my husband here and the staff id very good. I've seen a transformation in my husband since he got here. He is more engaged, more alert just more interested in things. He is eating well it smells good and looks good. He gets 3 meals a day and then snacks if he wants them. The staff love his attitude and loves his accent. There is a very large secured courtyard area. I would recommend this community.

This facility has been better than I expected. I live quite a ways away and I have been doing all of the planning over email and phone calls. The staff members have been amazing in this transition process. They could not have been any more professional. Every time I have visited my Mother the staff has been very attentive and the facility has been clean. Even though she is in the 4th level of care which is the highest, they offer activities like painting, drawing, coloring, and going on rides through the countryside. I highly recommend this community.

Silver Creek memory care equals total consummate care. Caring employees from top to bottom. Family owned and you feel that dedication the minute you walk in. Great care, beautiful rooms, clean, she loves the food! We were very lucky to find this in Phoenix!

I am writing as a caregiver. I take care of one of the residents there. Staff is friendly, place is spotless and smells great. I usually only work in private homes. Keep up the good work.

My wife is currently in the Day Stay program at Amber Creek and she is enjoying it very much. The staff are all wonderful and caring, the facility is modern and clean and I feel the best interests of my loved one are being served in a caring fashion. They have a very good activities program during the day and they serve nice meals.[Removed] have been wonderful to work with. I would recommend this program and facility without hesitation,

My dad seems to be settling in nicely here. I feel that the staff here are very good with their residents, attentive, friendly and caring. My dad is starting to take part in the activities and going to the dining room for his meals. There's lots of room for him to take his walks and I know he is safe here. I would recommend this community to those looking for a nice place.

I toured this community for the care for my mom. We liked the staff who were friendly. The menu looked good and they seemed healthy. They had a nice list of activities for the residents. We would have liked this community and would recommend that other family your this community for the care of a loved one.

I'am very pleased with my husbands move to this community. Everything is working out very well, and he is in good hands in this community. The have an amazing staff, and they have been very attentive, to my husband. The are really community looks great, and well-kept. I'am very impressed with this community, and I would recommend it.

I give Parkwood Assisted Living 5 stars. Parkwood Is a beautiful and spacious facility. The staff are friendly, helpful and caring. The food is good. The chef is very accommodating which I appreciate, since I am on a low sodium diet. I have no complaints. I am happy here and feel comfortable and safe.

I am very thankful for A Place for Mom and [Removed]. We had no idea what to do to help my husbands older sibling. The service and help was outstanding and I would recommend to anyone needing help to place a loved one.

My 98 year old father spent the last 2 1/2 years of his life in Canterbury Inn. The last 6 months were under Hospice care with CI nursing staff working hand-in-hand with the hospice nurses. Every person working at CI was so caring and attentive to Dad's needs and kept him so comfortable to the very end. Family was always kept informed and we can't praise Canterbury Inn enough. Thank you for Dad's outstanding care.

Everything is working out well for my parents with their move to this care home. I know they are in good hands, and safe in this care home. They have a friendly, helpful staff. They provide good meals, and nice activities for the residents. I'am comfortable with their move to this care home. It is a pleasant home, and I would recommend it.

A beautiful place. More importantly, the attentive care and kindness of all the staff is amazing. I feel very fortunate to have found this place for my dad.

I truly loved Sterling Inn when I toured. The place was clean beautiful and welcoming. Everyone there was very friendly and the residents friendly as well. the thing was that it was just too large for my mother and we felt that they were under staffed for the type of care my mother would need.

My mom had a wonderful experience at Sterling Inn. When my mom first went to Sterling Inn she was a fall risk but with the physical therapy, they helped her with she has now returned to her own home. The staff was all great, friendly and very helpful to my mom. Everything there was nice, it was clean and my mom enjoyed her stay. I would have no problem recommending Sterling Inn to my friends and family for their loved ones.
