Koelsch Senior Communities

This community was phenomenal. Everything the staff did was top notch. I would recommend this community to anyone for their loved one. The genuine care from the care staff to the residents stands out. It never felt like a "job". The care staff truly cared about the residents. It is truly a family atmosphere.

Spring Creek Inn is a wonderful facility. I moved both of my parents there when they each developed significant (but different) cognitive issues. The staff were so patient with them when they had a difficult time adjusting and help me learn how best to communicate with them. When my father died, the staff continued to care for my mother like family, which was a relief for me because I live at quite a distance from Bozeman and could only visit every 6 weeks or so. The nursing staff communicated regularly with me about my mom and every time I visited, I could see how much everyone there, from the housekeeping and dining staff to the activities managers and the caregivers took a personal interest in my mom’s well-being. They became our family and we are so grateful that they made they last five years of my mother’s life as rewarding as it could be.

Spring Creek Inn was a very good facility, and our loved one received really good care. The rooms were always clean and neat, and we thought the food was very good as well. We would recommend this community to others.

We were so lucky to have found Cedar Creek in Edmonds. They were fairly close to family, have 24hr. nursing care (important to us when choosing) and made settling in easy. They have been absolutely wonderful with resident and working with family. They are loving, caring and treat us as family. We love the staff. Good choice!

My Mother was greeted warmly when we first arrived and it hasn’t stopped. The activities are plentiful and she seems very happy. All the staff has been great.

pre covid we were able to visit and it was very nice. It had a good atmosphere and didn't seem like a retirement facility. the sizes of the rooms are pretty good and the food is decent. I would recommend this community

[name removed] was the director who provided care for my Aunt [name removed] and our family could not have been more pleased. [name removed] has a heart for all those she serves and has a way of really helping out with difficult almost insurmountable situations. She’s a real find!!! The world and senior care needs a lot more [name removed] !

My father-in-law was a resident at Soloana At The Park until his recent passing. He had been a resident for 2 1/2 years and our experience, including his was great. The meals were great, his apartment was comfortable and the care he received was outstanding. Upon his passing the staff went out of their way to assist and comfort him during his last few days as well as extend every courtesy to us during a very difficult time. If the need arises that we would need this type of care we would select Solana as our first choice.

I would tell people that I am grateful the my loved one is there, during this difficult time. The community has been exceptional at keeping the residents safe during COVID. Cedarbrook has been really creative at allowing visits for the residents and families. There have been window visits, virtual visits, and drive by visits for families and residents.

If you can get your parent in there and can afford it, do it. When my mom passed they did everything the could to make that time easier on her and the family Large room sizes, the food is adequate but they have a variety. What was most important my mom felt well taken care of. The community was nice outside, and there is a courtyard for the residents to spend time outdoors. I definitely recommend this community.

After my husband's strokes and trying to care for him at home, I found it necessary to find a safer and more eyes on place for him with his wandering and stroke deficits. I have found that in Cedar Creek. I am working with [name removed]. She has been completely helpful with my placing of him, his admission and him settling in to Cedar Creek. [name removed] is knowledgeable of stroke and memory care issues and understanding for the family's needs too. Putting your loved one in memory care is extremely difficult but [name removed] helped me with the whole process with understanding, caring and useful knowledge. She is always available for questions or finding out how he is doing on a daily basis.

Sterling Inn provides the upmost clean & peaceful place for our Seniors to reside and receive professional, compassionate care. My Dad resided in the nursing care section of the Inn. Under the leadership of [name removed] who serves as the Director of Resident Services, the nursing staff provided excellent services to include timely and accurate administration of prescribed medications. The staff was also great in keeping family members apprised of the medical status of my Dad. Thank you [name removed] and staff !!

My 91 year old mother recently fell and broke her hip, requiring a two week stay at Solana, while I made arrangements for her to move to the Seattle area to be near more family. At the time of the fall, she was residing across the street at The Park, but realized after she got out of the hospital and rehab, we needed her to be close to us. I found a Koelsch property close to us in Washington, but Mom needed a little more time to recover before I could fly her up here. I called Solana, and met with [name removed] to tour the facility. From the beginning, I was impressed with Solana and working with [name removed] was great. She is respectful and very professional, but so friendly and easy to work with. She was extremely helpful throughout our transition of getting Mom from rehab, to Solana, then up to Washington. She, and everyone I dealt with during Mom’s brief stay, was just so helpful, and, with the added complications of an ongoing pandemic, it could have been so much harder making all those “arrangements” work for Mom. I felt very lucky that [name removed] (and Solana) was there for us. I can’t thank them enough!

Copper Creek is a beautiful community, specializing in caring for seniors with dementia. They do a great job keeping residents engaged and busy. The staff does a great job addressing the special needs of people with dementia.

Simply said I found Amy Barta to be the consummate pro while we worked together placing my wife [name removed] in Solana. She reads the person she is working with extremely well. I would recommend [name removed] in a heartbeat as I worked in sales and marketing for 48 years.

I am a resident here at Solana at the Park and feeling more and more at home as time goes on. It was a rough beginning due to the Covid 19 virus lockdown and the quarantines, but I am settling in now.   Solana was an excellent choice for my future home.  The apartment is quiet, clean and comfortable.  The caregivers are capable and kind, always responding to the many tasks they are asked to do.  Mealtime is not  ho-hum.  The food is yummy and a wide variety is offered day to day.  Meals were delivered to our rooms and now we can go to the dining area. This opening was a moral booster as it offered more contact among old and new friends.  We are all waiting for the day when the doors open to our friends and family to visit. Until then, it is a good place to be.

My mother has been at Northbrook Inn Memory Care for 4 months now. As she is still adjusting to her new surroundings I have been very pleased in her care there. The staff has been wonderful in their care of residents.
